Safety Warnings
- Read all safety warnings before use and keep the manual. Warranty does not cover damage from failure to follow instructions.
- Note and follow warning labels.
- Avoid exposure to rain or humid environments.
- Do not install near heat sources like electric furnaces or heaters.
- Place and store in a well-ventilated area.
- Wipe clean with a dry cloth.
- In case of fire, use dry powder fire extinguishers; water extinguishers may cause electric shock.
- Do not alter or disassemble the product.
- For generator maintenance, contact local designated personnel or the seller.
Storage and Maintenance
Operating and storage environment affects product life and reliability. Remember to:
- (1) Place in a dry, well-ventilated area with mild temperature (0°C - 40°C, 10%-90% relative humidity).
- (2) Place in a safe area where it won't be hit or shaken.
- (3) Keep away from corrosive and combustible materials.
The product turns off when battery voltage is too low; recharge within 2-3 months. For long-term storage, fully charge before storing and recharge at least monthly. Store in a dry environment. Fully charge before storage and recharge at least every 3 months.

How to Use the Product
Turn On/Off the Product
- 1. To turn on: Press and hold the master power button for about 2 seconds. The LED indicator and display screen will light up.
- 2. To turn off: Press and hold the master power button for about 2 seconds. The display screen and LED indicator will turn off.
AC/DC Output
Note: Ensure the product is turned on before activating AC/DC output.
- 1. To turn on AC/DC output: Press and hold the AC/DC power button. The corresponding LED indicator will light up, and the display will show "AC ON/DC ON".
- 2. To turn off AC/DC output: Press and hold the AC/DC power button. The LED indicator will turn off, and the display will show "AC OFF/DC OFF".
PV Charge Activation
Turn off the generator. Connect PV (or charger) to charge. The PV charge function activates, and the first column on the screen will show input power. The generator is in charging state and cannot support AC/DC functions. To enable AC/DC functions, press the master power button for over 1 second to turn on the generator. The screen will light up. After startup, connect PV (or charger) to begin charging. The screen shows input power wattage, allowing AC and DC functions to be enabled.
Notice:
- 1. If the Master Power Button is off, AC and DC buttons are inactive, and there is no AC or DC output.
- 2. If the Master Power Button is on, but AC and DC buttons are off, there is no AC or DC output. You must turn on the AC power button and DC power button separately.
How to Charge the Product
Charge with Solar Power
Connect the solar charging cable or AC adapter to the product's input port. The display screen will light up, showing charging power. The product will not turn on by itself while charging. If previously turned off, it remains off unless manually turned on.
Charge with AC Power
Insert one end of the adapter into a wall outlet and the other into the product's input port. The product will charge. Monitor battery status via the LCD screen's battery icon. The product has a built-in control circuit that stops charging automatically when fully charged.
Cold Weather Considerations
Cold weather affects battery capacity. At sub-zero temperatures (<0°C), the product can be discharged but not charged, as this can severely damage the battery and permanently reduce capacity.
Low temperature charging protection: If charged below 0°C, it will shut off and restart charging automatically when the temperature rises above 10°C.
Low temperature discharging protection: If discharged at -20°C, it will turn off. It will reboot and enable output when the temperature rises above -10°C.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: How to check charging status?
The battery icon on the LCD screen indicates battery level in 5 segments. The icon flashes while charging and stops flashing with all 5 segments filled when fully charged.
Q2: Can this product be used to charge my electronic devices?
Check the power rating of each output port. The AC output port provides power via the built-in inverter, with a maximum continuous output of 1000W. Ensure the device's required power does not exceed 1000W.
Intelligent Cooling Control
The cooling fan activates automatically under these conditions:
- 1. Inverter load exceeds 400W.
- 2. 12V cigarette lighter socket load exceeds 80W.
- 3. Charging power of attached appliances exceeds 100W.
The system also adjusts PV input or AC output power based on external temperature to maintain a touchable case temperature.
Note: Do not use the machine if the cooling fan is broken.
Frequency Setting
When the product is powered on, turn on DC output and keep AC output off. Press and hold both the DC and AC buttons to enter setting mode. Press the AC power button to select the inverter AC output frequency. Press and hold both DC and AC buttons again to exit setting mode. Restart the machine.
