Off-grid Power Storage System Diagram Description:
The diagram illustrates an off-grid power system flow. It starts with a "DC power or Solar Panel Charger" feeding into a "Charge controller". This controller connects to a "BMS Battery management system". From the BMS, power can be routed to a "Pulse-sine inverter AC output controller" which powers "Small appliances", or to a "12V/9A cigarette lighter" and "Car devices". Additionally, there's a "Type-C/USB output port" that connects to "Mobilephones, tablets".

Operation Guidance
Attention:
- Ensure the operating environment meets the product's requirements.
- Make sure the air inlet and outlet are not blocked.
- Power off the product if you are not going to use it.
- Fully charge the product if it will be idle for a long period.
How to Use the Product
Turn on/off the product
- To turn on: Press and hold the master power button for about 2 seconds. The LED indicator light and the display screen will light up.
- To turn off: Press and hold the master power button for about 2 seconds. The display screen and the LED indicator light will turn off.
AC/DC Output
Note: Ensure the product is turned on before attempting to activate AC/DC output.
- To turn on AC/DC output: Press and hold the AC/DC power button. The corresponding LED indicator light will illuminate, and the display screen will show "AC ON/DC ON".
- To turn off AC/DC output: Press and hold the AC/DC power button. The LED indicator light will turn off, and the display screen will show "AC OFF/DC OFF".
PV Charge Activation
When the generator is off, connect the PV (or charger) to initiate PV charging. The first column on the screen will light up, showing the input power, indicating the generator is in charging state. During PV charging, AC and DC functions are not supported. To enable AC and DC functions, press the master power button for more than 1 second to turn on the generator. Once the generator is fully on, connect the PV (or charger) to start charging. The screen will display the input power wattage, and AC and DC functions can then be used.
Notice:
- If the Master Power Button is not turned on, the AC and DC buttons will be in an off status, preventing AC and DC output.
- If the Master Power Button is turned on, but the AC and DC buttons are still in an off status, AC and DC output will not be available. You need to turn on the AC power button and DC power button separately.
How to Charge the Product
Charge with Solar Power
To charge the product using solar power, insert the solar charging cable or AC adapter into the input port. The display screen will light up, showing the charging power. The product will not turn on by itself while being charged; it will remain off unless manually turned on.
Solar Charging Sequence Diagram Description: The diagram shows a sequence: a solar panel icon, followed by a charging cable icon, then the power station unit icon, and finally a laptop icon, illustrating the process of charging the power station from solar energy and then using the power station to charge a device.
Charge with AC Power
Insert one end of the AC adapter into a wall outlet and the other end into the product's input port. The product will begin charging, and you can monitor the battery status via the battery icon on the LCD screen. The product features a built-in advanced control circuit that automatically stops charging when the battery is fully charged.
AC Charging Sequence Diagram Description: The diagram shows a sequence: a wall outlet icon, followed by an AC adapter icon, then the power station unit icon, and finally a laptop icon, illustrating the process of charging the power station from AC power and then using the power station to charge a device.
Cold Weather Considerations
Cold weather can affect battery capacity. In sub-zero temperatures (<0°C), discharging may be possible, but charging is not recommended as it can greatly damage the battery and potentially lead to irreversible capacity loss.
- Low temperature charging protection: If charged below 0°C, the product will shut off and stop charging automatically. It will restart charging when the temperature rises above 10°C.
- Low temperature discharging protection: If discharged at -20°C, the product will turn off. It will reboot and resume output when the temperature rises above -10°C.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1: How to check charging status?
The battery icon on the display indicates the battery level, shown in 5 segments. When the battery is charging, the icon flashes. When fully charged, the icon stops flashing, and all 5 segments are filled.
Q2: Can this product be used to charge my electronic devices?
Yes, but you must check the power requirements of your devices against the output port specifications. For example, the AC output port is powered by the built-in inverter, which has a maximum continuous output power of 1000W. Therefore, it is suitable only for electronic devices requiring no more than 1000W.
Intelligent Cooling Control
The cooling fan activates automatically under the following conditions:
- The load of the inverter exceeds 400W.
- The load of the 12V cigarette lighter socket exceeds 80W.
- The charging power of attached appliances exceeds 100W.
Additionally, the generator's intelligent system adjusts PV input or AC output power based on the outer case temperature to maintain a touchable surface temperature.
Note: Do not use the machine if the cooling fan is broken.
Frequency Setting
To set the AC output frequency: With the product powered on, turn on DC output and keep AC output turned off. Press and hold both the DC button and the AC button to enter setting mode. Press the AC power button to cycle through frequency options. Press and hold both DC and AC power buttons simultaneously to exit frequency setting mode and restart the machine.
