Warnings

• The product should not be operated without being actively monitored.
• Do not place the product near flammable or explosive items.
• Avoid storing the product in excessively humid or dusty environments. Avoid placing the product where it might easily fall.
• Continuous use is not recommended for more than 20 minutes without a cool-down period. Extended use beyond 20 minutes may lead to overheating, which can cause long-term damage to the product. Please cool down the product for 15 minutes after 20 minutes of continuous use.
• The hose will be hot after inflation. To avoid the risk of burns, please wait and detach it after it has cooled.
• The product may produce noise around 82db (decibels); please only use it in suitable environments.
• Do not throw the product into fire, or anywhere else.
• This product should only be used by adults.

Product Diagram and Components

The AstroAI Smart Portable Air Pump features a compact design with a digital display and control buttons. The main unit includes:

• Display Screen: Shows units (PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm²), current pressure, mode, battery level, and preset pressure.
• Control Buttons:
  • Power Button: Turns the device on/off.
  • Setting Button: Switches between units and modes.
  • '+' Button: Increases pressure value or adjusts settings.
  • '-' Button: Decreases pressure value or adjusts settings.
  • LED Button: Controls the integrated LED flashlight (illumination, strobe, SOS, off).
• USB Output Port: Allows the pump to function as a power bank.
• Air Hose: Connects to the valve of the object to be inflated.
• Heat Dissipation Mesh: Located on the unit to help with cooling.
• Charging Ports: Includes a Type-C charging port and a Cigarette Lighter Charging Port.
• LED Flashlight: Integrated for illumination.
• Storage Bag: For carrying the pump and accessories.

Instructions

Electricity Input/Electricity Output

• Use a 5V 2A charger (purchase separately) to charge the product, preferably using the included Type-C cable.
• The battery level is indicated by a symbol on the display. The symbol flashes when the device powers on and illuminates when fully charged.
• If the battery is depleted, use the cigarette lighter charging cable to power the product by connecting it to the vehicle's cigarette lighter and the air pump.

Power On and Power Off

• Press the power button to turn the product on.
• Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the product off. The product will automatically shut off after one minute and thirty seconds of no detected operation.

Switching Units/Modes

• Press the settings button to switch between units: PSI, BAR, KPA, kg/cm².
• Press the settings button to switch between preset modes: Bicycle, Motorcycle, Car, Basketball, Custom mode.

Preset the Pressure Value

Once the product is on, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the pressure value. Press buttons slowly for fine adjustment or press and hold for quick adjustment. The desired value will flash three times to confirm and set.

Air Hose Connection

Take the air hose out of its groove and connect it to the tire valve, then tighten it.

Start Inflating

Press the power button to start inflating. The large digital screen will display the pressure value in real-time. Noise is produced during inflation. The air hose may heat up during extended use; avoid touching it with bare hands immediately after use.

Stop Inflating

• Once the preset air pressure is reached, the pump will automatically shut off.
• Press the power button to stop inflating manually.

LED Illumination

• Press the LED button once to turn on the illumination function.
• Press the LED button a second time to activate the strobe function.
• Press the LED button a third time for the SOS emergency light function.
• Press the LED button a fourth time to turn off the flashlight function.

Pressure Measurement

When the air hose is connected to the object to be inflated and the device is powered on, the screen will display its real-time pressure.

Power Bank

The product's USB Output Port is designed to charge electronic devices.

Troubleshooting

• Product will not turn on: Check the battery level. Lithium batteries may discharge when idle.
• Slow inflation: Ensure the connection between the air nozzle and tire stem is secure.
• Product heats up: This is normal as the air compressing process generates heat during extended use.
• Product overheats or fails to turn on: This indicates the built-in overheating protection has activated. Allow the product to cool down before attempting to use it again.
• Noise during inflation: The product produces around 82db (decibels) of noise, which is normal for its mechanical structure.

Maintenance

• Keep the product in a cool, dry place. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight, especially for extended periods.
• Keep the storage bag clean to prolong the product's service life.
• The product uses lithium batteries. For long-term storage, charge the product to 50%-80% battery level and store it in a dry and cool place. To extend battery life, charge the product at least once every three months while in storage.
• Battery capacity and service life may be reduced in low-temperature environments; avoid this if possible.
