First Configuration: Bluetooth Connection

Step 1: Activate Bluetooth
Activate Bluetooth from your device's settings. The screen shows 'Settings' with 'Bluetooth' highlighted and toggled on. [Bluetooth Symbol ?]

Step 2: Enter Pairing Mode
Press and hold the earbud button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator light will start flashing red and blue [Red and Blue Flashing Light] to indicate connection mode.

Step 3: Connect to Device
Select 'JLab BT' in your device's Bluetooth settings to establish the connection. Once connected, the indicator light flashes slowly in blue [Slow Blue Flashing Light].
Recurring Use
Once the first connection is completed, the JLab Fit Sport 3 earbuds automatically connect to the Bluetooth device upon powering on. Refer to the BUTTON FUNCTIONS section for detailed operations.
Button Functions
- VOLUME +: Press 1 time
- NEXT TRACK: Press and hold for 2 seconds
- POWER ON: Press and hold for 3 seconds
- POWER OFF: Press and hold for 5 seconds
- PLAY / PAUSE / ANSWER / HANG UP: Press 1 time
- REJECT INCOMING CALL: Press and hold for 1 second
- ACTIVATE SIRI (iOS) or "OK GOOGLE" (ANDROID): Press 2 times
- BLUETOOTH CONNECTION: Follow the first configuration procedure for Bluetooth connection.
- VOLUME -: Press 1 time
- PREVIOUS TRACK: Press and hold for 2 seconds
Equalizer Modes
Quickly press both buttons to cycle through different EQ settings:
- JLab SIGNATURE (One Beep): Audio with amplified vocals and bass.
- BALANCED (Two Beeps): Uniform audio without additional enhancements.
- BASS BOOST (Three Beeps): Amplified bass and deep bass.
Voice Notifications
- POWER ON: Audible signal
- BLUETOOTH CONNECTED: Two beeps
- LOW BATTERY: "Low battery" (Indicates less than 20% battery)
- POWER OFF: Audible signal
Charging
Open the USB port cover [USB Symbol] and connect the cable to a computer or a USB power source for charging. Ensure the charging power source does not exceed 5V.
The indicator light is red [Red Light] during charging and turns blue [Blue Light] when the battery is fully charged.
How to Wear

Step 1: Select Ear Tips
Choose the ear tips and insert the Cush Fins, if desired. Try the ear tips to select the size that best fits your ear.

Step 2: Position Earbuds
The adjustable positioning of the earbuds allows them to be inserted in the desired position.

Step 3: Rotate for Fit
Position the earbuds starting from the back and rotating them around the ear.

Step 4: Secure Cable
Secure the cable by passing it over, behind, and under the ear.
How to Use the Clothing Clip

Step 1: Insert Clip
Insert the clip near the center of the cable.

Step 2: Attach Clip
Attach the clip to your shirt, on the front or back of the collar.
Troubleshooting Connection Issues
Device Does Not Detect JLab BT Earbuds

Step 1: Toggle Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth off and on again from your device's settings.

Step 2: Re-attempt Pairing
If the device continues not to detect the JLab BT earbuds, repeat the FIRST CONFIGURATION procedure: BLUETOOTH CONNECTION instructions.
JLab BT Earbuds Do Not Automatically Connect After Powering On

Step 1: Remove Earbuds from Device
Access your device's settings and remove (forget) the JLab BT earbuds.

Step 2: Toggle Bluetooth
Turn Bluetooth off and on again from your device's settings.

Step 3: Re-attempt Pairing
Repeat the FIRST CONFIGURATION procedure: BLUETOOTH CONNECTION instructions.
Bluetooth Connects to an Unwanted Device
Important: JLab BT earbuds can store up to 8 devices. After powering on, they will try to automatically connect to the last used device.

Step 1: Manage Connections
If more than one device has been connected, turn off Bluetooth on the unwanted devices and turn it on for the desired ones.

Step 2: Re-establish Connection
Press and hold the earbud button for 10 seconds. Release the button. The indicator light will start flashing red and blue [Red and Blue Flashing Light] to indicate connection mode. Select 'JLab BT' in the settings of the device to connect. Once connected, the indicator light flashes slowly in blue [Slow Blue Flashing Light].
Attention
Ensure the USB port cover is closed properly to protect it from any damage caused by contact with water or sweat.
Before charging, make sure the JLab Fit Sport 3 earbuds are completely dry. Exposure to moisture could damage internal components. Before charging, it is advisable to let the earbuds air dry.
Precautions
- Avoid moisture or liquid entering the ear tips or charging port cover.
- Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the earbuds; avoid bending the cable and subjecting it to excessive stress, pulling quickly or with too much force.
- Any earwax buildup in the ear tips could compromise sound quality. Carefully remove with a cotton swab or a similarly sized tool to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or temporarily stop using the earbuds.
- If you experience constant discomfort during use of the product, discontinue use and consult your doctor.
- It is recommended to handle the earbuds with care and store them in a safe place when not in use.
