Bluetooth Pairing: Download the BLUETTI app, power on the product (wait 10s for initialization), and pair via Bluetooth name (Model + SN).
Notes for Connection: If Bluetooth is not found, check its status. For poor connection, move closer, remove obstacles, or avoid sources of electromagnetic radiation (microwaves, ticket gates). Restarting the product and reconnecting may help. Keep the product surface clean for optimal performance.
10. CHARGING
The AC200MAX can be charged via multiple methods:
- From the AC wall outlet: Turn the AC200MAX ON, connect the adapter to the wall outlet and the AC input port. Charging stops automatically when fully charged.
- From the solar panels: Connect solar panels (10V-145V Open Circuit Voltage) using the solar charging cable (Standard Accessory 3). The AC200MAX activates upon successful setup. Max input current is 15.2A ± 0.3A.
- From the car cigarette lighter port: Connect via the car charging cable. Set DC input source to 'Others' in settings. Input current requirement is 8.2A.
- From the generator (gasoline, propane, or diesel): Connect the AC adapter to the generator and the AC charging port of AC200MAX. Press the power button to start charging; it stops automatically when full.
- From the lead-acid battery: Connect using the charging cable (Accessory 9). Ensure correct polarity (red end is positive). Set DC input source to 'Others' for lead-acid battery charging (max current 8.2A). Note: Accessory 9 is for AC200MAX charging only.
- Dual Charging: Set 'DC Input Source' to 'PV' for AC + PV Dual Charging. Set 'DC Input Source' to 'Others' for AC + Adapter/Lead-Acid Battery Charging.
Diagram description: A diagram illustrates the AC200MAX Dual Charging System, showing connections from an Adapter, Solar Panels, Car, and Lead-acid Battery to the unit.

To use AC output: Press the power button, go to Homepage, and tap 'AC ON/OFF' to confirm. Tap 'AC ON/OFF' again to turn off AC output.
12. APPLICATION SCENARIO
- Outdoor: Car equipment (fridge, vacuum cleaner), camping equipment (garden electric tools like blowers, lawnmowers, drills, saws), BBQ grills, LED lights.
- Indoor: Refrigerators, kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker), laptops, phones, lighting.
13. EXAMPLES OF LOADS
Most appliances are compatible with the AC200MAX's 12V/30A, 12V/10A, cigarette lighter, USB-A, and USB-C ports. Some products may trigger over-current protection upon starting due to high instantaneous current.
The AC200MAX can power products with a rated power of 2200W or less. Overload protection may still activate for appliances with high instantaneous start-up power. It is recommended to use it with products having lower-rated power.
If an output over-current, overload, or short circuit occurs, the corresponding output port will turn off and attempt to restart automatically every 20 seconds. If the issue persists, the port will lock, requiring manual troubleshooting. If output repeatedly stops, turn off the equipment and contact the seller or maintenance group.
When the battery level reaches 0%, DC and AC output will turn off. Output resumes when the battery is recharged to over 5%. Check the battery level before use to protect and enhance battery life.
The AC200MAX supports simultaneous charging and discharging. Keep the equipment laid flat during these operations.
14. AC200MAX + B230 CONNECTION Capacity Expansion
The AC200MAX capacity can be expanded by 1-2 B230 battery packs (4096 - 6144Wh) or 1-2 B300 battery packs (5120 - 8192Wh). Refer to the BLUETTI support YouTube channel for detailed installation instructions.
Diagram description: Diagrams show the connection of one or two extended battery packs (B230/B300) to the AC200MAX using a specific cable. Steps involve connecting the cable and locking it.
15. ESTIMATION OF OPERATING TIME
Estimated operating times for various devices:
- Smartphone (10W): 175-200 times
- LED Light Bulb (20W): Around 75-85 hours
- Television (75W): Around 20-22 hours
- Electronic Tools (80W): Around 19-20 hours
- Refrigerator (90W): Around 17-19 hours
- Slow Cooker (200W): Around 8-9 hours
Formula: 2048Wh × DOD × η ÷ (load power) = charging time. (Note: DOD is battery discharge depth, η is local inverter efficiency. DOD=90%, η=90% assumed).
