BAGGEBO Sideboard Assembly Instructions

This document provides instructions for assembling the BAGGEBO sideboard. Please read all instructions carefully before beginning assembly. Keep this information for future reference.

Important Information & Safety Warnings

⚠️ WARNING: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To prevent this furniture from tipping over, it must be permanently fixed to the wall with the included wall attachment devices.

Fastening devices for the wall are not included, as different wall materials require different types of fastening devices. Use fastening devices suitable for the walls in your home. For advice on suitable fastening devices, contact your local specialized dealer.

Required tools for assembly:

  • Screwdriver ?
  • Hammer ?
  • Measuring tape ?

General assembly tips:

  • Ensure you have all parts before starting.
  • Assemble on a clean, flat surface, preferably not on a rug to avoid damage.
  • Follow each step carefully.

Assembly Steps

  1. 1. Attach drawer slide component (part 146114) to the side panel (part 10087134) using screws.
  2. 2. Attach the corresponding drawer slide component (part 10087134) to another panel using screws.
  3. 3. Insert wooden dowels (part 101339) into the designated holes on the base panel and side panels.
  4. 4. Connect the side panels to the base panel using the inserted dowels and screws (part 101345).
  5. 5. Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the side panels and attach the internal vertical dividers using cam locks (part 100006) and cam bolts (part 100229).
  6. 6. Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the top edge of the side panels and attach the top panel using cam locks (part 100481) and cam bolts (part 100229).
  7. 7. Insert shelf support pins (part 10119658) into the pre-drilled holes on the inner sides of the cabinet.
  8. 8. Attach the back support bracket (part 106989) to the bottom rear of the unit using screws (part 100481).
  9. 9. Insert cam locks (part 100481) into the designated holes on the side panels and turn them to secure the connection with the cam bolts (part 119252).
  10. 10. Insert cam locks (part 100481) into the designated holes on the other side panel and turn them to secure the connection with the cam bolts (part 119252).
  11. 11. Insert wooden dowels (part 101345) into the side panels and attach the horizontal shelf supports.
  12. 12. Connect the horizontal shelf supports to the vertical dividers using screws (part 101345).
  13. 13. Insert cam locks (part 119252) into the designated holes and turn to secure the connection.
  14. 14. Attach the back panels by sliding them into the grooves.
  15. 15. Secure the back panels using screws (part 100229) and wooden dowels (part 100006).
  16. 16. Attach the side panels of the drawer unit using cam locks (part 119252) and screws (part 106940).
  17. 17. Insert the drawer base into the grooves of the drawer sides.
  18. 18. Secure the drawer base with cam locks (part 119252) and screws (part 106940).
  19. 19. Attach the drawer front panel to the drawer sides using screws (part 101345).
  20. 20. Slide the assembled drawer into the sideboard.
  21. 21. Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the sideboard using screws (part 101345).
  22. 22. Insert wooden dowels (part 100006) into the top of the drawer unit and secure with cam locks (part 100229) and screws (part 101345).
  23. 23. Attach the side panels to the main unit using screws (part 100823) and wooden dowels (part 109041).
  24. 24. Attach the wall anchoring bracket (part 106989) to the top of the sideboard using screws (part 101345) and cam locks (part 100823). Ensure the bracket is oriented correctly with the arrow pointing upwards.
  25. 25. Secure the top panel of the sideboard using screws (part 100481) and cam locks (part 101206).
  26. 26. Attach the door hinges to the door using screws (part 122628).
  27. 27. Attach the other part of the hinges to the side panel of the sideboard using screws (part 119252) and cam locks (part 106940).
  28. 28. Slide the back panel into place.
  29. 29. Secure the back panel with screws.
  30. 30. Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the sideboard using screws (part 105494) and plastic fittings (part 101206).
  31. 31. Attach the drawer runners to the drawer sides using plastic fittings (part 122628).
  32. 32. Attach the door hinges to the door using screws (part 109558) and cam locks (part 10119600).
  33. 33. Attach the other part of the hinges to the side panel using screws (part 109558) and cam locks (part 10119658).
  34. 34. Attach the top panel to the main unit using screws (part 101068) and cam locks (part 101313).
  35. 35. Insert the door pins (part 139477) into the door and attach the door to the sideboard by aligning the pins with the hinge mechanisms (part 133127).
  36. 36. Attach the door hinges to the door using screws (part 119252).
  37. 37. Attach the other part of the hinges to the side panel of the sideboard using screws (part 106940) and cam locks (part 119252).
  38. 38. Attach the door handle using screw (part 119976) and cam lock (part 10062514).
  39. 39. Secure the wall anchoring bracket (part 100823) to the wall using appropriate wall fixings (not included). Attach the sideboard to the bracket.
  40. 40. Assemble the drawer base by attaching the sides to the base panel using screws (part 100481).
  41. 41. Attach the drawer side panels to the drawer base using screws.
  42. 42. Secure the drawer assembly using cam locks (part 119030).
  43. 43. Slide the drawer front panel into place.
  44. 44. Secure the drawer front panel with screws (part 110519) and cam locks.
  45. 45. Attach the drawer handle to the drawer front using screw (part 119976) and cam lock (part 10062514).
  46. 46. Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the sideboard using screws (part 101345).
  47. 47. Slide the assembled drawer into the sideboard.
  48. 48. Attach the drawer runners to the inside of the sideboard using screws.
  49. 49. Attach the drawer handle using screw (part 105021) and cam lock.
  50. 50. Slide the assembled drawer into the sideboard.

Final check: Ensure all connections are secure and the unit is stable. If wall anchoring is not performed, the furniture may tip over, causing serious injury.
