Product Overview
Charging Case

Earbuds

The earbuds come with M-sized ear tips pre-installed. You can change them to S or L size if the pre-installed size does not fit your ear. Using the earbuds may reduce your awareness of external sounds. Do not use earbuds in environments that may compromise safety. It is recommended to use only one earbud when outdoors.
Earbud Placement

Charging
Before using the device, please remove the protective film from the earbud charging contacts to fully charge them and their charging case.

Connect the charging cable to charge the earbuds and the charging case simultaneously.
Charging Case Battery Status Indicators:
- Low Battery: The charging case indicator blinks red every 3 seconds.
- Depleted: Place the earbud in the charging case. The earbud indicator turns red after 10 seconds and turns off once the earbud is powered off.
- Fully Charged: The charging case indicator is white and turns off once the charging case is disconnected from the power supply.
When the earbud battery is low, you will hear a voice prompt. Place the earbuds in the charging case; the indicator will be red.
Power Management
Power On
Once you remove an earbud from the charging case, it powers on automatically.
If the earbuds are not in the charging case and are powered off, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second until the indicator turns white.

Power Off
Once you place an earbud in the charging case, it powers off automatically.
When the earbud is powered on, press and hold the multi-function button for 5 seconds until the indicator turns red.

Pairing
Dual Earbud Usage
Automatic Pairing
Remove both earbuds from the charging case simultaneously and wait 2-3 seconds for them to power on automatically. When the right earbud indicator blinks slowly white, you can search for "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R" in your device's Bluetooth settings. If you cannot connect the earbuds, place them back in the case and repeat the previous steps. After the first successful pairing, the earbud will automatically connect to the previously paired device when powered on (Bluetooth enabled).
Note: All earbuds are factory reset and can be paired directly with a device.
Manual Pairing
When the earbuds are powered off, manually power on both earbuds. Both indicators will blink fast white, and the right earbud indicator will blink slowly white after the earbuds have paired with each other. Enable Bluetooth on your device and then connect or pair your device with the earbuds.

Single Earbud Usage
Automatic Pairing
Remove one earbud from the charging case and wait for it to power on automatically. The earbud indicator blinks fast white, then slowly white. Enable Bluetooth on your device and search for "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R" or "Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_L", then pair your device with the right or left earbud respectively. After the first successful pairing, the earbud will automatically connect to the previously paired device when powered on (Bluetooth enabled).
Note: The left earbud (L) has a relatively longer auto-connection time.

Manual Pairing
When the earbuds are powered off, manually power on one of the two earbuds. When the indicator blinks slowly white, enable Bluetooth on your device and pair the earbud with your device.
Reset and Functions
Resetting the Earbuds
If the earbuds cannot connect properly, please perform the following steps to reset them: Remove the earbuds from the charging case and ensure they are powered off. Press and hold the multi-function button on both earbuds for approximately 15 seconds. When the indicator blinks red and white alternately three times (twice), release the button and place the earbuds back into the charging case. Delete the earbuds from your device's paired devices list and then re-pair them with your device.
Function Overview (Both Earbuds)
You can use the following functions on both earbuds:
Answer / End Calls
Gently press the multi-function button to answer / end calls.

Reject Call
Press and hold the button for 1 second to reject a call.

Play / Pause Music
In standby mode, gently press the multi-function button to play/pause music.
Note: A music playback app must be running in the background.

Activate Voice Assistant
In standby mode, press the multi-function button twice to activate the voice assistant.
Note: Voice assistant and quick wake-up functions must be supported and enabled on your device.

Answer Second Call / Switch Calls
For incoming calls, gently press the multi-function button to answer the call. During a call, gently press the multi-function button to answer a second incoming call. Gently press the multi-function button twice to switch between the two calls.
Switch Between Earbuds and Device
During a call, press and hold the multi-function button for 1 second to switch between the earbuds and your phone.
Mute / Unmute Call
During calls, press the multi-function button twice to mute/unmute the microphone.

Notes

Warranty Information
The Mi True Wireless Earbuds you have just purchased come with a 2-year Warranty of Good Operation from Info Quest Technologies. Please read the warranty terms accompanying the product carefully. It is noted that Info Quest Technologies provides technical support for selected Xiaomi products which it imports and distributes in the Greek market. These products have specific serial numbers and include a warranty document from Info Quest Technologies. Info Quest Technologies guarantees that during the warranty period, it will cover any defects that may arise in the product in the manner and by the means available to it. A necessary condition for the warranty to be valid is that the product is used according to its intended purpose, in accordance with its specifications and characteristics, and under normal conditions.
Warranty Start
The warranty begins from the date of purchase of the product, as proven by the presentation of a legal receipt or invoice.
Warranty Valid If
- The device's serial number (Serial No) is clearly legible and has not been tampered with.
- The product transferred to Info Quest Technologies' laboratories is accompanied by its legal proof of purchase – where the date and type are clearly stated & a brief description of the fault.
Warranty Void When
- The device's serial number (Serial No) has been altered or tampered with.
- The fault is the result of modifications, poor connection, poor installation, or poor use.
- The fault was caused by an accident, changes in mains voltage, liquid or fire, misuse, or neglect.
- Liquids have entered the product.
- Defects or damage to the device or its components were caused by improper shipping or transport without appropriate packaging.
- There are visible signs of dropping or tampering with the device, such as scratches, loose screws, cut wires, etc.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear and tear of the device's outer casing, or damage caused by accidents, lightning, water, fire, or improper ventilation.
- Damage caused to the product by unauthorized adjustments or settings that do not correspond to the product's technical specifications.
- Defects or damage from food or liquids, corrosion, oxidation, or use of incorrect voltage.
- Periodic maintenance and repair or replacement of parts as a result of normal wear.
- Technician travel expenses for on-site repair.
- Installation of materials or equipment by third parties not authorized by Info Quest Technologies.
Transport and Fees
- The transport of Xiaomi products to and from the labs for repair is at the user's responsibility and expense.
- For the transport of the product, the original product packaging must be used, which should be kept in excellent condition to prevent any damage during transport. Otherwise, Info Quest Technologies is not liable for any damage to the device during transport.
- In the event that, after technical inspection, it is determined that the fault is not covered by the warranty for the reasons mentioned above, the user will be charged for shipping and technical inspection costs. If the user wishes to have the fault repaired, despite it not being covered by the warranty, the repair costs will be borne by the user.
Other Terms
- Info Quest Technologies is in no case liable to the customer or third parties for any damages, including lost profits, consequential, incidental, or other indirect damages, caused by the use or inability to use the product.
- The warranty is valid subject to the above terms, of which the customer has been informed and accepts.
- For any dispute that may arise from this, the competent courts are the courts of the company's seat, and Greek Law shall apply.
