The video intercom villa door station supports surface mounting.

Before You Start:

Surface Mounting without Protective Shield:

  1. Stick the mounting template on the wall and drill screw holes according to the template. Remove the template.
  2. Secure the mounting plate on the wall using the 4 supplied screws.
  3. Install the villa door station onto the mounting plate and fix it with the set screw.

Note: Apply silicone sealant around the cable wiring area to prevent water ingress.

Surface Mounting with Protective Shield:

  1. Stick the mounting template on the wall and drill screw holes according to the template. Remove the template.
  2. Align the protective shield with the mounting template.
  3. Secure the mounting plate and protective shield on the wall using the 4 supplied screws.
  4. Install the villa door station onto the mounting plate and fix it with the set screw.

Note: Installation with a protective shield is advised for outdoor use.

Recommended Installation Height:

The distance between the camera and the ground should be between 1.4 m and 1.6 m. The optimal height is approximately 1.4 m, with a horizontal viewing angle of 129° and a vertical viewing angle of 75°.

5. Configuration via Web

1. Activate Device via Web:

The device must be activated by setting a strong password before use.

  1. Power on the device and connect it to the network.
  2. Enter the IP address into your web browser and navigate to the activation page. (Ensure your computer and the device are on the same subnet).
  3. Create and confirm a strong password.
  4. Click OK to activate the device.

Note: Basic operations and remote configuration are unavailable until the device is activated.

2. Access Device via Web Browsers:

  1. Enter the device's IP address in your browser's address bar and press Enter.
  2. Enter the username and password, then click Login.

3. Communicate with Indoor Station:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Intercom -> Press Button to Call.
  2. Set the call number for each button. You can also set a Call Management Center, which has higher privilege.
  3. Press the button to call the indoor station.

4. Issue Card:

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Access Control and Elevator Control -> Issue Card.
  2. Present the card to the card reading area.
  3. A confirmation window will appear upon completion.

Note: Supports M1 cards. Up to 10,000 cards can be managed.

5. Unlock Door:

Present an issued card to the card reading area to unlock the door.

2.1 Terminal Description

2.2 Wiring Description

2.2.1 Door Lock Wiring:

For magnetic locks or electric bolts, use the NC/COM terminals. For electric strikes, use the NO/COM terminals.

2.2.2 Door Contact Wiring:

Connect the door contact sensor to the AIN1 terminal.

2.2.3 Exit Button Wiring:

Connect the exit button to the AIN3 terminal.

Hikvision Network Indoor Station (DS-KH6320-(W)TE1)

Note: The DS-KH6320-TE1 model has 11 reserved pins and 8 alarm input pins.

3. Installation

The indoor station supports wall mounting with two installation modes.

Installation Accessory Description:

Wall mounting plate and junction box are required. Junction box dimensions: 75 mm (width) x 75 mm (length) x 50 mm (depth).

Before You Start:

Wall Mounting with Junction Box:

  1. Chisel a hole in the wall (76 mm width x 76 mm length x 50 mm depth).
  2. Insert the junction box into the hole.
  3. Fix the wall mounting plate to the junction box with 2 screws.
  4. Hook the indoor station onto the wall mounting plate. The lock catch will secure automatically.

Wall Mounting without Junction Box:

  1. Insert 2 expansion tubes into the wall.
  2. Fix the wall mounting plate with 2 screws.
  3. Hook the indoor station onto the wall mounting plate. The lock catch will secure automatically.

4. Getting Started

1. Activate Indoor Station:

The device must be activated by setting a strong password.

  1. Power on the device; it will enter the activation page.
  2. Create and confirm a password.
  3. Tap OK to activate.

2. Quick Configuration:

  1. Choose Language and tap Next.
  2. Set Network Parameters (Local IP, Subnet Mask, Gateway, or enable DHCP) and tap Next.
  3. Configure Indoor Station Parameters:
    • Link to Main Door Station: Edit Floor and Room No., create/confirm SIP register password (must match door station's registration password).
    • Advanced Settings: Edit Community No., Building No., Unit No.
    • Link Indoor Extension: Edit No., Room Name, create/confirm SIP register password.
  4. Link Related Devices: Devices in the same LAN will be displayed. Tap to link or enter the serial number.
  5. Tap OK to save settings.
  6. Tap Finish to save all settings.
