Connecting to the DJI Home App
- Scan the QR code to download the DJI Home App.
- Activate Bluetooth and Wi-Fi on your phone, run the DJI Home App, and follow the instructions to connect the device.
- You can check which Android and iOS operating system versions are supported by the app at https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-home.
- The interface and functions in the app may vary as the software version is updated. Actual user experience depends on the software version used.
AC Charging
- Open the port cover and connect the AC input port to an AC outlet.
- Switch the charging mode selector to choose the charging mode.
- [Fast Charging Icon] Fast Charging Mode: Charging power is higher and suitable for daily charging.
- [Standard Charging Icon] Standard Charging Mode: Charging power is lower and the operating noise is lower, which is suitable for charging at night.
Important Notes:
- Use the original AC power cable for charging and avoid bending or pressing the cable. Ensure good ventilation during charging. DO NOT place the unit in high temperatures or confined spaces.
- Disconnect the AC outlet when charging is complete.
- It is recommended to use the standard charging mode for longer battery cell lifespan.
- If the power station is charged in Fast Charging mode for five consecutive cycles, it will automatically switch to Standard Charging mode after the sixth fast charge for battery maintenance.
- When the temperature is abnormal in Fast Charging mode, the temperature error icon [Temperature Icon] on the screen will blink slowly, and the actual charging power may be reduced to ensure battery cell lifespan and safety.
AC Output
Connect the external device to an AC output port and press the AC output button for AC power. The power supply unit will beep once, and the AC output button will blink slowly.
The AC output will automatically turn off if the power station does not power any AC device for more than 30 minutes. When the AC output is deactivated, the power supply unit will automatically turn off if it has no output or input for more than 60 minutes. AC Timeout and Device Timeout can be changed in the DJI Home App.
Press and hold the AC button for continuous AC power supply when connecting the power supply unit to devices that operate intermittently, such as a refrigerator. The power supply unit will beep once, and the AC button will show a solid light.
The internal electronic components have a waterproof coating. A slight odor may occur when using a lot of power. The odor will disappear on its own after the power station has been used for a while each day.
USB Output
Connect the external device to the USB-A or USB-C ports for power supply.
Accessories
Watch the video tutorials or read the accessory manuals to learn how to use the product.
Note: Accessories must be purchased separately unless otherwise stated.
SDC Output
The power station can also be used with other SDC cables to charge various devices via the SDC port.
Accessories for SDC Output:
- Matrice 30 Series Fast Charging Cable
- Air 3 Series Fast Charging Cable
- Mavic 3 Series Fast Charging Cable
- Inspire 3 Fast Charging Cable
- Matrice 4 Series Fast Charging Cable
- SDC to XT60 Power Cable (12 V)
- SDC to Car Charger Plug Power Cable (12 V)
Standard Output Voltage: 13.6 V. Max Output Current: 10 A.
- Ensure that the external device is within the cable's output specifications.
- DO NOT connect directly to a lithium battery with an XT60 port using the SDC to XT60 power cable. Ensure the power station is connected to a balanced charger first.
Expand Capacity
The DJI Power Expansion Battery 2000 can be connected to the power supply unit to expand battery capacity.
To charge the expansion battery, connect it to the power supply unit and charge the power station.
Car Scenario
- Car power outlet to SDC power adapter
- 1kW Super Fast Car Charger
- 1.8 kW Solar/Car Super Fast charger
- 1.8kW Super Fast Charger 45A Charging Cable for car
Note: Ensure that the connected car's power supply is within the accessory's specifications. Otherwise, it may cause abnormal performance or even damage to the power supply unit.
Ensure that the car adapter is properly connected to the car's power port and that the car engine is started before charging.
Solar Scenario
Car power outlet to SDC power adapter
Solar Panel Adapter Module (MPPT)
Use the MC4 to XT60 cable when connecting to solar panels with MC4 ports.
1.8 kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger
1. 1.8 kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger
2. 1.8 kW Super Fast Charger XT90 to MC4 adapter cable
- It is recommended to use officially approved solar panels. DO NOT mix different types of solar panels. Ensure that the connected solar panels are within the adapter's specifications. Otherwise, the devices may be damaged.
- Up to three solar panels can be connected to the adapter module and used in parallel (cannot be used in series).
- The car's power outlet to SDC Power cable makes it possible to connect a solar panel for charging with solar energy.
Solar + RV Scenario
- 1.8 kW Solar/Car Super Fast Charger
- 1.8kW Super Fast Charger 45A Charging Cable for car
When multiple charging methods are used simultaneously, solar charging will be prioritized by default. The charging sequence can be adjusted in the DJI Home App: Tap in the upper right corner and tap Energy Management, enable Custom Reserve Level for backup and change the reserve level for backup. When the battery level is below the reserve level for backup, multiple charging methods can be used simultaneously. When the current battery level is above the reserve level for backup, only solar charging is available.
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
Connect the power station to an AC outlet and connect an external device, e.g., a computer, to the power station. Press the AC button once; UPS is activated if the [UPS Icon] symbol is displayed on the screen.
When the mains power is normal, the AC outlet supplies power to both the power supply unit and the connected device.
In the event of a sudden power outage, the power supply unit can automatically switch to power supply status, ensuring that the connected device remains in normal operation.
- The power station only supports the basic UPS function and does not support 0 ms switching. DO NOT connect the power supply unit to devices that require 0 ms UPS, such as medical equipment. Otherwise, it may lead to the device not functioning or data loss.
- This function is available in certain regions. Refer to local laws and regulations for more information.
- Due to restrictions under local laws and regulations in some countries and regions, the actual output power of the power supply unit may be reduced in UPS mode.

- Restart the power supply unit to return to normal use after the log export is complete.
Maintenance
- If the power station needs to be stored for a long time, it is recommended to discharge the power station to 60%. Storage with a low power level can lead to over-discharge.
- The power station should be stored in a cool and dry environment without direct sunlight at the specified storage temperature. DO NOT place the power station in water or where water may leak.
- DO NOT store the power station completely discharged for a long time. Doing so can lead to battery discharge and cause irreparable damage to the battery cell.
- Charge and discharge the power station once every six months to ensure battery performance: discharge the power station to under 15%, turn it off for more than two hours, and then charge it to 100% in standard charging mode.
- Clean the ports with a clean, dry cloth if there are visible deposits. DO NOT clean the power station with alcohol or other flammable solvents.
Battery Disposal
- The power station contains hazardous chemicals. Ensure to strictly follow local regulations for battery disposal and recycling. DO NOT dispose of the power station in a regular waste container.
- Dispose of the power station in a suitable recycling container after it has been completely discharged.
- Power stations that are overcharged, swollen, involved in a crash, have come into contact with liquid, are damaged, or are leaking must be disposed of properly. DO NOT use any power station in such condition to avoid damage. Contact a professional recycling or disposal agent for assistance.
