Thank you for choosing the AstroAI mobile auto air pump. This product is lightweight, portable, user-friendly, and capable of inflating small car, motorcycle, and bicycle tires, as well as balls and other inflatable items. It can also function as an emergency flashlight and power bank.

• Check the preset pressure value before inflating. The preset pressure value should be adjusted to the object being inflated.

• Dispose of this product properly and keep it away from fire.
• High temperatures caused by prolonged continuous operation can damage the product. Allow the pump to cool down for 10 minutes after every 15 minutes of use.
• Do not use chemical cleaning agents to clean the pump. Use only mild soap and a cloth dipped in hot water to clean the plastic parts.

Preparation

Charging Process

Please charge the product using the included USB-C cable before first use (power adapter not included).

Battery Level Indicator: The indicator has 3 status displays reflecting the device's battery level: One bar = battery level < 30%, two bars = battery level 50%, three bars = battery fully charged. The battery level indicator flashes while the product is charging and stays solid when fully charged.

Instructions

1. Power On/Off

   Press and hold the Power button for 1.5 seconds to turn the device on.

   Press and hold the Power button for 1.5 seconds to turn the device off. It will also automatically turn off if not used for 90 seconds.

2. Unit/Mode Switching

   Press the Setting button to cycle through the 5 inflation modes: Auto, Motorcycle, Bicycle, Basketball, and Custom Mode.

   Press and hold the Setting button to cycle through the units PSI, bar, kPa, kg/cm².

3. Setting the Pressure Value

   Adjust the pressure value by pressing the '+' and '-' buttons. Press and hold one of the buttons to change the pressure value faster. Once the desired pressure value is selected, it will flash three times and then be set.

4. Turning the LED Light On/Off

   Press the LED Light button once to turn the light on.

   Press the LED Light button a second time to activate the long flashing function.

   Press the LED Light button a third time to activate the short flashing function.

   Press the LED Light button a fourth time to turn the light off.

5. Connecting the Hose

   Screw the quick connector onto the quick connector port of the product.

   Remove the valve cap from the tire valve stem, then attach the quick connector to the valve stem.

6. Measuring Pressure

   When the quick connector is attached to an inflatable object and the device is turned on, the real-time pressure of the inflatable object will be displayed on the screen.

7. Starting the Inflation Process

   Press the Power button to start the inflation process; the digital display will show the real-time pressure of the tire. (Note: Do not touch the hose during the inflation process.)

8. Stopping the Inflation Process

   The air pump will automatically stop once the preset pressure value is reached. You can also press the Power button to stop the inflation process.

9. After Inflation

   After the inflation process, remove the quick connector from the tire valve stem and then screw the valve cap back onto the valve stem.

   Screw the quick connector back onto the hose holder when not in use.

Power Bank Function

The USB output of the product can be used to charge other electronic devices.

Troubleshooting/FAQ

• The air pump does not work: Please check the product's battery level. The lithium battery may discharge if not in use.
• Slow inflation: Check if the quick connector is properly seated on the tire valve stem.
• The air pump becomes hot after prolonged continuous operation: Please allow it to cool down before using it again.
• Battery capacity and lifespan degrade at low ambient temperatures. This is normal for lithium products.

Maintenance

• Store the product in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
• Please charge the product's battery to 50-80% before storing the product for a long time. Charge it every three months to extend battery life.
• Use only mild soap and a cloth dipped in hot water to clean the plastic parts.
