Terminal and Wiring Description
Terminal Functions:
- NC: Door Lock Relay Output (Normally Closed)
- NO: Door Lock Relay Output (Normally Open)
- COM: Common Interface
- AIN1: For the access of Door Contact sensor
- AIN3: For the access of Exit Button
- AIN2 & AIN4: Reserved
- RS-485- : RS-485 Interface (Reserved)
- RS-485+ : RS-485 Interface (Reserved)
- 12 VDC IN: Power Supply Input
- GND: Grounding
Note: RS-485 terminal is not supported.

Installation
Note: Video intercom villa door stations support surface mounting.
Before You Start:
- Ensure all related equipment is powered off during installation.
- Tools required: Drill (ø2.846) and gradienter.
- Purchase a protective shield for outdoor installations.
Surface Mounting without Protective Shield
1. Place the mounting template on the wall and drill screw holes according to the template. Remove the template.
2. Secure the mounting plate to the wall using 4 supplied screws.
3. Install the villa door station onto the mounting plate and fix it with the set screw.
Note: Apply silicone sealant around the cable wiring area to prevent water ingress. (Refer to Figure A)

Surface Mounting with Protective Shield
1. Place the mounting template on the wall and drill screw holes according to the template. Remove the template.
2. Align the protective shield with the mounting template.
3. Secure the mounting plate and protective shield to the wall using 4 supplied screws.
4. Install the villa door station onto the mounting plate and fix it with the set screw.
Note: For outdoor installations, using the protective shield is advised. (Refer to Figure B)

Recommended Installation Height
The recommended distance between the camera and the ground is 1.4 m to 1.6 m. The optimal height may vary based on user height and desired coverage. The chart shows coverage at different angles (Horizontal 129°, Vertical 75°) with minimum reachable heights around 1.02m to 1.22m and maximums up to 1.78m to 1.98m.
Configuration via Web
1. Activate Device via Web
The device must be activated with a strong password before use.
Default Parameters:
- IP Address: 192.0.0.65
- Port No.: 8000
- User Name: admin
Activation Steps:
- Power on the device and connect it to the network.
- Enter the IP address (192.0.0.65) into your web browser's address bar and press Enter.
- Create and confirm a strong password on the activation page.
- Click OK to activate the device.
Note: Device cannot be used or configured remotely until activated.
2. Access the Device by Web Browsers
- Enter the device's IP address into your web browser's address bar and press Enter to access the login page.
- Enter the user name and password, then click Login.
3. Communicate with Indoor Station
- Navigate to Settings -> Intercom -> Press Button to Call.
- Configure parameters, including call numbers for each button and optionally set a Call Management Center.
- Press the button on the door station to call the indoor station.
4. Issue Card
- Navigate to Settings -> Access Control and Elevator Control.
- Click Issue Card and present a card to the card reading area.
- A confirmation window will appear upon successful issuance.
Note: Supports M1 cards. Up to 10,000 cards can be issued. A voice prompt indicates when the limit is reached.
5. Unlock Door
Present an issued card to the card reading area to unlock the door.

Door Lock Wiring (Figure 2-2)

Door Contact Wiring (Figure 2-3)
