1 Appearance
The villa door station features the following components:
- Microphone

Note: The debugging port is for debugging purposes only.
Indicator Description
- Unlock: Green indicator
- Call: Orange indicator
- Communicate: White indicator
2 Terminal and Wiring
The device has various terminals for connection:
- NC: Door Lock Relay Output (Normally Closed)
- NO: Door Lock Relay Output (Normally Open)
- COM: Common Interface
- AIN1: For the access of Door Contact
- AIN3: For the access of Exit Button
- AIN2 & AIN4: Reserved
- 485-: RS-485 Interface (Reserved)
- 485+: RS-485 Interface (Reserved)
- 12 VDC IN: Power Supply Input
- GND: Grounding
Note: RS-485 terminal is not supported.

Figure 2-1 Terminal Description: Illustrates the connection points for all terminals including RS-485, power, ground, AIN inputs, and relay outputs (NC, NO, COM).
Figure 2-2 Door Lock Wiring: Shows connections for door locks. Terminal NC/COM is default for magnetic locks/electric bolts, while NO/COM is default for electric strikes.

3 Installation Accessory
The package includes:
- Mounting Template
- Mounting Plate (Dimensions: 102.58 mm x 39.24 mm x 6.2 mm)
4 Installation
The video intercom villa door station supports surface mounting.
Before You Start:
- Ensure all related equipment is powered off during installation.
- Required tools: Drill (ø2.846) and gradienter.
- It is recommended to purchase a protective shield before installation.
Surface Mounting without Protective Shield:
- Stick the mounting template on the wall. Drill screw holes according to the template and then remove the template.
- Secure the mounting plate on the wall using the 4 supplied screws.
- Install the villa door station onto the mounting plate and secure it with the set screw.
Note: Apply silicone sealant around the cable wiring area to prevent water ingress. Refer to Figure A for visual guidance.
Surface Mounting with Protective Shield:
- Stick the mounting template on the wall. Drill screw holes according to the template and then remove the template.
- Align the protective shield with the mounting template.
- Secure the mounting plate and protective shield on the wall using the 4 supplied screws.
- Install the villa door station onto the mounting plate and secure it with the set screw.
Note: For outdoor installations, using a protective shield is advised. Refer to Figure B for the finished view.
Recommended Installation Height:
The recommended distance between the camera and the ground is 1.4 m to 1.6 m. The optimal height can vary based on user height. The horizontal field of view is 129°, and the vertical field of view is 75°.
Visual representation of height recommendations:
- Lowest height: 1.02 m (at 1.4 m camera height)
- Highest height: 1.78 m (at 1.4 m camera height)
- Lowest height: 1.12 m (at 1.5 m camera height)
- Highest height: 1.88 m (at 1.5 m camera height)
- Lowest height: 1.22 m (at 1.6 m camera height)
- Highest height: 1.98 m (at 1.6 m camera height)
5 Configuration via Web
5.1 Activate Device via Web
Activation requires setting a strong password. Default parameters:
- Default IP Address: 192.0.0.65
- Default Port No.: 8000
- Default User Name: admin
- Power on the device and connect it to the network.
- Enter the device's IP address into a web browser to access the activation page. Note: The computer and device must be on the same subnet.
- Enter and confirm a strong password.
- Click OK to activate.
Note: Basic operations and remote configuration are unavailable until the device is activated.
5.2 Access the Device via Web Browsers
- Enter the device's IP address into the browser's address bar and press Enter to reach the login page.
- Enter the user name and password, then click Login.
5.3 Communicate with Indoor Station
- Navigate to Settings -> Intercom -> Press Button to Call.
- Configure parameters: Edit call numbers for each button and set the Call Management Center if applicable. Note: The Call Management Center has higher priority than individual call numbers.
- Press the button to call the indoor station.
5.4 Issue Card
- Navigate to Settings -> Access Control and Elevator Control.
- Click "Issue Card" and present the card to the card reading area.
- A confirmation window appears upon completion.
Note: Only M1 cards are supported. Up to 10,000 cards can be managed. A voice prompt indicates when the limit is reached.
5.5 Unlock Door
After issuing cards, present an authorized card to unlock the door.
