General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Veggie Patty with Rice and Vegetables for 10 PLN for IKEA Family and IKEA Business Network members"
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn, with a share capital of PLN 20,000,000.00, registered in the National Court Register by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw, XIV Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85 ("Organizer").
Promotion Conditions
2.1. Promotion Period: 27.06 - 30.08.2025 or while promotional stock lasts.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA stationary stores in Poland ("IKEA Store"). The promotion does not apply to purchases made under the Distance Service Agreement Regulations.
2.3. Eligibility: Individuals with full legal capacity can participate.
2.4. Target Audience: Retail customers. The promotion applies to IKEA products typically purchased by households. It does not apply to the purchase of IKEA products for resale. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
2.5. Participation Requirement: Only members of the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network are eligible. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network card must be presented before payment at the IKEA store restaurant cashier.
2.6. Stacking Promotions: The promotion can be combined with other promotions.
Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Offer: IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members can purchase the "Veggie Patty with Rice and Vegetables" set for 10 PLN during the promotion period (regular price: 18 PLN).
3.2. Availability: Offer available Monday to Friday. Customers can use this promotion multiple times during its validity period.
3.3. Purchase Limit: A maximum of 3 sets per receipt.
3.4. Takeaway Exclusion: Offer does not apply to takeaway meals.
Other Provisions
4.1. Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation of having read and accepted these Regulations.
4.2. Complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end:
- In person at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department in written form.
- Via the complaint form available on the IKEA website: Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA.
- Via IKEA Chat available on the website: Skontaktuj się z nami – IKEA - IKEA.
- By phone: 222750000 (charges apply according to operator's tariff).
- By mail to the IKEA Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
4.3. Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written complaints must include: customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint's reason.
4.5. Promotion Regulations are available at the IKEA Store Customer Service Department.
4.6. Disputes arising from the execution of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. For customers who are consumers or individuals who have concluded an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the content of this agreement indicates that it does not have a professional character for them, IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement under the principles regulated in art. 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other Customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects under the principles regulated in art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. These Regulations are effective from 27.06.2025.
