Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI Smart Portable Air Pump. This compact air pump is designed to conveniently inflate various tires, sports equipment, and more. This versatile air pump can also be used as a flashlight and power bank!

WARNINGS

• The product should not be operated without being actively monitored.
• Do not place the product near flammable or explosive items.
• Avoid storing the product in excessively humid or dusty environments. Avoid placing the product where it might easily fall.
• Extended use may lead to overheating, which can cause long-term damage to the product. After 15 minutes of continuous use, allow the product to cool for at least 12 minutes. Extended use is not recommended.
• The hose will be hot after inflation. To avoid the risk of burns, please wait to detach the hose until it has cooled.
• The product may produce noise around 80db (decibels); please only use it in appropriate environments.
• Do not throw the product into fire, or anywhere else.
• This product should only be used by adults.

PREPARATION

Charging

• Ensure there is sufficient battery for inflation.
• Use a 5V 2A charger to charge the product. (Sold separately)
• Connect one end of the Type-C cable to the air pump and the other end of the cable to a 5V 2A adapter to charge the product.
• The battery symbol flashes after the device powers on. The battery symbol will illuminate after it is fully charged. The battery level display: 30%-50%-100%.

INSTRUCTIONS

I. Power on and Power off

• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the product on.
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the product off. The product will automatically shut off after three minutes of no detected operation or when the battery runs low.

II. Switching Units/Modes

• Press and hold the settings button to switch between the four units: PSI, Bar, kPa, kg/cm².
• Press the settings button to switch between the five preset modes: Car, motorcycle, bicycle, basketball, and custom mode (When the inflator is on, no indication for the custom mode).

III. Preset the Pressure Value

Once the product is on, press the '+' and '-' buttons to slowly adjust the pressure value. Or press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons to quickly adjust the pressure value. Once the desired air pressure value is inputted, the value will flash three times and set.

IV. Air Hose Connection

Connect one end of the air hose to the air hose port and tighten it clockwise. Then, connect the other end of the air hose to the tire valve and tighten it.

V. Start Inflating

Press the power button to start inflating. The digital screen will display the pressure value in real time. Noise is produced during inflation. Extended use will heat up the air hose. Avoid touching the air hose and connector with bare hands immediately after use.

VI. Stop Inflating

• Once the preset air pressure is reached, the air pump will automatically shut off.
• Press the power button to manually stop inflating.

VII. LED Illumination

• Press the LED button once to turn on the flashlight function.
• Press the LED button a second time to activate the SOS emergency light function.
• Press the LED button a third time for the strobe function.
• Press the LED button a fourth time to turn off the flashlight function.

VIII. Pressure Measurement

When the air hose is connected to the object to be inflated and powered on, the screen will display its real-time pressure.

IX. Power Bank

The product's USB output port is designed to charge electronic devices.

MAINTENANCE

• Store the product in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the product in direct sunlight.
• Keep the storage bag clean to lengthen the product' storage. Keep the product in a dry and cool place. To extend the service life of the battery, charge the product at least once every three months while in storage.

TROUBLESHOOTING/FAQ

• If the product will not turn on, please check the battery level. The Lithium battery may discharge when idle.
• If the inflation speed slows down, ensure the connection between the air nozzle and tire stem is secure.
• The product may heat up after extended use as the air compressing process generates heat.
• If the product overheats, it may turn itself off and/or fail to turn on. This is the built-in overheating protection automatically activating. Please allow the product to cool down before attempting to use it again.
• The product will produce around 80 db (decibels) of noise during inflation, this is normal noise generated by the air pump's mechanical processes.
• The capacity and service life of the battery will be reduced in a low-temperature environment. Although this is normal, it should be avoided if possible.
