App Functions for You
The Lumary App features five main sections: On/Off, Colour, Scene, Music, and Plan.

FAQ
1. What should I do if I don't have internet access to my Lumary product?
If you lack internet access, you will need two mobile phones. Use one phone to set up a hotspot, and the other phone to connect to the hotspot and add the device via the app. Refer to the guide for detailed instructions.
2. If my Wi-Fi internet goes down, will Lumary App still work?
Lumary products require a Wi-Fi connection for remote usage. However, they can be controlled locally using the app via LAN (Local Area Network) and Bluetooth. This allows functionalities like turning on/off, dimming, adjusting color temperature, and changing colors directly through the app, even without an internet connection, provided the devices are connected to the same network or via Bluetooth.
3. Why does the flickering occur with Lumary products?
Lumary products come with factory default network configurations. If a device is not connected to the network, it will flash for three minutes each time it's powered on. Once connected, the flashing will cease. If the device is connected, it will stop flashing and automatically reconnect to the network when switched off and on via the wall switch after a 15-second interval.
4. Can I share with family and friends?
Yes, you can share access to your Lumary devices. In the Lumary App, go to your main device list, select the device, tap the "..." button for advanced settings, and click "Share Device". You can then give or revoke sharing permissions. The other user must have the Lumary App downloaded and an account registered to control the device.
5. Can I group multiple Lumary devices together?

To create a group: From your main device list, select a device, tap the "..." button for advanced settings, select "Create Group", name the new group, and choose which devices to include.
6. My Lumary device has a funny name. How do I rename it?
From your main device list, select the device you want to rename. Press the "..." button for advanced settings. Click "Modify Device Name" (or "Modify Group Name" if renaming a group) and choose a more familiar name.
7. What's the wireless range?
The wireless range is largely determined by your home router and room conditions. For precise information, refer to your router manufacturer's specifications regarding coverage area and range capabilities.
8. What should I do if the device appears offline or is unreachable?
Ensure your Wi-Fi router is online and within range. Check for the latest Lumary functionality by clicking "Check for firmware update" in device settings. If issues persist, try these steps: a.
