1. General Provisions
1.1. Promotion Name: "Order and Collect at IKEA Lublin for 1 PLN with IKEA product purchases of minimum 49 PLN" Offer for IKEA Family and Business Network Members.
1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn. Share capital: 20,000,000.00 PLN. Registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85. (referred to as "Organizer").
2. Promotion Terms and Conditions
2.1. Promotion Duration: 04.08 – 31.08.2025.
2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA Lublin Store, Aleja Spółdzielczości Pracy 86, 20-147 Lublin; IKEA online store at www.ikea.pl; IKEA mobile application; phone orders; and orders via IKEA chat.
2.3. Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality but with legal capacity granted by law.
2.4. Target Audience: The promotion is aimed at retail customers and applies to purchases of IKEA goods in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to the resale of IKEA goods. IKEA employees are eligible to participate.
2.5. Participation Requirements: To participate, customers must be members of the IKEA Family club or IKEA Business Network. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network virtual card must be presented before payment in the IKEA store. For orders placed via the www.IKEA.pl online store, phone orders, or chat orders, the customer must provide their IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number during the order process. For orders placed through the IKEA app, only IKEA Family members can participate, and they must provide their IKEA Family card number during the order.
2.6. Eligible Products: Products available for purchase on www.ikea.pl, in the mobile app, via phone orders, and through chat, as well as products available in the physical IKEA Lublin store.
2.7. Promotion Stacking: This promotion can be combined with other promotions.
3. Detailed Promotion Conditions
3.1. Promotion Details: The promotion offers a price reduction on the "Order and Collect" service to 1 PLN (one Polish Zloty) for customers who select this service when placing an order during the promotion period, provided the purchase value is a minimum of 49 PLN (forty-nine Polish Zloty). The minimum purchase of 49 PLN refers to the price of IKEA goods after applying all applicable promotions for IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members.
3.2. Multiple Participations: Customers can benefit from this promotion multiple times during its validity period.
4. Other Provisions
4.1. Acceptance of Terms: Participation in the promotion signifies confirmation that the customer has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion must be submitted within 14 days from the end of the promotion period via:
- IKEA chat available on the website: Contact – IKEA - IKEA
- In person, in writing, at the Customer Service Department of the IKEA Lublin Store.
- By mail to the IKEA Lublin Store address (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
- Via the complaint form available on the website: Complaints at IKEA - IKEA.
- Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
4.3. Complaint Resolution Time: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
4.4. Written Complaint Requirements: A written complaint must include customer contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the reason for the complaint.
4.5. Availability of Terms: These promotion terms are available at the IKEA Lublin Store's Customer Service Department and on the website at ikea.pl/regulaminy.
4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the fulfillment of obligations related to this promotion will be settled by the competent common court.
4.7. Consumer Rights: For customers who are consumers or individuals who have concluded an agreement directly related to their economic activity, where the agreement's content indicates it does not have a professional character for them (as per the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity), IKEA is responsible for the non-conformity of IKEA Goods and Services with the agreement according to the provisions of Art. 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects according to Art. 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.
4.8. Validity: These Terms and Conditions are valid from 04.08.2025.
