Battery
The battery installed at the factory is discharged during delivery and storage. If you notice signs of insufficient power (e.g., dim display), contact an authorized CASIO service center or distributor for replacement.
Water Resistance
All watches are classified by water resistance level (I to V). Ensure you use your watch according to its rating.
- Level I: Not water-resistant. Avoid all moisture.
- Level II (WATER RESISTANT): Suitable for splashes, rain, and washing hands. Not suitable for swimming or diving.
- Level III (50 M WATER RESISTANT): Suitable for showering and short-term swimming. Not suitable for diving.
- Level IV (100 M WATER RESISTANT): Suitable for regular swimming and snorkeling. Not suitable for scuba diving.
- Level V (200 M WATER RESISTANT): Suitable for scuba diving (excluding depths requiring helium-oxygen mixtures).
Never press buttons underwater, adjust the crown, or attempt to open the case underwater. After exposure to saltwater, rinse thoroughly with fresh water and dry.
Care for Plastic Bands
A white powdery substance may appear on plastic bands. This is harmless and can be wiped off. Prolonged exposure to sweat or moisture can damage or crack the band. Wipe the band with a soft cloth to ensure longevity.
Care for Fluorescent Cases and Bands
Direct sunlight or prolonged contact with moisture can cause fluorescent colors to fade. Wipe off any moisture immediately.
Condensation
Condensation may form on the inside of the glass due to rapid temperature changes. This is normal and not a defect.
