Assembly Steps

Step 1

Insert the two vertical support posts into the designated holes on the base frame. Ensure they are fully seated. The diagram shows posts being inserted into cylindrical parts on the base.

Step 2

Attach the connector bracket (10050800) to the top of each vertical support post. Secure each bracket with one bolt (128574) and one washer (130445). The inset shows the bolt and washer passing through the bracket and into the post. [2x]

❌ Do not overtighten.

Step 3

Insert the remaining two vertical support posts into the designated holes on the other side of the base frame. Ensure they are fully seated.

Step 4

Attach the connector bracket (10050800) to the top of the remaining vertical support posts. Secure each bracket with one bolt (128574) and one washer (130445). The inset shows the bolt and washer passing through the bracket and into the post. [2x]

❌ Do not overtighten.

Step 5

Attach the two main horizontal support bars to the connector brackets. Secure each connection with one bolt (146655) and one washer (130445). The inset shows the connection detail. [2x]

Step 6

With assistance, connect the side frame sections to the central support structure. Arrows indicate the direction of connection. The inset shows how two parts slot together. [Warning icon: Pinch hazard ?]

Step 7

Connect the remaining side frame sections to the central support structure. Arrows indicate the direction of connection. The inset shows how two parts slot together. [Warning icon: Pinch hazard ?]

Step 8

Attach the protective caps/feet (191315) to the bottom of each vertical post. Secure each cap with one screw (105107) and one washer (130445). The inset shows the detail. [4x]

Step 9

Slide the two side panels into the designated slots on the frame. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.

Step 10

Secure the side panels to the frame using six bolts (128574) and six washers (130445). The inset shows the connection detail. [6x]

Step 11

Secure the frame further using four screws (112091) and four washers (130445). The inset shows the detail. [4x]

Step 12

Slide the remaining two side panels into the designated slots on the frame. Arrows indicate the direction of insertion.

Step 13

Secure these side panels to the frame using six bolts (128574) and six washers (130445). The inset shows the detail. [6x]

Step 14

Secure the frame further using four screws (112091) and four washers (130445). The inset shows the detail. [4x]

Step 15

Attach the eight protective caps/feet (191315) to the bottom of the bed frame legs. The inset shows the detail. The Allen key (130445) is used for tightening. [8x]

Step 16

Secure a component using two screws (112091) and two washers (130445). The inset shows the detail. [2x]

Step 17

Assemble the two long support bars. Arrows indicate connection points. The inset shows a connection detail with a bolt and washer. [Warning icon: Pinch hazard ?] [2x]

Step 18

Attach two caps/feet (191315) to the ends of the assembled long support bars. Secure each with one bolt (128574) and one washer (130445). The inset shows the detail. [2x]

Step 19

Attach the assembled long support bars to the main bed frame. Secure each side with two bolts (128574) and two washers (130445). The inset shows the detail. [2x]

Step 20

Insert the two central support pieces into their designated positions on the frame. Arrows indicate insertion. The inset shows the connection detail with a bolt and washer. [2x]

Step 21

Secure the central support pieces using two screws (112091) and two washers (130445). The inset shows the detail. [2x]

Step 22

Insert the sleeve (10054995) over the bolt (146655). Secure this assembly into the frame using the Allen key (130445). The inset shows the detail.

Step 23

Place the bed slats onto the frame. Unroll or unfold them into position. The diagram shows the slats being laid out. [8x]
