IKEA Promotion: 150 PLN Discount on Your Next Purchase

General Provisions

The organizer of the promotion is IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

• Promotion Period: July 1, 2025 - August 11, 2025.
• Discount Code Redemption Period: July 1, 2025 - August 26, 2025.
• Where the Promotion Takes Place: IKEA stores in Poland, IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA app, phone purchases, and IKEA chat purchases.
• Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by law.
• Target Audience: The promotion is for retail customers and applies to the purchase of IKEA goods in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to the resale of IKEA goods. IKEA employees in Poland can participate.
• Membership Requirement: Participation is open to IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network club members. IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card must be presented at the time of payment in an IKEA store. For online, phone, or chat orders, the IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number must be provided during the order. IKEA Family members ordering via the IKEA app must provide their IKEA Family card number.
• Exclusions: The promotion does not cover products from the "Occasional Deals" department, display items, or IKEA Food products available in IKEA stores. IKEA services are also excluded.
• Multiple Use: IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members can use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
• Non-Stackable: This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions that grant discount codes for subsequent purchases.

Detailed Promotion Conditions

The promotion involves granting customers an electronic discount code (the "Discount Code" / "Discount") worth 150 PLN for every 1000 PLN spent on promotional products. To qualify, customers must purchase a minimum of 3 METOD kitchen cabinets (as specified in Annex 2) within a single transaction during the promotion period. The Discount Code can be used for subsequent purchases in IKEA stores, online at www.IKEA.pl, via the IKEA app, phone purchases, or IKEA chat purchases.

Note: Kitchens from the KNOXHULT and ENHET series are excluded from this promotion.

• Receiving the Discount Code:
• IKEA Family members will receive an electronic discount code in their individual member profile.
• IKEA Business Network members will receive an electronic discount code in their member profile, visible to the purchaser and account administrator. The code can be downloaded by the user making the purchase or the account administrator. The code can be used only once.
• Discount Code Visibility: Discount codes will be visible in the member's profile within 48 hours of purchase or order delivery.
• Order Pickup Deadline: To receive the electronic discount code, orders made with delivery or "Order and Collect" service must be picked up no later than August 20, 2025 (7 days before the discount code's expiry). Failure to pick up the order by this date will result in forfeiture of the discount code.
• Discount Calculation: The value of the electronic discount code is calculated based on the amount paid on the receipt or invoice after all applicable discounts and promotions have been applied.
• Number of Discount Codes: The number of discount codes issued depends on the total value of eligible purchases. For purchases up to 1500 PLN, one discount code is issued. For purchases exceeding 1500 PLN, two or more codes may be issued, with a maximum of 1500 PLN per code and a supplementary code for the remaining amount.
• Returns: If a promotional product is returned, the customer forfeits the discount associated with that product. The refund value is calculated based on unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice. If the return reduces the eligible purchase amount, the discount code may be annulled, and a new one issued if applicable. If a discount code has been used, the refund value will be reduced by the discount amount.
• Complaints: In case of complaints regarding promotional products, the exchange of goods means the customer retains their rights under this promotion. Refunds for returned products will be processed according to the return policy.
• Promotion Compliance: IKEA reserves the right to deactivate discount codes or refuse discounts if a customer does not meet the promotion's conditions.

Using the Discount Code

• Discount codes are valid until August 26, 2025.
• How to Use:
• IKEA Family Members: Present your IKEA Family card or scan the QR code at self-checkout for in-store purchases without delivery. For in-store purchases with delivery, provide your IKEA Family card number and the alphanumeric code before order completion. For online or app purchases, log in to your IKEA Family account and enter the code in the "Have a discount code?" field during checkout. For phone purchases, provide your IKEA card number and the alphanumeric code before payment.
• IKEA Business Network Members: Present your IKEA Business Network card or scan the QR code at self-checkout for in-store purchases without delivery. For in-store purchases with delivery, provide your IKEA Business Network card number and the alphanumeric code before order completion. For online or app purchases, log in to your IKEA Business Network account and enter the code in the "Have a discount code?" field during checkout. For phone purchases, provide your IKEA Business Network card number and the alphanumeric code before payment.
• Payment Requirement: A discount code cannot cover 100% of the purchase value; a minimum payment of 1 PLN from the customer's own funds is required.
• Single Use: Only one electronic discount code can be used per transaction.
• Non-Applicable Purchases: Discount codes cannot be used for IKEA services or IKEA gift cards.
• Discount Application: To receive the discount, IKEA Family members must identify themselves with their IKEA Family card and provide the discount code. IKEA Business Network members must identify themselves with their IKEA Business Network card and provide the discount code.

Returns with Discount Code

If promotional products purchased with a discount code are returned, the refund will be the product price minus the discount value. The discount amount itself is not refunded.

Other Provisions

• Participation in the promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• Complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end via IKEA chat, at an IKEA Customer Service department, by mail, or via Facebook Messenger.
• Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
• Complaints must include customer contact details and a description of the issue.
• The promotion regulations are available at IKEA stores and on IKEA.pl/Regulaminy.
• IKEA may amend these regulations during the promotion. Changes will be published online and in stores. Changes do not apply to customers who joined the promotion before the amendment date.
• Disputes will be settled by the competent court.
• IKEA's liability for product conformity is governed by Polish consumer law and the Civil Code.
• The slogan "Get up to 3000 PLN on your next purchase" is an example representing the potential discount value for purchases totaling 20,000 PLN.
• This Regulation is effective from July 1, 2025.
