SLATTUM Bed Frame Assembly Instructions

Parts and Hardware

The following parts and hardware are included for assembly:

Bolts: 3x (Part No. 146655), 26x (Part No. 128574), 4x (Part No. 105107)
Washers: 12x (Part No. 112091)
Tube: 1x (Part No. 10054995)
Corner Pieces: 8x (Part No. 191315)
Connector Pieces: 2x (Part No. 10050800)
Allen Keys: 2x (Part No. 130445)

Assembly Steps

Step 1

Attach the first two legs to the main bed frame base. Insert the legs into the designated slots on the underside of the frame. Secure each leg using two bolts (Part No. 128574) and two washers (Part No. 112091), tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 2

Attach the remaining two legs to the other end of the main bed frame base using the same method as Step 1: two bolts (Part No. 128574) and two washers (Part No. 112091) per leg, tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 3

Insert the two vertical support posts into the designated sockets on the bed frame base. Ensure they are fully seated.

Step 4

Attach the first side rail support bracket to the vertical post. Use two bolts (Part No. 128574) and two washers (Part No. 112091) for each bracket, tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 5

Attach the second side rail support bracket to the other vertical post using two bolts (Part No. 128574) and two washers (Part No. 112091), tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 6

Connect the central support beam to the side rail support brackets. Slide the beam into the slots on the brackets.

Step 7

Insert the central support beam into the frame. The beam is designed to fit into pre-determined slots on the frame.

Step 8

Attach the headboard support brackets to the main frame. Use four bolts (Part No. 105107) and four washers (Part No. 112091), secured with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 9

Slide the side panels into the slots on the bed frame. The panels are designed to fit into pre-cut grooves on the frame.

Step 10

Secure the side panels to the frame. Use six bolts (Part No. 128574) and six washers (Part No. 112091) for this step, tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 11

Attach the other side panels to the frame. Use four bolts, four washers (Part No. 112091), and the Allen key (Part No. 130445) to secure them.

Step 12

Slide the remaining side panels into the slots on the bed frame.

Step 13

Secure the remaining side panels to the frame. Use six bolts (Part No. 128574), six washers (likely Part No. 112091), and the Allen key (Part No. 130445) to secure them.

Step 14

Attach the headboard supports. Use four bolts and four washers (Part No. 112091), tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 15

Attach the corner pieces (Part No. 191315) to the frame. Use eight bolts and the Allen key (Part No. 130445) to secure them. Washers (Part No. 112091) are also used.

Step 16

Secure the central support beam further. Use two bolts and two washers (Part No. 112091), tightened with an Allen key (Part No. 130445).

Step 17

Connect the two long support bars. Insert the bars into the designated slots on the frame. A warning symbol ⚠️ is shown, indicating caution is needed during this step.

Step 18

Attach the corner brackets (Part No. 191315) to the ends of the long support bars. Use two bolts (Part No. 128574), two washers (likely Part No. 112091), and the Allen key (Part No. 130445) for each bracket.

Step 19

Insert the remaining legs into the frame. Secure them with two bolts (Part No. 128574), two washers (likely Part No. 112091), and the Allen key (Part No. 130445) each.

Step 20

Place the mattress support slats onto the frame. The diagram shows slats being positioned across the width of the bed frame.

Step 21

Secure the mattress support slats. Use two bolts, two washers (Part No. 112091), and the Allen key (Part No. 130445) to attach the slats to the frame at specific points. Repeat for the other side using two bolts, two washers (Part No. 112091), and the Allen key (Part No. 130445).
