- If you need to clean the bicycle, do so with water mixed with a neutral detergent. Do not disassemble internal parts for washing to avoid short circuits.
Attention: It is strictly prohibited for non-professional personnel to perform maintenance tasks. In case of malfunction, contact customer service or a designated professional maintenance station.
Riding Safety: Observe traffic regulations and pay attention to riding safety.
- It is strictly prohibited for minors under 16 years of age to ride the bicycle on the road, and do not lend it to individuals who cannot operate it to avoid danger.
- Ride in non-motorized lanes and do not exceed the maximum speed limit of local regulations.
- The bicycle should carry people or objects in accordance with the law.
- Always wear a safety helmet and fasten the helmet strap while riding.
- When riding in rain or snow, the braking distance will increase, so pay attention when reducing speed; avoid using it in bad weather, such as heavy rain.
- Observe traffic regulations carefully and do not ride under the influence of alcohol, do not ride with one hand or with both hands off the handlebars.
- When riding a bicycle, try to wear bright, non-restrictive clothing that allows for movement, and low-heeled or athletic shoes whenever possible.
Road Precautions
- For your safety and the safety of others, consciously observe traffic regulations.
- It is mandatory to wear a helmet before riding, as well as take other relevant safety precautions.
- When starting, accelerate slowly to avoid losing control after accelerating too quickly.
- When it rains or snows, you must adequately increase the braking distance and concentrate on riding cautiously and slowly to avoid side slips and falls.
- Before parking, shift to a lower gear for the next ride.
Pre-ride Inspection
- Turn on the power, check if the instrument indicator lights are normal, and check if the battery power is sufficient.

3.2 Maintenance and Inspection
Bicycle Maintenance and Inspection
- The bicycle has been fully adjusted before leaving the factory. If you have any doubts, please contact the manufacturer or supplier.
- Regularly check tire pressure to maintain it within normal limits.
- Key components such as the handlebar, folding riser, saddle, seatpost, front and rear axle shafts, central shaft, flywheel, and chains, front and rear wheels, should be checked and adjusted frequently to ensure that the transmission parts are flexible and do not exhibit anomalies. Loose nuts and bolts should be tightened promptly.
- It is recommended to lubricate parts (e.g., front axle bearings, central shaft bearings, rear axle bearings, front fork play, pedal bearings, etc.) with calcium-based grease #3 every six months during use. Add #30 motor oil to the chain, transmission cable, kickstand, and other parts approximately every two months.
- If you notice that wear parts are damaged, such as brake pads, chains, or tires, you can find a local repair point for replacement, but be careful to replace them with parts of the same type and specification.
Motor Maintenance
- Do not open the motor base or end cover, as they are sealed.
- The motor should be kept clean, and no foreign matter, corrosive liquid, or gas should enter it. The motor casing should not be hit or baked to avoid damage to the motor.
- The motor's IP protection rating is IPX5. Do not rinse it with a water gun or allow it to be submerged in water. If the water level rises to the center of the motor wheel hub, it may cause a short circuit in the internal wiring of the entire bicycle and damage the electrical components.
Battery Maintenance
- The lithium battery has a large capacity, long lifespan, and light weight. Its lifespan and usage method are closely related. Do not wait until the energy is insufficient before charging, and do not store it for a long time; get into the habit of charging it frequently.
- The initial charge should be full, and it is recommended to charge for 6-8 consecutive hours, not more than 12 hours.
- If you do not use it for a long time, you need to charge the lithium battery for more than two hours per month, and it is strictly prohibited to store it with depleted energy. Once the battery voltage drops to an insufficient state, it will cause great and irreversible damage to the battery.
Danger: Do not disassemble the old battery without permission. It must be recycled according to the local government's designated location or the company's indicated maintenance point.
Warning: The battery must not be placed near flames or high-temperature heat sources. Do not throw the battery into fire. It is strictly prohibited to expose it to the sun in hot weather.
