  2. Step 2: Erect Top Rails. Pull up each top rail one at a time, ensuring both tubes latch securely and the rail is rigid. Do not pull from the center latch release. The center must be raised while locking rails. [Diagram 2 illustrates erecting rails.]
  3. Step 3: Lock Center. Once all four top rails are locked, push down on the center handle. The center mechanism will automatically lock. Test each rail for rigidity. [Diagram 3a shows pushing center handle, 3b shows testing rails.]
  4. Step 4: Place Mattress. Place the mattress on the playard floor with the padded side facing up. [Diagram 4 shows mattress placement.]
  5. Step 5: Secure Mattress. Insert the hook & loop fasteners on the underside of the mattress through the slots in the floor on each end of the playard and fasten them to prevent the mattress from moving. [Diagram 5a shows fastener insertion, 5b shows fastening.]
  6. Step 6: Operate Brakes. To operate brakes, press down on levers. To release, lift levers. [Diagram 6 shows brake operation.]
  7. Step 7: Prepare for Folding. Raise the center of the playard floor as high as the top rails. Gather legs and wheels towards the center. [Diagram 7a shows releasing fasteners, 7b shows raising center.]
  8. Step 8: Fold Rails. Locate rail latch release. Squeeze lever with two hands to release tubes, then push down. Ensure both tubes release for the top rail to fold. [Diagram 8a shows latch release, 8b shows pushing down.]
  9. Step 9: Wrap Mattress. Gather all corners and center tightly. Wrap the mattress around the playard frame with the padded side inward. [Diagram 9 shows gathering corners.]
  10. Step 10: Secure Mattress for Storage. Secure hook and loop fasteners by feeding them through loops on the mattress end and folding them back. Place folded playard into carry bag. [Diagram 10 shows securing fasteners.]

To Assemble Bassinet

  1. Step 11: Connect Support Tubes. Connect opposing mattress support tubes attached to the bottom of the bassinet. Ensure tubes are connected as shown. [Diagram 11a shows tube connection, 11b shows correct connection.]

To Remove Bassinet

  • Remove mattress, canopy. Disconnect mattress support tubes. Unsnap all clips and lift bassinet.
