Setup Instructions
Note: This unit is fully assembled.
- Remove the lamp from its packaging and place the lamp body base (A) on a steady surface.
- Connect the power adapter input (F) into the connector (G) located at the rear-bottom of the lamp.
- Plug the power adapter (H) into a standard household 230V AC outlet. Use only the supplied power adapter to prevent damage or fire.
- The power switch (B) is a touch-sensitive switch that controls ON/OFF power, LED brightness settings, and color mode functions.
- To adjust LED settings, lightly touch the switch (B):
- Turn lamp ON to 1st brightness setting: touch once.
- For 2nd brightness setting: touch twice.
- For 3rd brightness setting: touch three times.
- Turn lamp OFF: touch four times.
- The lamp offers three color modes. To adjust the lighting color temperature, press and hold switch (B) for three seconds to cycle through 5000K, 2700K, and 4000K. The default color mode is 5000K.
- To reposition the light, hold the lamp base (A) steady and grasp either the lamp body (C) or shade (D) as needed.
Control Panel and Settings
The control panel (J) is located behind the lamp body (C).
Control Panel Buttons:
- S: "SETTING BUTTON" - Used to set time and calendar. In alarm mode, press 'S' to turn off the alarm.
- M: "MODE BUTTON" - Used to set the alarm and snooze functions.
- ^: "UP BUTTON" - In setting mode, press to increase values.
- v: "DOWN BUTTON" - In setting mode, press to decrease values.
Calendar and Clock Setting:
Note: For clock operation layout and features, refer to Diagram 1.
- Under normal mode, press the "SETTING BUTTON" (S) to enter setting mode. Press "SETTING BUTTON" (S) again to advance to the next setting. The sequence is: HOUR → MINUTE → YEAR → DAY → MONTH. The day of the week changes automatically with the date.
- In setting mode, press the "MODE BUTTON" (M) to quit setting, or it will automatically quit to normal mode if idle for 60 seconds.
- Under normal mode, press the "UP BUTTON" (^) to switch between 12-hour and 24-hour display formats.
Alarm & Snooze Function Setting:
- Under normal mode, press the "MODE BUTTON" (M) to enter alarm mode.
- Under alarm mode, press the "SETTING BUTTON" (S) to enter alarm setting. Press "SETTING BUTTON" (S) again for the next setting. The sequence is: HOUR → MINUTE → SNOOZE DURATION → MUSIC SELECTION, then exit.
- There are 8 music tones available for selection.
- Press the "UP BUTTON" (^) and "DOWN BUTTON" (v) to adjust the alarm time sequence.
- Under alarm mode, press the "UP BUTTON" (^) and "DOWN BUTTON" (v) to turn the alarm and snooze functions ON/OFF. An indicator will appear on the display: a "music note icon" ? indicates the alarm is set, and a "Zz icon" ? indicates snooze is activated.
- Snooze duration can be set from 1 to 60 minutes.
- When the alarm time is reached, the alarm will ring for 1 minute, then snooze and ring again. Press the "SETTING BUTTON" (S) to turn OFF the alarm, or touch the "UP BUTTON" (^) and "DOWN BUTTON" (v) to activate snooze.
- Note: If power is lost, snooze defaults to 60 minutes.
Temperature Switch Setting:
In normal mode, touch the "DOWN BUTTON" (v) to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C) display.

Diagram 2: Battery Replacement
This diagram shows the process for replacing the battery. It features:
- A CR2032 battery (CR2032 X1)
- The battery compartment door (M)
- The battery compartment (K) is located behind the lamp body (C).
Safety Warnings
To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons:
- Turn the lamp off and wait until the lamp head (D) is cool before handling.
- The LED panel (E) may become hot after several hours of continuous use. Do not place hands directly on the LED light panel.
- Never use with an extension cord unless the plug can be fully inserted into the receptacles.
- Do not alter the plug.
- The lamp head included with this unit cannot be replaced by the consumer.
- For indoor use only.

Battery Safety:
Caution: This product contains a button battery. If swallowed, it could cause severe injury or death in just 2 hours. Seek medical attention immediately.
Caution: Do not ingest battery; chemical burn hazard!
This lamp contains a coin/button cell battery. If swallowed, it can cause severe internal burns in just two hours and can lead to death.
- Keep new and used batteries away from children.
- If the battery compartment does not close securely, stop using the product and keep it away from children.
- If you suspect batteries have been swallowed or placed inside any part of the body, seek immediate medical attention.
Note: Coin/button cell batteries are small, single-cell devices with a diameter greater than their height.
General Cautions:
- Caution: If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it shall be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer or its service agent or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
- Caution: The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the whole luminaire shall be replaced.
- Caution: Any change or modification to the product not expressly recognized by OttLite Technologies voids OttLite's responsibility for proper product function.
Battery Replacement and Disposal
Battery Replacement:
This lamp uses a CR2032 battery. For replacement, see Diagram 2. The battery compartment (K) is located behind the lamp body (C).
To remove/install the button cell battery: Use a screwdriver to remove the battery compartment door (M). The button cell battery should be installed with the "+" or flat side facing upward.
Battery Disposal:
Battery disposal must comply with local regulations for hazardous materials. Do not incinerate batteries.

USB Output Port:
This lamp includes a 5V, 2.1A USB output port (L) located on the bottom rear of the lamp. This port can be used to charge devices such as tablets and cellular phones.
Disposal of Old Electrical & Electronic Equipment
The symbol on the product or its packaging indicates that this product (including batteries) should not be treated as household waste. Instead, it must be handed over to an applicable collection point for the recycling of electrical and electronic equipment.
