Assembly Overview
This document provides instructions for assembling the IKEA BAGGEBO storage unit. Please follow each step carefully. Ensure you have all parts and tools before beginning.
Main Unit Assembly

Step 1-5: Construct the Main Frame
Assemble the base, side panels, horizontal dividers, and top panel using the provided dowels (e.g., 101339, 101345, 100229) and cam lock systems (e.g., 101345, 100006, 119252) with screws (e.g., 10087134, 100481). Ensure all connections are secure.

Step 6-7: Install Shelf Supports
Insert shelf support pins (e.g., 101345, 100481) into the designated holes on the inner side panels to support the adjustable shelves.

Step 8-10: Attach Mounting Brackets
Attach wall mounting brackets (106989) to the top rear of the unit using screws (e.g., 100823, 100481) and cam locks (e.g., 119252).

Step 11-13: Secure Back Panels
Attach the back support and panels to the main frame using screws (e.g., 10087134) and cam locks (119252).

Step 14-18: Install Internal Dividers
Assemble and secure the internal dividers using dowels, screws, and cam locks.
Drawer Assembly
The unit includes drawers. The assembly process for a typical drawer involves:

Step 19-22: Assemble Drawer Box
Construct the drawer box by attaching the side panels and back panel to the drawer base using dowels (e.g., 101345) and screws (e.g., 10087134). Attach drawer runners (e.g., 100229) to the sides of the drawer box using screws (e.g., 100006).

Step 40-45: Assemble Second Drawer Type
Assemble another type of drawer box using the base, sides, and back panels with screws (e.g., 100481). Attach drawer runners (e.g., 119030, 105494) using cam locks (e.g., 119030, 10062514) and screws (e.g., 119976, 105021). Attach the drawer front panel and handle.

Step 46-50: Install Drawers
Attach the corresponding drawer slides to the main unit. Slide the assembled drawers into the unit and adjust as needed.
Door Attachment

Step 32-37: Attach Doors
Attach hinge plates (109558) to the inside of the unit and hinges (103651) to the doors using screws (e.g., 10119600, 10119658). Connect the doors to the unit by attaching the hinges to the hinge plates.
Final Step: Wall Anchoring
⚠️ IMPORTANT: For safety, permanently fix the furniture to the wall using the provided wall attachment devices. Attach the wall anchoring bracket (100823) to the wall using appropriate wall fasteners (not included). Then, attach the unit to the bracket using screws (101345) and cam locks (119252).
