Baby Trend® offers a warranty covering workmanship defects within 1 year of purchase. This warranty excludes damage due to misuse, abuse, abnormal use, excessive wear and tear, improper assembly, negligence, environmental exposure, alteration, accident, or if the serial number has been altered or removed. Any property damage during installation is the sole responsibility of the end user.

Safety Warnings and Precautions
- WARNING: Follow all instructions to ensure your child's safety. Keep these instructions for future reference.
- WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions could result in serious injury or death. Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out; always use the safety harness and ensure children are properly positioned.
- WARNING: Never leave children unattended.
- Bags, shopping bags, parcels, diaper bags, or accessory items may change the stroller's balance, causing a hazardous, unstable condition.
- Ensure the stroller is completely opened and locked in place before allowing a child near it.
- NEVER use the stroller on stairways or escalators.
- NEVER allow your stroller to be used as a toy.
- To clean, use only mild household soap or detergent and warm water on a sponge or clean cloth.
- Regularly check your stroller for loose screws, worn parts, torn material, or stitching. Replace or repair parts as needed.
- Discontinue use if the stroller malfunctions or becomes damaged. Contact customer service for repair or replacement parts.
- NEVER run or jog with this stroller.
Weight Limits and Specifications
- Storage Basket: Maximum 10 lb (4.53 kg) when rear is extended, 20 lb (9.07 kg) when rear is closed.
- Mobile Phone Positioning Parent Tray & Child Tray: Maximum 5 lb (2.26 kg) each.
- Front Seat: Maximum 50 lb (22.68 kg).
- Platform / Jumpseat: Maximum 50 lb (22.68 kg).
- Rear Stand on Platform / Jump Seat: Designed for a child at least 2 1/2 years old and not over 40 inches (101.6 cm) tall.
- Combined Features (front seat, platform/jumpseat, accessories): Maximum 110 lb (45.35 kg) within individual limits.
- Exceeding weight limits may cause a hazardous unstable condition.

Assembly Instructions
Important Assembly Notes
- To ensure safe operation, follow these instructions carefully.
- Before assembly and each use, inspect the product for damaged hardware, loose joints, missing parts, or sharp edges. NEVER use if any parts are missing or broken.
- Adult assembly is required.
Frame Setup
- Lay the frame on the side opposite the fold latch. Release the fold latch by pulling it outward. Slightly open the frame to remove the canopy.
- Put the frame upright and firmly pull backward on the stroller handle to snap the frame open.
- NOTE: The frame must fully click into position.

Front Wheel Installation
- Insert each front wheel into the housing on both sides of the stroller frame. Line up the peg with the housing and firmly push into place.

Rear Axle-Platform Installation
- From the underside, align the rear axle-platform over the rear frame tubes. Push in evenly on both sides until secure.
- Ensure to press the rear axle-platform under the lower bar.
- NOTE: Ensure the rear axle-platform clicks into position on both sides. Pull on each side to ensure it is locked in place before use.
- NEVER use the stroller if the rear axle-platform does not lock into place. Contact customer service if assistance is needed.

Child Tray Installation
- Push the child tray downward and onto each side of the front armrests until both sides snap into place. Check that the tray is secured by slightly pulling it upwards.
- To access child seat: Pull one release lever on the underside of the child tray and lift upward. Either side can rotate up to access the seat.
- NOTE: To remove the child tray: Press the 2 buttons to rotate the tray up. Pull each release lever on both sides of the tray and pull upward.

Canopy Installation
- Align both sides of the canopy clips onto the plastic tabs. Slide clips forward to lock into place.
- NOTE: Ensure the canopy is completely snapped into position.
- To open the canopy: Push the front bar forward while holding the back of the canopy. The canopy ratchets forward or backward.
- To close the canopy: Pull the front of the canopy back towards the stroller handle.
- To remove the canopy: Slide both canopy clips back towards the stroller handle.

Basket Access
- To access front of basket: Open and close the leg rest with the hook and loop fastener. Lift the leg rest to access the basket.
- To access rear of basket: Locate the convenience basket below the rear jump seat. Ensure the hook and loop straps are attached to the lower frame joint.

Mobile Phone Positioning Parent Tray Installation
- Align the mobile phone to the clip and insert it through the grips. Make sure to push the phone all the way down into the positioner.
- NOTE: The positioner may not accommodate all mobile phones or other devices. Do not use the positioner as a secure holder when the stroller is not in use or if your phone is loose or too large.
- Removal: Under the stroller frame, locate the parent tray tabs. Press them inwards and lift up the tray from the housing.

Safety Features and Usage
Rear Brakes
- WARNING: Always set brakes when the stroller is not being pushed to prevent it from rolling away. NEVER leave the stroller unattended on a hill or incline.
- To engage rear brakes, apply downward pressure to the brake levers located on the rear axle. The stroller may require slight forward or rearward movement to engage the brake.
- Check that the stroller will not move once the brakes are properly applied.
- To release, gently lift up on the brake levers.

