WARNING: Make certain power is OFF from the electrical panel before starting installation or attempting any maintenance. Indoor installation only.

Pre-Installation

  1. Turn power OFF from the electrical panel before starting installation.
  2. Locate a suitable position for the fixture and open a hole according to the cut-hole dimensions (refer to Hole Cut Table for appropriate size).
  3. Run electrical wire from the switch (power supply) through the mounting hole, using NMD90 Romex.

Remodel applications: The hardwire box does not require firm securing after the mounting plates, studs, joists, or structural units have been concealed. Junction box suitable for a maximum of 5 No 12 AWG or 8 No 14 AWG Conductors.

Installation Steps

Troubleshooting

  1. Can't connect to your Wi-Fi network: Make sure you entered the correct Wi-Fi password during setup. Check for any internet connection problems. If the Wi-Fi signal is too weak, reset your Wi-Fi router and try again.
  2. If you fail to bind: You may need two phones. Use one to set up a hotspot and the other to connect to the hotspot and add the device through the app. If the device is successfully added, the problem is likely with your router. Check your router settings for MAC and DHCP restrictions. Lumary's products do not support 5GHz networks.
  3. If you have any questions: Contact Lumary via email at support@lumary.tech or leave a message on their official social media accounts.
  4. Note: To ensure stable product output, 4-inch and 6-inch light sources and their power supply boxes cannot be mixed. Please follow the corresponding model for connections.
