EasyF Connection System: Simplicity and Savings
The EasyF connection system is an innovative concept where the coaxial cable's inner conductor is directly inserted into the device, enhancing connection reliability. The absence of F connectors allows for a reduced chassis size and secures two cables with a single screw.
- Real-time savings: Installation is faster as coaxial cable termination is not required. Connecting connectors to the device, which can be difficult in tight spaces, is also eliminated.
- Connection reliability: The cable clamp prevents coaxial cables from detaching.
- Cost savings: No additional connectors (F or IEC) are needed.
- Space optimization: Inputs and outputs are positioned on the same side of the device to prevent coaxial cable bending and facilitate work within cabinets and register boxes.
- Easy three-step mounting: Connecting cables involves simply screwing and unscrewing the covers.
Connection Steps:
- Unscrew the device's cover to access the connection point.
- Insert the previously stripped coaxial cables.
- Close the cover and screw to ensure a secure connection.
The connection between the coaxial cable and the device is made using an automated system for contact insertion of the inner conductor, without soldering. This ensures:
- Longevity: The device's operating life is extended as solder wear over time is eliminated.
- Reduced failure rate: Prevents issues typically caused by cold soldering joints.
- Optimized electromagnetic behavior: Particularly for high frequencies.
- Environmental commitment: Pollution from welding processes is eliminated, and production power consumption is reduced.