Front Seat Usage
- WARNING: Avoid serious injury from falling or sliding out. Always use the safety harness.
- STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can strangle in loose safety harness. Never leave child in seat when safety harness is loose or undone.
- The shoulder straps of the 5-point harness have multiple positions. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below the top of the child's shoulder.
- To secure the child: Place the safety harness around the child's waist and over the shoulders. Place the crotch strap between the child's legs. Insert the male end of each shoulder/waist belt into the crotch buckle. Tighten all buckles for a proper fit.
- To make adjustments: (1) Push the button on the center clasp; all harness straps will release. (2) Pass them through the slots on the seat fabric.
- Use the hook and loop fasteners on the rear seat opening to access straps and rethread. Select the position that places the shoulder strap level with, or below the top of the child's shoulder.

Rear Jump Seat Usage
- WARNING: The rear platform and jump seat are designed for a child at least 2 1/2 years old, with good balance and coordination, and not over 40 inches tall.
- Have the child sit on the jump seat facing backwards.
- Secure the child with the jump seat 3-point harness.
- Put the seat belt around the child's waist and buckle to the crotch strap. Adjust the seat belt snugly.
- RELEASE! Push the button on the center clasp to release the harness straps.

Front Seat Recline
- WARNING: The upright position should be used only for a child that is at least 6 months old.
- NOTE: Only use recline for the front seat. Always place in the upright position when using the jump seat.
- To recline the seat, press the clip ends together to release and pull down.
- To place the seat into an upright position, press the clip ends together while holding the end of the strap. Push clip upwards to secure.

Using the Platform
- WARNING: The rear platform and jump seat are designed for a child at least 2 1/2 years old, with good balance and coordination, and not over 40 inches tall.
- First, engage the rear brakes.
- Place the child in a rear-facing standing position.
- NOTE: Ensure the child holds the frame with both hands at all times.

Folding and Unfolding
Folding the Stroller
- Always push the canopy forward away from the handle before folding the stroller.
- Engage the rear brakes before folding.
- To fold the stroller: Slide the thumb latch to the left. Squeeze the pull trigger while pushing forward on the handle.
- Once the stroller begins to fold, push upward on the handle.
- Continue pushing the handle upward and use the fold assist strap to close the stroller.
- Ensure the fold latch clicks and secures the stroller closed.
- NOTE: You may rotate the child tray down for a compact fold. Press the 2 buttons and rotate the tray down.

Unfolding the Stroller
- Release the fold latch.
- Firmly pull backward on the stroller handle to snap the frame open.
- NOTE: The frame must fully click into position.

Infant Car Seat Compatibility
General Warnings
- WARNING: To avoid serious injury from falling, ALWAYS use the safety belt to secure the car seat.
Specific Model Attachment (CS01, CS02, CS03)
- ATTENTION: CS01 EZ-Lift, CS02 EZ-Lift PLUS, and CS03 EZ-Lift PRO Infant Car Seats must attach to the stroller's front seat module.
- These models require child tray and seat back adjustment to the most reclined position. Refer to Step 11 for seat position adjustments.
Module Connection
- Align the car seat module to the inner frame connectors.
- Carefully rest the car seat's lower rear against the angle point of the tray.
- Latch the module into the stroller frame. Press down firmly for the click.
- ALWAYS ensure the car seat is properly connected and locked onto the stroller before each use by lifting up on the car seat handle.

Removing the Car Seat
- NOTE: Set handle to the carry position.
- Squeeze the release handle located at the top-rear of the car seat and lift away from the stroller.

Other Compatible Car Seats (Front Seating Position)
- Attach the child tray and rotate to the vertical position.
- Position the infant car seat facing toward the rear of the stroller and latch it into the tray.
- Take the short clip out of the pocket.
- When the infant car seat is locked firmly into place, secure the single short clip over the infant car seat through the belt path.
- It is very important that the short clip is always tightly fastened around the infant car seat.
- Always secure your child with the car seat harness when using the car seat in the stroller. If your child is already in the car seat, check that the child is secured with the harness. Improper use may result in serious injury or death.

Maintenance
Removing the Car Seat
- Remove the short clip for the infant car seat.
- To remove the Infant Car Seat, squeeze the release handle located at the top-rear or foot-end of the seat and carefully lift upward. Place the short clip into pocket.

Front Wheel Maintenance
- If replacing the front wheel, press the pin located behind the wheel hub. Pull the wheel out from the hub.

Rear Wheel Maintenance
- If replacing the rear axle, press the pin on each side behind the wheel hub. Pull the rear axle out from the hub.

Seat Material Replacement
- To remove seat material: Pull the split strap anchor from underneath the inner armrest and cut the split section off. Repeat for the other side.
- To remove the harness: (1) Push the button on the center clasp; all harness straps will release. (2) Unhook and pass them through the slots on the seat fabric.
- Release the side panels from the 2 tabs. Remove the seat fabric from the backrest framing.
- To insert replacement fabric: At the rear, thread the seat recline straps through the slots. Attach the side panels to the 2 tabs. Redo the harness straps.
- Replace with split strap anchor: Insert through Slot (1), from underneath the inner armrest tug to ensure its anchored and pass through Slot (2). Complete attachment and tug to ensure it anchored correctly (3).
