Get Ready
- Know your Wi-Fi network and password.
- Ensure your mobile device is running iOS 13.3 or higher and Android 9.0 or higher.
- Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (Lumary cannot connect to 5GHz networks).

PLEASE READ ALL SAFETY PRECAUTIONS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE INSTALLING THE FIXTURE.
- Please check and make sure there is no sign of physical damage to the product when unpacking. DO NOT use damaged products.
- Turn off the power before installing or servicing.
- Due to the risk of fire or electric shock, installation of this product requires knowledge of electrical systems. If you are not qualified, do not attempt installation. Contact a qualified electrician.
- Please handle gently to ensure the lifespan and appearance of the product.
- This LED deck light uses 12-24V low voltage. Please check that your supply voltage matches the voltage marked on the label prior to connecting to supply leads.
Electrical Connection Diagram: The system requires a low voltage transformer. Input is AC 120V/50Hz, and the output is 12-24V AC/DC.
Installation Instructions
- Drill two holes in the wall.
- Tap the plastic anchors into the holes.
- Align the holes on the fixture with two plastic anchors.
- Tighten the fixture to the plastic anchors with the screws.
- Use the waterproof wire nuts to connect the wires. The input power cord requires 12-24V AC/DC.
Application Connection
Step 1: Download and Install the Lumary App
Find and install the "Lumary" App on the App Store or Google Play.
Step 2: Register a Lumary Account
Enter your email address and create a password. Agree to the Privacy Policy and User Agreement. Log into the App. Note: Please select your region and country.
Step 3: Connect Your Smart Device
Connect your Lumary smart device to the app using Bluetooth communication. Note: If the device needs voice control, timing, and remote control, a gateway (Model: L-GW0A1) is required.
Connection Steps:
- Ensure your phone is connected to a network and Bluetooth is turned on.
- Power on the light; it will start flashing or breathing to indicate pairing mode.
- In the Lumary App, click the "+" icon to search for nearby devices on the network. Once the device is located, click "Add" to add it to the App.
- If you wish to use a gateway, please refer to the gateway guide for further instructions.
Step 4: Enter Wi-Fi Information
Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password. Ensure you are connecting to a 2.4GHz network, as 5GHz networks are not supported.
After successful connection, the app will show devices added successfully. Click "Done".
Group Control
Step 1: Access Device Settings
Log in to the Lumary App, tap the smart device, and then click the edit icon (pencil symbol) in the top right corner.
Step 2: Create a Group
Click "Create Group", then select the device(s) you want to include in the group and save.
Step 3: Name and Control Group
You can reset the group name and save it. The group can then control multiple devices simultaneously.
Beacon Remote Controller
The Lumary Beacon Remote Controller allows for convenient control of your smart lights.
Remote Functions:
- ON/OFF: Powers the device on or off.
- Night Light: Activates a low-brightness mode.
- 7 Colors: Cycles through preset colors.
- Brightness+/-: Adjusts the brightness level.
- Temperature+/-: Adjusts the color temperature (e.g., warm to cool white).
- K- RGB K+: Controls RGB color mixing and color temperature.
- Group A/B/C/D: Assigns devices to specific groups for control.
- Scene: Activates pre-set lighting scenes.
Pairing the Remote Controller:
Note: Not all devices are compatible with the remote controller. For details, contact support@lumary.tech.
- The device is powered by 2xAAA dry batteries.
- First, the light must be bound to the Lumary App.
- Use the wall switch to disconnect power for 5 seconds, then turn it back on. The light and remote control should be in pairing status.
- Long press any group key (A/B/C/D) until the light blinks to indicate successful pairing. If devices are not fully paired, press and hold the group button again. Repeat steps 3-4 if pairing takes longer than 1 minute.
Remote Key Usage:
- Short press ON/OFF: Controls devices paired under grouping.
- Long press Group key: Initiates device pairing.
- Long press "Grouping Key" and "Brightness-" combination: Unpairs all devices under the grouping.
- Bind: Long press Group A/B/C/D key until the device blinks or breathes.
- Unbind: Long press "Brightness-" and any group A/B/C/D key for 3 seconds.
FAQ
- Why does flickering occur with Lumary products? Lumary products are factory set to default network configuration. If a device is not connected to the network, it will flash for three minutes each time it is powered on. Once connected, it will stop flashing and automatically connect when switched off and on via the wall switch after 15 seconds.
- What should I do if the device appears offline or is unreachable? Ensure your Wi-Fi router is online and in range. Check for the latest Lumary functionality by clicking "Check for firmware update" in your device settings. Try these steps: turn off the device, clear the application cache, reboot the router, turn the device back on after one minute, and check the device status.
- How do I reset the device? To reconnect to Wi-Fi, reset the device using the wall switch:
- Reset once (on-off-on-off-on): Enters Easy Mode, indicated by a rapidly blinking white light. Refer to connect in Easy Mode.
- Reset again (on-off-on-off-on): Enters AP Mode, indicated by a slowly blinking white light. Refer to connect in AP Mode. - How many devices can I control? Lumary supports a maximum of 30 timers per device, 120 devices per home, 100 Tap-to-Run automations, 100 Automations, 150 tasks in Tap-to-Run/Automation, 10 conditions in Automation, 200 simultaneous mobile device logins, 20 Homes per account, 20 home members, 20 rooms per home, 50 devices per room, 100 devices per group, 20 device groups per home, and sharing up to 20 devices/groups with other users.
- What should I do if I find a problem with the purchased product? Please email support@lumary.tech with your Amazon order ID. Lumary is dedicated to ensuring 100% satisfaction and will happily exchange a faulty product for a new one.

Voice Control Guide
Name and control each device by voice using compatible voice assistants.
Work With Amazon Alexa
Linking Lumary with Alexa:
- Log in to the Lumary App, tap the smart device, and click the edit icon in the top right corner.
- Tap "Alexa" under Third-party Control.
- Tap "Sign In With Amazon".
- Tap "Allow" to sign in to Lumary.
- Linking is successful. When adding new devices, you do not need to link again; simply discover new devices in Alexa.
Example Alexa Commands:
- "Alexa, discover my devices."
- "Alexa, turn on the bedroom light."
- "Alexa, set the bedroom light to orange."
- "Alexa, turn off the coffee machine."
- "Alexa, set the living room to 50%."
- "Alexa, dim porch light."

Work With Google Assistant
Linking Lumary with Google Assistant:
- Log in to the Lumary App, tap the smart device, and click the edit icon in the top right corner.
- Tap "Google Assistant" under Third-party Control.
- Tap "Link with Google Assistant".
- Click "Agree and link".
- Linking is successful. When adding new devices, you do not need to link again; simply discover new devices in Google Home.

- "Hey Google, turn on all the lights in my bedroom."
- "Hey Google, turn off the light."
- "Hey Google, set the bedroom light to orange."
