WARNINGS

• The device should not be operated without active monitoring.
• Do not place the device near flammable or explosive items.
• Avoid storing the device in excessively humid or dusty environments.
• Avoid placing the device where it can easily fall.
• Prolonged use may cause overheating, which can cause long-term damage to the device. After 15 minutes of continuous use, allow the device to cool down for at least 12 minutes. Prolonged use is not recommended.
• The hose will be hot after inflation. To reduce the risk of burns, wait before detaching the hose until it has cooled down.
• The device may produce noise around 80db (decibels); please use it only in appropriate environments.
• Do not throw the device into fire, or anywhere else.
• This device should only be used by adults.

DEVICE DIAGRAM

The device features a digital display showing battery level, current pressure, and selected units (Bar, Psi, Kpa, Kg/cm²). It has control buttons for power, mode selection (M), pressure adjustment (+/-), and LED light control. It also includes an air hose input and a USB output port for power bank functionality.

PREPARATION

Charging

• Ensure there is sufficient battery to inflate.
• Use a 5V 2A charger to charge the device. (Sold separately)
• Connect one end of the Type-C cable to the Tire Inflator and the other end of the cable to a 5V 2A adapter to charge the device.
• The battery symbol will flash after powering on the device. The battery symbol will light up after it is fully charged.
• Battery level indicator: 30% - 50% - 100%.

INSTRUCTIONS

I. Powering On and Off

• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on the device.
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device. The device will automatically shut off after three minutes of no detected use or when the battery is depleted.

II. Changing Measurement Unit/Mode

• Press and hold the setting button to switch between the four measurement units: PSI, Bar, kPa, kg/cm².
• Press the setting button to switch between the five preset modes: car, motorcycle, bicycle, basketball, and custom mode (when the inflator is on, there is no indication for custom mode).

III. Pre-setting Pressure Level

Once the device is on, press the '+' and '-' buttons to slowly adjust the pressure level. Or press and hold the '+' and '-' buttons to quickly adjust the pressure level. Once the desired air pressure level is entered, the indicator will flash three times and be set.

IV. Connecting the Air Hose

Connect one end of the air hose to the air hose port and screw it to the right. Then, connect the other end of the air hose to the tire valve and screw it on.

V. Starting Inflation

Press the power button to start inflating. The digital display will show the real-time pressure level. Noise is produced during inflation. Prolonged use will heat up the air hose. Avoid touching the air hose and connector with your hands immediately after use.

VI. Stopping Inflation

• Once the preset air pressure is reached, the Tire Inflator will automatically shut off.
• Press the power button to manually stop the inflation process.

VII. LED Lighting

• Press the LED button once to turn on the flashlight.
• Press the LED button a second time to activate the SOS emergency light function.
• Press the LED button a third time for the strobe function.
• Press the LED button a fourth time to turn off the flashlight function.
• The LED light will automatically turn off after 5 minutes of no use.

VIII. Pressure Measurement

When the air hose is connected to the object to be inflated and you turn on the inflator, the display will show its real-time pressure.

IX. Power Bank

The device's USB output port is designed to charge electronic devices.

MAINTENANCE

• Store the device in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing the device in direct sunlight.
• Keep the storage bag clean to extend the device's lifespan.
• This device uses lithium batteries. Charge the device to 50%-80% of the battery level before long-term storage. Keep the device in a dry and cool place. To extend battery life, charge the device at least once every three months while in storage.

TROUBLESHOOTING/FAQ

• If the device does not turn on, check the battery level. The lithium battery may discharge when idle.
• If the inflation speed decreases, ensure the connection between the air nozzle and the tire stem is secure.
• The device may get hot after prolonged use as the air compression process generates heat.
• If the device overheats, it may shut off and/or not turn on. This is the built-in overheat protection that activates automatically. Allow the device to cool down before attempting to use it again.
• The device will produce about 80db (decibels) of noise during inflation, this is normal noise generated by the mechanical processes of the Tire Inflator.
• Battery capacity and lifespan will be reduced in a low-temperature environment. While this is normal, it should be avoided if possible.
