Charging Case
The charging case features charging pins and a charging port.
Earbuds
Each earbud is equipped with a multi-function button, an indicator light, and a microphone.
Earbud Placement
Insert the earbud gently into the ear canal, ensuring it stays in place when shaking your head. The earbuds come with medium (M) size ear tips pre-installed. If the installed size does not fit your ear, switch to small (S) or large (L) size ear tips.
For clearer calls, position the earbud's microphone towards your mouth.
Charging
Before use, remove the protective film from the earbud contact points to ensure complete charging. Connect the charging cable to charge both the earbuds and the charging case simultaneously. The indicator light ? on the case is red while charging and turns off when fully charged. If the case is not fully charged, the indicator remains red. When the earbuds are charging, the indicator is red and turns white when fully charged, then turns off after 1 minute.

Power On
The earbuds automatically turn on when removed from the charging case. If the earbuds are not in the case and are powered off, press and hold the multi-function button ? for 1 second until the indicator light ? turns white.

Power Off
The earbuds automatically turn off when placed back into the charging case. If the earbuds are powered on, press and hold the multi-function button ? for 5 seconds until the indicator light ? turns red. The indicator light ? remains red for approximately 2 seconds.

Using Two Earbuds
Automatic Connection
Remove both earbuds from the charging case simultaneously. Wait 2-3 seconds for them to power on automatically. When the right earbud's indicator light ? blinks slowly white, search for "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R" in your device's Bluetooth settings. If pairing fails, return the earbuds to the case and repeat the steps. After successful pairing, the earbuds will automatically connect to the previously paired device when powered on (with Bluetooth active).
Note: All earbuds are factory reset and can be paired directly with a device.
Manual Connection
When the earbuds are powered off, turn on both earbuds manually. Both indicator lights ? will blink rapidly white, and the right earbud's indicator ? will blink slowly white after the earbuds establish a connection between them. Activate your device's Bluetooth and connect or pair your device with the earbuds.
Using One Earbud
Automatic Connection
Remove one earbud from the charging case and wait for it to power on automatically. The indicator light ? will blink rapidly white and then slowly white. Activate your device's Bluetooth and search for "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R" or "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_L" to pair the device with the right or left earbud, respectively. After successful pairing, the earbud will automatically connect to the previously paired device when powered on (with Bluetooth active).
Note: The left earbud (L) has a relatively longer automatic connection time.
Manual Connection
When the earbuds are powered off, turn on one earbud manually. When the indicator light ? blinks slowly white, activate your device's Bluetooth and pair the earbud with the device.
Reset Earbuds
If the earbuds cannot connect correctly, follow these steps to reset them:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case and ensure they are powered off.
- Press and hold the multi-function button ? on both earbuds for approximately 15 seconds.
- After the indicator light ? flashes red and white alternately three times, release the button.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case.
- Delete the earbuds from the list of paired devices on your device and pair them again.
Overview of Functions
The following functions can be used with both earbuds:
- Answer / End Calls: Press the multi-function button ? gently to answer or end calls.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the button ? for 1 second to reject a call.
- Play / Pause Music: While music is playing, gently press the multi-function button ? to play or pause music. Note: The music player needs to be running in the background.
- Activate Voice Assistant: While on standby, double-press the multi-function button ? to activate the voice assistant. Note: Voice assistant functions and quick activation must be supported and enabled on your device.
- Answer Second Call / Switch Calls: For incoming calls, gently press the multi-function button ? to answer. During an active call, gently press the button ? to answer a second incoming call. Double-press the button ? to switch between the two calls.
- Switch Between Earbuds and Device: During a call, press and hold the multi-function button ? for 1 second to switch audio between the earbuds and your phone.
- Mute / Unmute: During calls, double-press the multi-function button ? to mute or unmute the microphone.

Precautions

Notes
- If the product is not used for more than 2 weeks, it is recommended to charge it before use.
- Use only certified chargers provided by qualified manufacturers.
- Continuous use of earbuds at high volume for extended periods can damage hearing. Do not use earbuds at high volume for long periods.
- Using earbuds can reduce the perception of external sounds. Do not use earbuds in environments that may threaten safety. It is recommended to use only one earbud outdoors.
