⚠ WARNING: Care must be taken when folding and unfolding the stroller to prevent finger entrapment and damage. Ensure all accessories, mobile phones, diaper bags, or purses are removed before folding. Baby Trend is not liable for damage to the product or items if not removed.
Weight and Size Limits:
- Maximum weight for front seat: 40 lb (18.1 kg)
- Maximum weight for platform and jump/rear seat: 50 lb (22.68 kg)
- Front seat suitable for children 6+ months, not over 40 inches (102 cm) tall.
- Rear platform/jump seat suitable for children 2.5+ years old, not over 40 inches (102 cm) tall.
- Total child weight exceeding 90 lbs (40.82 kg) may cause excessive wear and an unstable condition.
- Maximum weight in storage basket: 5 lbs (2.26 kg)
- Maximum weight for parent tray and child tray: 3 lbs (1.36 kg)
- Maximum weight for seat belt storage pocket: 1 lb (0.45 kg)
General Safety:
- Always ensure the stroller is fully opened and locked before allowing a child near it.
- NEVER use the stroller on stairways or escalators.
- NEVER allow your stroller to be used as a toy.
- Do not place hot liquids or items over the specified weight limits on trays.
- Accessories like parcel bags may change stroller balance and cause instability.

Assembly Instructions
1. Frame Set Up
Pull and rotate the latch away from the stroller peg. Hold the handle with one hand and tilt the stroller forward. Push the stroller open firmly with the other hand. Firmly pull upward on the stroller handle to completely open the frame. NOTE: The frame must fully click into position. [▶ Push] [✋ Hold]
2. Front Wheels
Insert each front wheel into the housing on both sides of the stroller frame. Align the peg with the housing and push firmly into place. Ensure the black cap faces outwards.
3. Rear Axle
Remove the pin and one washer from both ends of the rear axle. Install the rear wheel by inserting the auxiliary teeth first. Pass the cross bar through the rear wheel and insert the second washer. Place the pin horizontally into the axle bar hole, then rotate it to a vertical position. Align the cap tabs with the wheel holes and push the cap into the wheel to close the axle assembly. Press firmly with your palm to ensure the cap is fully seated. Repeat for the other side. Place the rear legs over the axle with wheels and apply pressure on both sides to ensure they lock into place. Pull on the front and rear wheels to confirm they are securely attached.
4. Child Tray
⚠ WARNING: The child's tray is not a restraint device; always secure your child with the seat belt. Do not lift the stroller by the child's tray. Be careful when securing the front tray. Do not place hot liquids or more than 3 lbs (1.36 kg) in the child tray, as this may cause burns or unstable conditions.
To Attach Child Tray: Push the tray downward onto each side of the front armrests until both sides snap into place. Check security by gently pulling upwards.
To Access Child Seat: Pull one release lever on the underside of the child tray and lift upward. Either side can rotate up to access the seat. To remove the child tray, pull both release levers and lift upward. Repeat for the rear child tray.
5. Mobile Phone Positioning Parent Tray
⚠ WARNING: Do not place hot liquids or more than 3 lbs (1.36 kg) in the parent tray.
To Insert Parent Tray: Insert the tray pin into the handle hole. Align the opposite side and press down until you hear a 'click' (▶ Click). Pull up on the tray to verify installation. Be careful not to pinch your fingers.
Mobile Phone Positioner: Align the mobile phone to the clip and insert it through the grips, pushing the phone all the way down. NOTE: The positioner may not accommodate all phones; do not use as a secure holder when stroller is not in use or if the phone is loose or too large.
To Remove Parent Tray: Pull outward on one end of the tray while lifting upward.
6. Front Canopy
To Attach Canopy: Align canopy clips to plastic tabs and slide forward to lock. NOTE: Ensure the canopy is completely snapped into position.
To Open Canopy: Push the front bar forward while holding the back of the canopy. The canopy will extend forward or backward.
To Close Canopy: Pull the front of the canopy back towards the stroller handle.
To Remove Canopy: Slide both canopy clips backward to remove.
7. Rear Canopy
If unattached: Align male fittings of the lower connection with female fittings on the handle frame and push inward. Pinch straps and insert into tray slots. Hook all three canopy straps to the tray tab. Ensure all fabric panels are attached to their corresponding tabs. Secure canopy sides with bands. Fasten hooks and straps onto the stroller frame. Repeat for the other side.
To Remove Rear Canopy: Repeat attachment steps in reverse. Press both snap buttons of the rear canopy to remove.
8. Basket Access
Securing Basket Straps: Locate the four types of straps. Loop the cord on the front edge of the basket over and hook it onto the tab under the frame. Loop the two basket straps together over the stroller frame. Ensure the strap is inserted through the rear footrest and the slot on the rear basket. Repeat for the other side.
Check Straps: Ensure all straps with snap closures are attached correctly.
Basket Access / Flip-Up Leg Rest: Lift the leg rest to access the storage basket from the front. Lift the leg rest from the edge and always close the basket front access when not in use.
9. Rear Brakes
⚠ WARNING: Always engage brakes when the stroller is stopped to prevent rolling. Never leave unattended on an incline.
To Engage: Apply downward pressure to the brake levers on the rear axle. You may need to move the stroller slightly forward or backward to engage. Verify the stroller does not move once brakes are applied.
To Release: Gently lift up on the brake levers. Verify the stroller does not move and both brakes are properly engaged.
