Product Introduction

Thank you for choosing the XOSS X2 PRO Heart Rate Sensor. The XOSS X2 PRO is designed to detect real-time heart rate data and supports data transmission via Bluetooth and ANT+ connections, helping you manage your exercise intensity scientifically. It can also store sports data as a standalone device, enabling lightweight sports activities.

Product Description

Main Unit

Front Side: Displays the 'XOSS X2PRO' logo and an 'Indicator Light'.

Back Side: Features 'L' and 'R' indicators for correct orientation, the 'CE' certification mark, 'ANT+ ID: 6584824', and 'Charging Contacts'.

Chest Strap

The chest strap includes a designated rectangular 'Sensing area that requires skin contact'. The 'Installation Position of Main Unit' indicates where the main unit connects to the strap.

Instructions For Use

1. Moisten the sensing areas of the chest strap before wearing.
2. Adjust the chest strap to a comfortable length and wear it under the chest line with the sensing area close to the skin.
3. Install the XOSS X2 PRO to the chest strap in accordance with the direction indicator on the back (L: left, R: right), with the XOSS logo facing up. The XOSS X2 PRO will automatically turn on when it detects the heart rate, and the indicator light will flash three times.
4. Connect the heart rate sensor to a compatible APP or device that supports ANT+ (e.g., bike computer).

Note: Improper installation direction may result in the inaccuracy of heart rate. XOSS X2 PRO will enter standby mode and stop transmitting Bluetooth or ANT+ signals when heart rate is not detected correctly.

XOSS APP Support

Please ensure the XOSS X2 PRO has been worn properly before use. It is compatible with smartphone systems of iOS 12.0, Android 7.0, or later.

Search "XOSS" in Google Play Store/App Store, or scan the QR Code for XOSS APP download. Download and install the XOSS app. Click 'Devices > Sensors' to search and connect.

Connect with other APPs:

XOSS X2 PRO adopts the standard Bluetooth heart rate protocol, allowing you to read and record your heart rate data by other APPs.

Compatible APPs include: Zwift, Strava, Wahoo Fitness, Polar Beat, Runtastic Pro, Nike+ Run Club.

Introduction to ANT+ Use

Please ensure the XOSS X2 PRO has been worn properly before use. Search and connect to the ID number of your XOSS X2 PRO by the ANT+ device. Once connected, you can use the ANT+ device to read and record your heart rate data.

Cleaning the XOSS X2 PRO

Heart Rate Sensor:

Detach the connector from the strap after each use and clean the connector device with a soft towel. Do not use any chemical cleaners.

Chest Strap:

Rinse the strap under running water and hang to dry after each use. Do not clean the strap in a washing machine or dryer.

Note:

• Do not use chemical cleaners (Chemical cleaners may cause chest strap to age rapidly, shorten its service life).
• Do not stretch or overbend the electrode areas on the strap.
• Do not store the heart rate sensor in humid and gas-tight environments, to prevent rust and oxidation.
• Please store it in a cool and dry environment.

Charging

1. Attach the charger to the device (R side with charging contacts), make sure that the charging pins on the charger align with the charging contacts on the device.
2. When the indicator light is on, it means that the device is charging.

Note:

• Before charging, please ensure that there is no moisture, dust, or dirt on the charging contacts of your XOSS X2 PRO and the charging adapter.
• Do not charge when the temperature is below 0°C/+32°F or above +50°C/+122°F, or when the charging port is wet.
• The maximum voltage and current is 5V1A; ensure the voltage does not exceed 5V.
• Please do not keep the battery in a fully discharged state or constantly fully charged for a long time, as it may harm the battery life.

Warranty Exclusions:

• The normal aging loss of the battery.
• Damage and loss of products due to improper installation.
• Damage caused by abnormal use, such as high temperature and water damage.
• Damage caused by dismantling yourself or by unauthorized maintenance personnel.
