Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach Feet
Attach the four feet to the underside of the base panel. Insert screw (Part 195313) through the foot and into the base panel, securing with nut (Part 195312) from the other side. Repeat for all four feet.
Step 2: Assemble Frame
Connect the side panels to the base and top frame pieces. Use screws (Part 115461) and dowels (Part 105103) as indicated in the diagrams to create the main cabinet frame.
Step 3: Secure Frame
Attach the lower crossbars to the frame. Use screws (Part 115461) and washers (Part 105057) to secure these pieces to the frame, ensuring the structure is stable.
Step 4: Attach Top Panel
Place the top panel onto the assembled frame. Ensure it aligns correctly with the side panels and secured with screws.
Step 5: Attach Vertical Supports
Insert the vertical support posts into the designated holes on the base and top panels. Secure them using screws (Part 105103) from the underside of the base and top panels.
Step 6: Continue Vertical Supports
Continue attaching the remaining vertical support posts to the frame using screws (Part 105103).
Step 7: Insert Shelves
Slide the shelf panels into the grooves on the vertical supports. Ensure they are seated correctly.
Step 8: Attach Back Support Rails
Attach the back support rails to the frame. Use screws (Part 100404) and washers (Part 105057) to secure the rails. Also attach the small brackets (Parts 10003221, 10003222) to the frame using screws (Parts 100404, 105057).
Step 9: Secure Structure
Attach the top back support rail. Use screws (Part 106632) and washers (Part 100404) to secure it. Also attach the corner brackets (Parts 10003241, 10003245) and side brackets (Parts 10002420, 10002423) to the frame using screws.
Step 10: Insert Glass Panels
Two people are recommended for this step. Carefully insert the glass panels into the frame, sliding them down into the designated channels.
Step 11: Insert More Glass Panels
Continue inserting the remaining glass panels into the frame channels.
Step 12: Insert Final Glass Panels
Insert the last set of glass panels into the frame channels.
Step 13: Attach Top Cover
Place the top cover onto the assembled cabinet. Secure it using the provided brackets and screws (4x).
Step 14: Secure Glass Panels
Use screws (8x Part 10003241/10003245) to secure the glass panels to the frame from the inside. Ensure the glass is held firmly in place.
Step 15: Attach Door Hinges to Cabinet
Attach the hinge components to the cabinet frame using screws (4x Part 115461) and dowels (Part 130445).
Step 16: Attach Door Hinges to Doors
Attach the corresponding hinge components to the doors using screws (1x Part 100404) and washers (Part 105057).
Step 17: Attach Door Frames
Assemble the door frames by attaching the horizontal and vertical frame pieces using screws and washers.
Step 18: Attach Door Frames to Doors
Attach the assembled door frames to the glass panels using screws (1x Part 100408) and washers (Part 108031).
Step 19: Mount Doors
Attach the doors to the cabinet by connecting the hinge parts. Use dowels (2x Part 151059) to secure the hinges to the cabinet frame.
Step 20: Attach Doors
Mount the doors onto the cabinet frame by aligning the hinges and securing them.
Step 21: Attach Doors
Continue attaching the doors to the cabinet frame.
Step 22: Attach Door Handles/Locks
Attach the door handles or locking mechanisms to the doors using screws (2x Part 10002580) and (2x Part 10002566).
Step 23: Install Locks
Insert the lock mechanism (1x Part 10002394) into the door and secure it with the key.
Step 24: Adjust Doors
Adjust the doors to ensure they hang straight and close properly. Use the adjustable feet to level the cabinet.
Step 25: Final Check
Perform a final check of all connections and ensure the cabinet is stable.
Step 26: Prepare for Wall Mounting
Attach the wall mounting strap to the top of the cabinet using screws (4x) and washers. Ensure the strap is positioned correctly.
Step 27: Secure to Wall
Secure the cabinet to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (screws and plugs not included). Ensure the strap is taut and the cabinet is stable.
Step 28: Shelf Adjustment
The shelves can be adjusted to different heights within the cabinet.
Step 29: Final Placement
Position the cabinet in its desired location.
