- Use the original AC power cable and avoid bending or pressing it. Ensure good ventilation during charging. Do not place the device in high-temperature or confined spaces.
- Disconnect the AC power plug after charging is complete.
- Fast charging is recommended for longer battery life.
- If the power station is charged in Fast Charging mode for five consecutive cycles, it will switch to Standard Charging mode for the sixth charge for battery maintenance.
- If the temperature is abnormal during Fast Charging, the temperature error icon will flash slowly, and the actual charging power may be reduced to ensure battery life and safety.
2.4 AC Output
Connect an external device to an AC output port and press the AC button for AC power. The power station will emit a beep, and the AC button will flash slowly.
The AC output will automatically turn off if no AC device is powered for over 30 minutes. If the AC output is disabled, the power station will automatically shut down if there is no output or input for over 60 minutes. AC Timeout and Device Timeout can be modified in the DJI Home App.
Press and hold the AC button for continuous power when connecting to devices with intermittent operation, such as a refrigerator. The power station will beep once, and the AC button will show a steady light.
Internal electronic components have a waterproof coating. A slight odor may occur when using a large amount of power, which will dissipate naturally during daily use.
2.5 USB Output
Connect external devices to the USB-A or USB-C ports for power.

- 5. SDC to Matrice 4 Series Fast Charging Cable
- 6. SDC to XT60 Power Cable (12 V)
- 7. SDC to Car Charger Power Cable (12 V)
* Default output voltage: 13.6 V. Maximum output current: 10 A.
- Verify that the external cable meets the output specifications.
- Do not directly connect a lithium battery to an XT60 port using the SDC to XT60 cable. First, connect the power station to a balanced charger.
3.2 Capacity Expansion

- 2. 1 kW Super Fast Car Charger*
- 3. 1.8 kW Super Fast Solar/Car Charger*
- * Supports connection only via the SDC port.
- 4. 1.8 kW 45A Super Fast Car Charging Cable
- Ensure the car's power supply meets the accessory's specifications. Otherwise, it may cause abnormal performance or damage to the power station.
- Verify that the power adapter is securely connected to the power port and that the car engine is started before charging.
3.4 Solar Energy Scenario

1.8 kW Super Fast Solar/Car Charger
- 1. 1.8 kW Super Fast Solar/Car Charger*
- * Supports connection only via the SDC port.
- 2. 1.8 kW XT90 to MC4 Super Fast Charger Adapter Cable
- It is recommended to use officially authorized solar panels. Do not mix different types of solar panels. Ensure that the connected solar panels meet the adapter's input specifications; otherwise, you risk damaging the device.
- Up to three solar panels can be connected to the adapter module and used in parallel (not in series).
- The car power adapter cable allows connecting a solar panel for solar charging.
3.5 Solar Energy + RV Scenario

- 1. 1.8 kW Super Fast Solar/Car Charger*
- * Supports connection only via the SDC port.
- 2. 1.8 kW 45A Super Fast Car Charging Cable
When using multiple charging methods simultaneously, solar charging has priority by default. The charging sequence can be adjusted in the DJI Home App: Tap ☰ in the top right corner, tap Energy Management, enable Custom Backup Reserve Level, and modify the Backup Reserve Level. When the battery level is below the backup reserve level, multiple charging methods can be used simultaneously. When the current battery level is above the backup reserve level, only solar charging is available.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
Connect the power station to an AC power outlet, then connect an external device, such as a computer, to the station. Press the AC button once; UPS is enabled if the display shows the UPS icon.
When the mains power is normal, the AC power outlet powers both the power station and the connected device.
In case of a sudden power outage, the power station can automatically switch to power supply mode, ensuring the connected device continues to function.
Diagram showing a computer connected to the power station for UPS functionality.
- The power station supports basic UPS functionality but not 0ms switching. Do not connect the power station to devices requiring 0ms UPS, such as medical equipment, as this may cause device failure or data loss.
- This function may not be available in certain geographical areas. Refer to local laws and regulations for more information.
- Due to restrictions imposed by local laws and regulations in some countries and regions, the actual output power of the power station may be reduced in UPS mode.

5.3 Firmware Update
Using DJI Home App
If the device is connected to the DJI Home App, a notification will appear in the app when new firmware is available. Follow the in-app instructions to update the firmware. An internet connection is required during the update.
You can also update the firmware in the DJI Home App: tap ☰ in the top right corner and tap Firmware Update > Update.
- Before updating, ensure the device has sufficient battery level and a stable network connection.
- Connect accessories such as an expansion battery or a super-fast charger to the power station to update the firmware together.
Using DJI Assistant 2 (for Power Series)
Ensure your computer is connected to the internet before updating the firmware. Follow the instructions below for a correct firmware update:
- Turn on the device, press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously until the USB-C icon starts flashing on the display screen.
- Connect the computer to the designated USB-C port, as shown in the figure.
Diagram showing the power station connected to a laptop via USB-C.
- Launch DJI Assistant 2, select the product, and click the firmware update button on the left side.
- Select the firmware version, carefully read the messages displayed in DJI Assistant 2, and click Update. The firmware will be downloaded and loaded onto the device automatically.
- The firmware will update automatically, and the update progress will be displayed on the screen. Wait for the process to complete. The device will restart automatically after the firmware update.
- Do not turn off the device or disconnect it from the computer during a firmware update.
- If the firmware update fails, the display will show UPGD FAIL. Disconnect the device from the computer and the AC power outlet, press and hold the power button for 5 seconds to turn off the device, then try again.
- Turn on the device, press and hold the AC button and the power button simultaneously until the USB-C icon starts flashing on the display screen.
- Connect the computer to the designated USB-C port, as shown in the figure.
- Launch DJI Assistant 2, click Export Log on the left side, select the log from the list, and save. Wait until the export is complete.
- Restart the power station to resume normal use after completing the log export.
- If the power station needs to be stored for an extended period, it is recommended to discharge it to 60%. Storing it with a low charge level may cause excessive discharge.
- Store the power station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and specified storage temperatures. Do not place the power station in water or in locations prone to water leakage.
- Do not store the power station for a prolonged period after it has been completely discharged. Otherwise, the battery may over-discharge, causing irreparable damage to the battery compartment.
- Charge and discharge the power station once every 6 months to maintain battery performance: discharge the station to below 15%, turn it off, and keep it off for more than two hours, then recharge it to 100% in Standard Charging mode.
- If dirt accumulates, clean the ports with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use denatured alcohol or other flammable solvents to clean the power station.
- The power station contains hazardous chemicals; ensure you strictly follow local regulations for battery disposal and recycling. Do not dispose of the power station in a normal waste container.
- Dispose of it in an appropriate recycling container only after it has been completely discharged.
- Power stations that are excessively discharged, swollen, involved in an accident, have come into contact with liquids, are damaged, or are leaking must be disposed of properly. Do not use the power station under such conditions to avoid damage or injury. Contact a battery disposal or recycling professional for further assistance.
