User Manual

Product Overview

The product consists of a charging case and two earbuds. The charging case houses the earbuds and provides power.

Charging Case Components:

Charging Port: USB Type-C port for charging the case.
Charging Pins: Connect to the earbuds to charge them.
Charging Indicator [?]: Shows the charging status of the case.

Earbud Components:

Multi-function Button [?]: Used for controls like play/pause, answering calls, etc.
Indicator Light [?]: Shows connection and charging status.

Ear Tips: The earbuds come with size M ear tips installed. You can replace them with size S or L for a better fit.

How to Wear

Gently insert the earbud into your ear canal. Ensure it is secure and does not easily sway when moving your head. For clearer calls, adjust the earbud so the microphone [?] is exposed and pointed towards your mouth.

Charging

Before first use, remove the protective film from the earbud contact points [✔️].

Connect a charging cable to the charging case [?] to charge both the case and earbuds simultaneously.

Charging Case Indicator: Red light indicates charging; light turns off when fully charged.

Earbud Indicator: Red light indicates charging; light turns white when fully charged and turns off after 1 minute.

Powering On and Off

Turning On: Remove earbuds from the charging case [?] for automatic power-on. If earbuds are off, press and hold the multi-function button [?] for 1 second until the indicator [?] turns white.

Turning Off: Place earbuds into the charging case [?] for automatic power-off. If earbuds are on, press and hold the multi-function button [?] for 5 seconds until the indicator [?] turns red.

Earbud Usage Modes

Dual Earbud Usage

Automatic Connection: Remove both earbuds from the charging case [?]. Wait 2-3 seconds for them to power on. The right earbud's indicator [?] will blink white slowly. Search for 'Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R' in your device's Bluetooth settings and pair. If pairing fails, return earbuds to the case and repeat. They will automatically connect to the last paired device when powered on.

Manual Connection: If earbuds are off, manually turn on both. Indicators will blink white quickly. The right earbud's indicator [?] will blink white slowly once connected. Enable Bluetooth [?] on your device and pair.

Single Earbud Usage

Automatic Connection: Remove one earbud from the charging case [?]. Wait for it to power on. The indicator [?] will blink white quickly, then slowly. Enable Bluetooth [?], search for 'Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_R' or 'Mi True Wireless EBs Basic_L', and pair. The left earbud (L) may have a longer auto-connection time.

Manual Connection: If earbuds are off, manually turn on one. When its indicator [?] blinks white slowly, enable Bluetooth [?] on your device and pair.

Resetting Earbuds

If earbuds do not connect properly, follow these steps:

Remove earbuds from the charging case [?] and ensure they are off.
Press and hold the multi-function button [?] on both earbuds for approximately 15 seconds.
The indicator [?] will blink red and white alternately twice. Release the button.
Place the earbuds back into the charging case [?].
Delete the earbuds from your device's paired Bluetooth list and re-pair them.

Function Overview

The following functions can be used on both earbuds:

Answer/End Calls [?]: Gently press the multi-function button [?].
Reject a Call: Press and hold the button [?] for 1 second.
Play/Pause Music [▶️]/[⏸️]: Gently press the multi-function button [?] while music is playing or paused. (Requires a music player running in the background).
Activate Voice Assistant [?️]: Press the multi-function button [?] twice while standby. (Requires device support).
Answer Second Call/Switch Calls: When a call is incoming, gently press the button [?] to answer. During a call, gently press the button [?] to answer a second incoming call. Press the button [?] twice to switch between calls.
Switch Between Earbuds and Device: During a call, press and hold the button [?] for 1 second.
Mute/Unmute: During calls, gently press the button [?] twice.
