User Manual
Thank you for purchasing the AstroAI Smart Portable Air Pump. This compact and easy-to-operate pump is designed for inflating tires of automobiles, bicycles, and motorcycles, as well as various sports equipment. It also functions as a flashlight and a power bank.
Please read and follow these instructions carefully for optimal performance. Keep this User Manual for future reference.
Warnings
- The product should not be operated without active monitoring.
- Do not place the product near flammable or explosive items.
- Avoid storing the product in excessively humid or dusty environments, or where it might easily fall.
- Continuous use is not recommended for more than 20 minutes without a cool-down period. Extended use may lead to overheating and long-term damage. Allow the product to cool down for 15 minutes after 20 minutes of continuous use.
- The hose will be hot after inflation. Wait for it to cool before detaching to avoid burns.
- The product may produce noise around 82 decibels; use it in suitable environments.
- Do not throw the product into fire or dispose of it improperly.
- This product should only be used by adults.

Instructions
Electricity Input/Output
- Charge the product using a 5V 2A charger (sold separately). The included Type-C cable is recommended for charging.
- The battery level is indicated by a symbol showing 100%, 50%, or 30%. The battery symbol flashes during charging and remains illuminated when fully charged.
- If the battery runs out, use the cigarette lighter charging cable by connecting it to the vehicle's cigarette lighter and the air pump.
Power On and Power Off
- Press the power button to turn the product on.
- Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn the product off. The product will automatically shut off after 1 minute and 30 seconds of inactivity.
Switching Units/Modes
- Press the settings button to cycle through the four pressure units: PSI, BAR, KPa, kg/cm².
- Press the settings button to switch between the five preset modes: Bicycle, Motorcycle, Car, Basketball, and Custom mode.
Preset the Pressure Value
With the product on, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the desired pressure value. Press and hold the buttons for faster adjustment. The value will flash three times to confirm the setting.
Air Hose Connection
Remove the air hose from its storage groove and connect it securely to the tire valve.
Start Inflating
Press the power button to begin inflating. The digital screen will display the real-time pressure. Note that noise is produced during inflation, and the air hose may become hot after extended use. Avoid touching the hose and connector with bare hands immediately after use.
Stop Inflating
- The pump will automatically shut off once the preset air pressure is reached.
- Press the power button at any time to manually stop inflating.
LED Illumination
- With the device on, press the LED button once to turn on the flashlight.
- Press again for the strobe function.
- Press a third time for the SOS emergency light function.
- Press a fourth time to turn off the flashlight.
Pressure Measurement
When the air hose is connected to an object and the device is powered on, the screen will display its real-time pressure.
Power Bank Functionality
The product's USB Output Port can be used to charge electronic devices.
Troubleshooting
- Product will not turn on: Check the battery level. Lithium batteries can discharge when idle.
- Slow inflation speed: Ensure the air nozzle connection to the tire stem is secure.
- Product heats up: The air compressing process generates heat, especially during extended use.
- Overheating protection: If the product overheats, it may automatically shut off or fail to turn on. This is a built-in safety feature. Allow the product to cool down before reuse.
- Noise: The product produces approximately 82 decibels of noise during inflation, which is normal for its mechanical operation.
- Low-temperature performance: Battery capacity and service life may be reduced in cold environments. Avoid use in extremely low temperatures if possible.
Maintenance
- Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
- Keep the storage bag clean to prolong the product's service life.
- For long-term storage, charge the product to 50%-80% battery level. Store in a dry, cool place. To maintain battery health, charge the product at least once every three months.
