Quick Tips
- Wipe the earbuds clean before placing them back into the charging case.
- The left or right earbud can be used independently for music and calls. Simply take one out of the case to pair it.
- Choosing the correct ear tip size can significantly improve sound quality by ensuring a proper seal. Experiment with different tips to find the best fit.
- Only one Bluetooth device can be connected at a time. Ensure other devices' Bluetooth is turned OFF.
Warnings
- Wipe the earbuds thoroughly before placing them in the charging case. Damp or wet earbuds can damage the charging case, voiding the warranty.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Do not drop or crush the earbuds.
- Earwax buildup on earbud tips can degrade sound quality. Gently clean tips with a cotton swab or small tool.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, lower the volume or take a break from using the earbuds.
- If discomfort persists, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- Treat your earbuds with care, similar to fine sunglasses, and store them in a safe place when not in use.
