6. Maintenance Instructions
Proper maintenance keeps your treadmill in top condition. Incorrect maintenance can harm or shorten the life of your treadmill.
WARNING: Always unplug the treadmill's power cord before cleaning or maintaining the product!
- Regularly remove dust to keep parts clean.
- After using the treadmill, wipe the instrument and other parts with a clean towel or cloth to remove sweat and debris. Be careful not to splash water on electrical components or under the running belt.
- Place your treadmill in a clean, dry environment. Ensure the power is off and unplugged.
- For ease of movement, the treadmill is equipped with wheels. Confirm the power is disconnected and the body is folded before moving.
- Always check and secure all parts of the treadmill. Replace any damaged parts immediately.
- To better maintain and extend the treadmill's life, it is recommended to rest the treadmill for 10 minutes after every 30 minutes of continuous use.
- The running belt is adjusted at the factory. After use, it may stretch and deviate from the center position, potentially damaging the friction strip and rear cover. Belt stretching during use is normal. If the running belt becomes slippery or not smooth after a period of use, adjust its tightness to improve performance.
A. Running Belt Tightening Adjustment:
If the running belt is too loose, insert the supplied hex wrench into the adjusting hole of the left footstep of the treadmill and turn it 1/4 turn clockwise. Then, adjust the right foot to rotate clockwise by 1/4 turn. Ensure left and right adjustments are synchronous to tighten the belt and prevent deviation. If the running belt is too tight, adjust counterclockwise.
Note: Do not overtighten the running belt. This can break the belt, increase pressure on the front/rear drum, damage roller bearings, and cause abnormal noise. Adjust only until the belt no longer slips.
B. Running Belt Alignment Adjustment:
When the pressure on the two sides of the running belt is uneven during use, it can cause the belt to deviate from the center. This deviation is usually normal and the belt automatically returns to the center when no one is running. If it does not return to center, follow these steps:
- Run the treadmill at no load, adjusting the speed to the sixth gear (6). Observe the distance from the running belt to the left and right side bars.
- If the belt is to the left, use a hex wrench to turn the left screw 1/4 turn clockwise.
- If the belt is biased to the right, use a hex wrench to turn the right screw 1/4 turn clockwise.
- If the running belt is still not centered, repeat the above actions until it is adjusted to the middle.
- After centering the belt, adjust the speed to the sixth gear again and observe the belt's deviation and smooth running. Repeat adjustments if necessary.
Caveat! Do not overtighten the rollers! This will result in permanent damage to the bearing.
8. Lubricating Oil:
The treadmill is lubricated at the factory, but regular checks help maintain optimal use. Lubrication is recommended after one year of use or 100 hours of operation. After 30 hours or 30 days of use, lift the running belt from the side and feel the running platform surface. If it feels lubricated, no additional oil is needed. If it feels dry, follow the instructions below to refuel. (Please use non-oil-based lubricants).
How to add lubricant?
Operate as shown in the diagram: Open the sidebar left. For the fueling decorative cover on the front side, use scissors or a utility knife to cut the oil bottle according to the figure's size, then add oil according to the bottom icon. When filling, insert the thin rod at the front end of the oil bottle into the fuel filler pipe on the platform.

- Set your goals with your doctor to ensure the plan is realistic and to start the training program with ease.
- You can add aerobic exercises to your plan, such as walking, jogging, swimming, dancing, or cycling. Always check your pulse. If you do not have an electronic heart rate monitor, ask your doctor how to measure your pulse manually (by hand or neck). You must set your target heart rate based on age and physical well-being.
- Drink plenty of water during exercise to replenish moisture lost and prevent dehydration. Avoid drinking plenty of ice water or beverages, and opt for room temperature water or beverages.
9. Warm Exercise
Warm up and soothe exercise:
A successful exercise program must include warm-up, aerobic, and soothing exercises. Aim for at least two or three sessions per week, increasing to four to five days after a few months. Warm-up is crucial for fitness, preparing your body for more intense exercise by warming and stretching muscles, improving blood circulation, increasing pulse, and delivering more oxygen. Repeated warm-up exercises after aerobic activity can also reduce muscle soreness. We recommend the following warm-up and soothing exercises:
- Touch the toes: Slowly bend forward, relax your back and shoulders. Stretch to the maximum, hold for 15 seconds, and repeat 3 times. [Diagram: Person touching toes]
- Bigfoot muscle stretching: Sit on the floor with your right leg straight. Bend your left leg so the left sole is close to the inside of your right leg. Try to reach your right toe for 15 seconds. After relaxing, stretch your left leg similarly. Repeat 3 times for each leg. [Diagram: Person stretching hamstrings]
- The calf and heel are stretched: Hold a wall with both hands or stand with one foot behind, keeping the hind leg upright and the heel touching the ground. Tilt towards the wall. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times for each leg. [Diagram: Person stretching calf/heel]
- Quadriceps stretching: Grasp a balance point (like a table) with your left hand. Extend your right hand backward, grab your right heel, and slowly pull it towards your hips until you feel tightness in your thighs. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat for each leg. [Diagram: Person stretching quadriceps]
- The sartorius muscle (muscle inside the thigh) stretches: Sit with the soles of your feet together and knees pointing outwards. Grasp your feet with both hands and pull towards your groin. Hold for 10-15 seconds, then relax. Repeat 3 times. [Diagram: Person stretching inner thigh]
