EasyF Connection System: Simplicity and Savings
EasyF is an innovative concept for connecting the inner conductor of the coaxial cable (the core) directly into the device. This increases connection reliability. Furthermore, by eliminating "F" connectors, the chassis can be reduced, and two cables can be secured with a single screw.
- Real time savings: Installation can be accelerated as coaxial cable connection is not required. The process of screwing connectors onto the device, which can be difficult in tight spaces, is also avoided.
- Connection reliability: The flap that holds the cables prevents the coaxial cable from loosening.
- Cost savings: No additional connectors ("F" or "IEC") are needed.
- Space optimization: Inputs and outputs are on the same side of the device, preventing coaxial cables from being bent and facilitating work within cabinets and distribution boxes.
- Simple three-step assembly: Simply connect and unscrew the covers to connect two cables:
- Unscrew the splitter cover to access the connection.
- Insert the pre-stripped coaxial cables.
- Close the cover and screw to secure the connection.
Discover More About EasyF System Reliability
With EasyF, the coaxial cable connection to the device is made via an automatic cable insertion system (inner conductor) through contact, without the need for soldering.
- Like new from day one: The device's lifespan increases by eliminating potential solder deterioration over time.
- Reduced failure rate: Generally caused by cold solder joints.
- Optimized electromagnetic performance: At high frequencies.
- Reinforcing our commitment to the environment: Contamination caused by the soldering process is eliminated, and electricity consumption in production is reduced.

Diagram: Power Supply for Mast Amplifier
The diagram illustrates the power supply connection for a mast amplifier. A DC voltage (Vdc) is supplied from the Televes PicoKom amplifier (model 560521/560522) to the mast amplifier (AMP). The PicoKom unit also has a "DC IN" port with an ON/OFF switch, indicating it can receive power or supply it. The output from the PicoKom is connected to a wall socket.