10. Secure the Child
⚠ WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.
⚠ STRANGULATION HAZARD: A child can strangle in loose safety harness. Never leave a child in the seat with a loose or undone harness.
Harness Adjustment: The 5-point harness shoulder straps have multiple positions. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below, the top of the child's shoulder.
To Secure Child: Place the safety harness around the child's waist and over their shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male ends of the shoulder/waist belts into the crotch buckle. Tighten all buckles for a snug fit.
Front Seat Adjustments: Press the center clasp button to release all harness straps. To re-thread, unhook shoulder straps, use the slit in the back of the seat, and select the correct position.
Rear Seat Adjustments: To re-thread, unhook shoulder straps, use hook and loop in the back of the seat, and select the correct position. Adjust crotch buckle to face the front of the stroller if needed. Use the strap and anchor under the seat to reset the crotch buckle.
11. To Recline Seats
⚠ WARNING: The upright position should only be used for a child at least 6 months old.
To Recline: Press the clip ends together to release and pull down. To Place Upright: Press the clip ends together while holding the strap end, then push the clip upwards to secure.
Repeat for the rear seat. Adjust safety strap as needed.
12. Infant Car Seat
⚠ WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out; always use the Infant Car Seat harness.

ATTENTION: CS01 EZ-Lift, CS02 EZ-Lift PLUS, and CS03 EZ-Lift PRO Dual Infant Car Seats must attach to both front and rear stroller connectors. IMPORTANT: For dual seating, both seats must have weight in them, and children must be seated simultaneously. Single Infant Car Seats attach to front seat connectors only. This requires adjusting the child tray and seat back to the most reclined position. Canopy adjustments may be needed.
NOTE: Refer to step 11 for seat position adjustments.
⚠ DO NOT use a single car seat in the rear position. ⚠ DO NOT use the rear seat without fabric installation.
Car Seat Connections: Recline seats as per step 11. Align car seat connection with stroller connectors. Both car seats must be rear-facing. Rest the lower rear of the car seats against the angle point of the tray. Latch the connection into the stroller frame and press firmly until it clicks. ALWAYS ensure the car seat is properly connected and locked before use by lifting the car seat handle.
IMPORTANT: REAR SEAT: Use short clips to secure the infant car seat. Thread clips between the canopy and stroller frame. Reverse to remove and store in the side pocket.
Removing the Car Seat: Set handle to carry position. Squeeze the release handle at the top-rear of the car seat and lift away from the stroller. This applies to both front and rear seats.
13. Jump Seat
⚠ WARNING: The rear platform and jump seat are designed for children 2.5+ years old, with good balance and coordination, not over 40 inches tall.
Rear Seat/Jump Seat Use: Remove the rear child tray, rear canopy, and rear seat. Refer to Fig. 4d for rear child tray removal. Reverse step 6 for rear canopy removal.
To Remove Rear Seat: Detach the recline strap from the frame by folding and sliding it through the "D-ring". Remove any remaining straps attached to the stroller frame. Place stroller on its side and remove attachments underneath the rear seat.
To Reattach Rear Seat: Reverse the removal steps.
⚠ WARNING: Do not use the jump seat without adjusting the harness strap.
14. Using the Rear Jump Seat
⚠ WARNING: The rear platform and jump seat are designed for children 2.5+ years old, with good balance and coordination, not over 40 inches tall.
NOTE: The rear seat should be removed. The crotch buckle must face the stroller rear during jump seat use. Use the strap and anchor under the seat to reset the crotch buckle.
Have the child sit on the jump seat facing backwards. Secure the child with the jump seat 3-point harness. Pass the seat belt around the child's waist and buckle it to the crotch strap. Adjust the seat belt for a snug fit. TO RELEASE: Push the center clasp button to release all harness straps.
15. Using the Platform
⚠ WARNING: The rear platform and jump seat are designed for children 2.5+ years old, with good balance and coordination, not over 40 inches tall.
Engage rear brakes. Place child in a rear-facing standing position. Ensure the child holds the frame with both hands at all times. Position the child on the platform facing forward, with hands on the frame. Secure the stand feature safety belt behind the child and engage the buckle. Ensure the child's feet are fully on the platform.
16. To Fold Stroller
⚠ WARNING: Be careful to avoid finger entrapment and damage when folding/unfolding. Keep children away. Remove all accessories before folding.
Push the canopy forward away from the handle. Pull the stroller back to position the front wheel as shown and engage the brakes. Slide the thumb latch to the left. Squeeze the pull trigger while pushing forward on the handle. As the stroller begins to fold, push the handle upward and use the fold assist strap to close it. Rotate the latch to lock the stroller, ensuring the stroller peg engages the latch. Refer to Step 1 for unfolding sequence.
17. Front Wheel - Maintenance
To replace the front wheel, press the pin located behind the wheel hub and pull the wheel out.
18. Rear Wheel - Maintenance
To replace the rear wheel, press the release pin and pull the wheel out.
Seat Pad Cleaning
Clean the seat pad using only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
Other Maintenance
Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed. Contact Customer Service for assistance.
Warranty and Customer Service
Warranty: Baby Trend warrants against workmanship defects for 1 year from purchase. Misuse, abuse, abnormal use, improper assembly, negligence, or alterations invalidate the warranty. Damage during installation is the user's responsibility.
