XOSS G+ Smart GPS Cycling Computer

GPS Positioning

1. Press and hold the right button to turn on.
2. Briefly press the left button to search for GPS. The GPS icon will appear and start flashing.
3. After starting, remain still for a few minutes to acquire the GPS signal. When the GPS icon stops flashing and you hear a BEEP, the device is ready.
4. Press and hold the left button to save the training after finishing the ride. The cycling computer will reset to the initial interface.

To search for a GPS signal, please remain still and ensure your device is used in an open area without obstructions. The device only supports outdoor recording.

Battery Capacity

The battery icon in the top right corner will change from empty to full while charging. When there are three bars and it is not flashing, the charge is complete.

Button Functions

• Left Button: Short press to start/pause/reset. Long press to end recording.
• Center Button: Customizable function button. Can be used to start lap counting, control headlights, and switch light modes. More customization options are available in the XOSS app.
• Right Button: Short press to alternate data display. Long press to turn on/off power.

Connecting with XOSS APP

1. Search for XOSS on Google Play/App Store, or scan the QR code to download the XOSS APP.
2. Turn on the XOSS G+ and ensure your phone's Bluetooth is activated.
3. Open the XOSS APP, select Devices > Cycling Computers > G/G+.
4. After connecting XOSS G+ to the XOSS APP, click settings to change backlight, key tones, auto-pause, speed alerts, tire circumference, units, time zone, etc. Training data will automatically synchronize with the XOSS APP.

Before connecting the device, press and hold the left button to ensure the device is at the end of the recording. The app is designed for Bluetooth 4.0 or later versions.

Training Management

1. Connect G+ to XOSS APP.
2. Click Storage > Training.
3. Click Edit in the upper right corner to select one or more trainings you want to delete or re-synchronize.

Custom Data Display

1. Connect G+ to XOSS APP.
2. Click Data Display.
3. Firmware version requirement: Version 1.09 or later.
4. XOSS App version: Android 3.10.2 or later, iOS 3.11.0 or later.

Time Zone Configuration in XOSS APP

1. Connect G+ to XOSS APP.
2. Click Settings > User Information > Time Zone.
3. The device will synchronize with the phone's time zone.

ANT+ Sensor Connection

Note: G+ only supports connection with heart rate, cadence, and speed. It does not support connection with a power meter.

1. Place the device 3 meters from the sensor and 10 meters from other people's sensors.
2. Press both buttons on the XOSS G+ simultaneously until the icon flashes, indicating XOSS G+ is searching for a nearby sensor during startup.
3. If pairing is successful, the icon will remain static. Press the right button again to enter the "Tire Circumference" setting interface.

Lap Counting

The XOSS G+ cycling computer supports four types of lap counting: time-based, distance-based, location-based, and manual laps.

• Time-based Lap Counting: Automatically counts a lap when the configured time interval is reached.
• Distance-based Lap Counting: Automatically counts a lap when the configured distance is reached.
• Location-based Lap Counting: Press the center button to mark a location. The computer will automatically count a lap each time you reach the marked location.
• Manual Lap Counting: Press the center button once to complete a lap and start the next.

All four lap counting modes require successful GPS positioning to start. Press and hold the left button to end lap counting.

Firmware Updates

The XOSS APP will prompt you to update when new firmware is available. It is best to keep the firmware up to date.

• If you get stuck in DFU during a firmware update, try disabling and re-enabling Bluetooth in your phone's settings and reconnecting the XOSS APP to update again.

Installation

1. Place the rubber pad on the back of the mount for bicycles.
2. Use a rubber band to secure the mount to the handlebar or stem.
3. Align the tabs on the back of the device with the slots on the bicycle mount, press down gently, and rotate the device 90 degrees until it locks into place.

Attach the crossbar base with a rubber band. Install the cycling computer.
