Product Overview

Charging Case

The charging case features a charging port, charging contacts for the earbuds, and a charging indicator light.

Earbuds

Each earbud has a multi-function button, an indicator light, a microphone, and charging contacts. The earbuds are supplied with M-sized ear tips. You can change them to S or L if the fitted size does not suit your ear.

Earbud Placement

Insert the earbud carefully into the ear canal, ensuring it stays in place when you move your head. Please adjust the earbud to expose the microphone during calls. During calls, turn the earbud's microphone towards your mouth for clearer calls.

Charging

Before using the device, please remove the protective film from the earbud contact points to fully charge them and their charging case. Connect the charging cable to charge the earbuds and the charging case simultaneously. The charging case indicator is red when not fully charged and turns white when fully charged, then turns off after 1 minute.

Powering On/Off

Power On

When removed from the charging case, the earbuds automatically power on. If earbuds are powered off and not in the case, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second until the indicator turns white.

Power Off

When placed in the charging case, the earbuds automatically power off. When powered on, press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds until the indicator turns red (stays red for approximately 2 seconds).

Dual Earbud Usage

Auto-Connection

Remove both earbuds from the charging case simultaneously and wait 2-3 seconds for them to power on automatically. When the right earbud's indicator blinks slowly white, search for 'Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R' in your device's Bluetooth settings. If connection fails, place them back in the case and repeat. After successful pairing, the earbud will auto-connect to the paired device when powered on (Bluetooth enabled). Note: Earbuds are factory reset and can be paired directly.

Manual Connection

When earbuds are powered off, manually power on both. Indicators will blink rapidly white, then the right earbud's indicator will blink slowly white after connection. Enable Bluetooth and pair.

Single Earbud Usage

Auto-Connection

Remove one earbud from the charging case and wait for it to power on. The indicator blinks rapidly white, then slowly white. Enable Bluetooth and search for 'Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R' or 'Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_L', then pair your device accordingly. Note: The left earbud (L) has a longer auto-connection time.

Manual Connection

When earbuds are powered off, manually power on one earbud. When the indicator light blinks slowly white, enable Bluetooth and pair the earbud with your device.

Resetting Earbuds

If earbuds cannot connect properly: Remove from case, ensure powered off. Press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for approximately 15 seconds. The indicator will blink red and white alternately three times, twice. Release the button, place earbuds back in the case. Delete earbuds from your device's paired list and re-pair.

Function Overview

Answer/End Calls

Gently press the multi-function button to answer/end calls.

Reject Call

Press and hold the button for 1 second to reject a call.

Play/Pause Music

In standby mode, gently press the multi-function button to play/pause music. Note: A music playback application must be running in the background.

Activate Voice Assistant

In standby mode, double-press the multi-function button to activate the voice assistant. Note: Voice assistant and quick wake-up functionality must be supported and enabled on your device.

Answer Second Call / Switch Between Calls

For incoming calls, gently press the multi-function button to answer. During a call, gently press the button to answer a second incoming call. Gently double-press the button to switch between the two calls.

Switch Between Earbuds and Device

During a call, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second to switch between the earbuds and your phone.

Mute/Unmute

During calls, double-press the multi-function button to mute/unmute.

Your Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic come with a Two (2) year Good Operation Warranty from Info Quest Technologies. Please read the accompanying warranty terms carefully.

Info Quest Technologies provides technical support for selected Xiaomi products they import and distribute in the Greek market. These products have specific serial numbers and include a warranty document.

Info Quest Technologies guarantees to cover any damages during the warranty period, provided the product is used according to its intended purpose, specifications, and under normal conditions.

Warranty Start

The warranty begins from the date of purchase, as evidenced by a legal receipt or invoice.

Warranty is Valid If

1. The device's serial number (Serial No) is clearly discernible and unaltered.
2. The product submitted to Info Quest Technologies laboratories is accompanied by its legal proof of purchase (stating date and type) and a brief description of the fault.

Warranty is Void When

1. The device's serial number (Serial No) has been altered or tampered with.
2. The fault is the result of modifications, poor connection, installation, or misuse.
3. The fault was caused by accident, power surges, liquid or fire, misuse, or neglect.
4. Liquids have entered the product.
5. Defects or faults were caused by poor shipping or transport without adequate packaging.
6. There are visible signs of dropping or tampering (scratches, bent screws, cut wires, etc.).

Warranty Does Not Cover

• Normal wear and tear of the casing or damage from accidents, lightning, water, fire, or improper ventilation.
• Damage from unauthorized adjustments or settings.
• Defects/faults from food/liquids, corrosion, oxidation, or incorrect voltage.
• Periodic maintenance, repair, or part replacement due to normal wear.
• Technician travel expenses for home repair.
• Third-party installations not authorized by Info Quest Technologies.

Transport Terms and Charges

• Transport of products to/from laboratories is the user's responsibility and expense.
• Use original packaging for transport to avoid damage. Info Quest Technologies is not responsible for transport damage if original packaging is not used or is in poor condition.
• If technical inspection finds damage not covered by warranty, the user will be charged for shipping and technical inspection costs. If the user wishes repair despite warranty exclusion, repair costs are borne by the user.

Miscellaneous Terms

• Info Quest Technologies is not liable for any damages (lost profits, consequential or indirect damages) caused by the use or inability to use the product.
• The warranty is valid subject to the above terms, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
• Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of the company's headquarters and Greek law.
