Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Playard Frame
Unzip the carry bag and remove the playard frame. Undo the fasten straps and set the mattress aside. Ensure the center is not pushed down yet.
Step 2: Erect Top Rails
Top rails must be fully erected before lowering the center. Pull up one rail at a time, holding each side of the rail and pulling sharply upwards. Do not pull from the middle where the center latch release is located. Ensure both tubes latch in place and each rail is rigid. If one rail locks but the other does not, unlock the rail by squeezing the release in the center and try again. The center must be raised while locking the rails.
Step 3: Lock Center and Test Rails
Once all four top rails are locked in place, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism will automatically lock. Test each top rail by pushing down slightly to confirm it is rigid and securely in place before use.
Step 4: Place Mattress
Place the mattress on the floor of the playard with the padded side facing up.
Step 5: Secure Mattress
Insert the hook & loop fasteners located on the underside of the mattress through the slots in the floor on each end of the playard. Fasten the hook and loop fasteners to the underside of the playard floor to prevent the mattress from moving. The handle in the center of the playard floor MUST remain raised (approx. 45.7 cm or 18 inches) while locking the side rails.
Step 6: Operate Brakes
To operate the brakes on the wheels, press downward on the brake levers. To release, lift upward on the lever.
Step 7: Fold Playard
Release the hook and loop fastener holding the mattress from underneath the playard floor or bassinet and set the mattress aside. Do not unlock top rails yet; the center of the floor must be raised before top rails will unlock. Rotate the center handle counter-clockwise 90 degrees and raise the center as high as the top rails. Gather the legs and wheels together towards the center as close as possible so they nearly touch.
Step 8: Unlock and Fold Rails
Locate the rail latch release in the center and bottom side of each rail. Squeeze the lever with two hands until the rail releases the two tubes, then push down. If the top rail(s) do not release completely, DO NOT FORCE. Lift the center of the floor higher. Both tubes must be released for the top rail to fold.
Step 9: Gather Corners and Wrap Mattress
Gather four corners and the center tightly. Wrap the mattress around the playard frame with the padded side facing inward.
Step 10: Secure Mattress and Place in Bag
Secure the hooks and loop fasteners by feeding them through the loops on the end of the mattress and folding them back onto themselves. Place the folded playard into the carry bag so that the handle comes through the opening between each side of the zipper.
Step 11: Connect Bassinet Support Tubes
Connect opposing mattress support tubes that are attached to the bottom of the bassinet. Before placing the mattress into the bassinet, ensure the mattress support tubes are connected.
Step 12: Position and Secure Bassinet
Position the bassinet over and down into the fully assembled playard. Secure in place by pushing down firmly on each plastic support clip until all are snapped into place.
Step 13: Place Mattress in Bassinet
Place the mattress into the bassinet with the padded side facing upward. Fasten tabs underneath the mattress to secure it in place.
Step 14: Assemble Changing Table Bars
Connect the two (2) Long Curved Bars together. Insert the assembled curved bars into the changing table fabric. Slide the curved bars around inside the sleeve of the changing table. Connect the two (2) Short Bars to each end of the Long Curved Bar, ensuring the knobs face down and in the same direction.
Step 15: Attach Changing Table to Playard
Insert connector knob prongs into holes located on both corners of the playard. Turn the connector knobs counter-clockwise to lock into place. Flip the changing table over onto the playard. Snap the two (2) buttons on the flap down onto the playard.
Step 16: Secure Changing Table to Frame
Locate hook and loop fasteners on the bottom of the changing table and on the inside of the playard's side rails. Secure the changing table to the playard frame by fastening these fasteners to the side rails.
Step 17: Flip Changing Table Up
Flip the changing table into its upper position.
Step 18: Secure Changing Table Restraint System
Place child on the changing table, ensuring hands and arms are clear of the restraint. Bring the restraint around the child's waist and clip the buckle ends together. Tighten the strap snugly but do not overtighten. To remove, unsnap the buckle.
Step 19: Remove Changing Table
Flip the changing table to the outside of the playard. Unsnap the fabric flap from the playard. Twist connector knobs clockwise to unlock. Remove the changing table and disconnect the short bars from the curved bar by pressing snap buttons and pulling apart. Remove the curved bar from the changing table sleeve.
Step 20: Assemble Parent Organizer / Diaper Stacker
For the Parent Organizer, position each hook facing the rear side and press firmly into the slot. For the Diaper Stacker, skip to step 2. Connect the Parent Organizer/Diaper Stacker to the playard by sliding the connecting clips over an open portion of the top rail.
Step 21: Assemble Napper
Pull the napper fabric flaps up at the top and bottom. Insert the left napper frame bar into the left sleeve of the napper fabric, ensuring the bar is curved upwards. Repeat for the right side. Connect the bottom right and left napper frame bars, ensuring supports are seated and locked. Pull the bottom napper fabric flap down and secure it. At the top, insert top clips with the longest side outward into the napper frame bars and slide inward until they lock. Connect the top right and left napper frame bars. Pull the top napper fabric flap down and secure it.
Step 22: Install Toy Bar
Push down on the ends of the toy bar to secure it onto the top of the frame and pull the canopy over the rear of the napper. To adjust the angle of the toy bar, push the toy bar back.
Step 23: Attach Napper to Playard
To attach the napper in the playard, lower the napper into the bassinet. Push down on the top and bottom clips of the napper to secure them onto the playard railing. Note: Do not use the napper on the playard without the bassinet and securing the clips.
Step 24: Position Baby in Napper
Place the baby's head at the top of the napper near the large mesh windows for ventilation. Always keep the baby's head elevated.
