Promotion Terms and Conditions
Promotion Duration: 01.07.2025 - 11.08.2025.
Discount Code Redemption Period: 01.07.2025 - 26.08.2025.
Promotion Locations: IKEA stationary stores in Poland, IKEA online store (www.IKEA.pl), IKEA app, purchases via phone, and purchases via IKEA chat.
Eligibility: The promotion is open to individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity granted by law.
Target Audience: Retail customers. The promotion applies to IKEA products purchased in quantities typically bought by households or for business purposes. It does not apply to the resale of IKEA products. IKEA employees in Poland are eligible.
Membership Requirement: To participate, customers must be IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members. IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card must be presented at the time of payment in IKEA stores. For online, phone, or chat orders, the IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number must be provided during the order process.
App Purchases: Purchases made through the IKEA app are exclusively for IKEA Family members. The IKEA Family card number must be provided during the order.
Exclusions: Products from the "Occasional Offers" section and display products are excluded. IKEA Food products available in stationary IKEA stores are also excluded. IKEA services are not included.
Multiple Use: IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members can use the promotion multiple times during its validity period.
Non-Stackable: This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions that offer discount codes for subsequent purchases.
Detailed Promotion Conditions
Promotion Mechanism: Customers who purchase specified promotional products (see Annex 1) during the promotion period, including a minimum of 3 METOD kitchen cabinets (see Annex 2), will receive an electronic discount code (the "Discount Code" / "Discount") worth 150 PLN for every 1000 PLN spent on the promotional products. The method of receiving and using the Discount Code is detailed in these terms.
Excluded Kitchen Series: KNOXHULT and ENHET kitchen series are excluded from this promotion.
Discount Redemption: The discount can be redeemed on subsequent purchases in IKEA stores, online at www.IKEA.pl, via the IKEA app, or through phone purchases via IKEA chat.
Discount Code Access:
- IKEA Family Members: The electronic discount code will be available in the member's individual profile.
- IKEA Business Network Members: The electronic discount code will be available in the member's profile. The code will be visible in the purchaser's profile and the account administrator's profile. The code can be downloaded by the user making the purchase or the account administrator. The code can be used only once, regardless of the number of users who have access to download it.
Discount Code Visibility: Discount codes will be visible in the member's profile within 48 hours of purchase or order delivery, if delivery service or "Order and Collect" service was used.
Order Acceptance Deadline for Discount: To receive the electronic discount code, orders made with delivery or "Order and Collect" service must be accepted no later than 20.08.2025, which is 7 days before the expiry of the awarded discount code. Failure to accept the order by this deadline will result in the forfeiture of the discount code.
Discount Calculation Basis: The value of the awarded electronic discount code(s) is calculated based on the amount on the receipt or invoice paid by the member using their own funds, after applying all applicable discounts and rebates from other promotions.
Number of Discount Codes: The number of electronic discount codes received depends on the total value of eligible purchases. For purchases up to 1500 PLN, one discount code will be issued. For purchases exceeding 1500 PLN, two or more discount codes will be issued, with a maximum of 1500 PLN per code, plus an additional code for the remaining amount.
- Example I: Eligible for a 450 PLN discount code. The member receives one discount code worth 450 PLN.
- Example II: Eligible for 3000 PLN in discount codes. The member receives two discount codes, each worth 1500 PLN.
- Example III: Eligible for 2250 PLN in discount codes. The member receives two discount codes: one for 1500 PLN and one for 750 PLN.
Order Returns: If a customer withdraws from an order for which a discount code was issued, they forfeit the discount associated with the returned items. The refund value is calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice, according to points 3.8.1 and 3.8.2 of these terms.
Returns of Promotional Products: Returning promotional products for which a discount code was issued also means forfeiting the discount on those items. The refund value is calculated based on unit prices and is handled as follows:
- Unused Discount Code: The value of the awarded discount is recalculated. If the return reduces the eligible discount amount, the discount code(s) will be canceled. A new discount code, if applicable, will be visible in the IKEA Family member's profile within 48 hours.
- Used Discount Code: The value of the awarded discount is recalculated. If the return reduces the value of the discount code(s), the refund amount for the promotional products will be reduced by the difference in discounts.
Product Complaints: In case of a complaint regarding a promotional product (under applicable law or warranty):
- Exchanging the complained-about items means retaining all rights obtained under these terms.
- Refunds for complained-about products (if the customer agrees) will be settled according to point 3.8.
Non-Compliance: If a customer receives a discount code without meeting the promotion's conditions, IKEA reserves the right to deactivate the code, refuse the discount, or demand the return of benefits obtained improperly.
Rules for Using the Discount Code
Validity Period: Electronic discount codes issued under this promotion can be used until 26.08.2025.
Usage:
- IKEA Family Members: Can use the discount code in IKEA stores, online at www.IKEA.pl, via the IKEA app, through phone purchases, or via IKEA chat.
- IKEA Business Network Members: Can use the discount code in IKEA stores, online at www.IKEA.pl (via web browser), through phone purchases, or via IKEA chat. The electronic discount code is single-use and cannot be partially redeemed.
Payment Limitation: IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network members cannot use the discount code to cover 100% of the purchase value; a minimum payment of 1 PLN from their own funds is required.
Single Code Use: Only one electronic discount code can be used per transaction.
Non-Applicable Purchases: The discount code cannot be used to pay for:
- IKEA services (as per IKEA's service terms and conditions) or other services provided by IKEA stores.
- IKEA gift cards.

- In-store (no delivery): Identify yourself with your IKEA Family card and present the discount code to the cashier, or scan the QR code at self-checkout when scanning items before payment.
- In-store (with delivery): Provide your IKEA Family card number and alphanumeric code to the staff before completing the order for the items to be discounted.
- Online/App Purchases: Log in to your IKEA Family account and enter the alphanumeric code in the "Do you have a discount code?" field during checkout before payment.
- Phone Purchases: Provide your IKEA card number and alphanumeric code to the staff before completing the order and receiving the payment link for the discounted items. The discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single transaction.
- IKEA Business Network Member Purchases:
- In-store (no delivery): Identify yourself with your IKEA Business Network virtual card and present the discount code to the cashier, or scan the QR code at self-checkout when scanning items before payment.
- In-store (with delivery): Provide your IKEA Business Network virtual card number and alphanumeric code to the staff before completing the order for the items to be discounted.
- Online Purchases: Log in to your IKEA Business Network account and enter the alphanumeric code in the "Do you have a discount code?" field during checkout before payment.
- Phone Purchases: Provide your IKEA Business Network virtual card number and alphanumeric code to the staff before completing the order and receiving the payment link for the discounted items. The discount code cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single transaction.
Refunds with Discount Codes: If promotional products purchased with an electronic discount code are returned, the refund amount will be the product price minus the discount value applied to those items. The discount value itself is not refunded.
Governing Regulations: Conditions for issuing and using electronic discount codes not specified in this document are governed by the "IKEA Electronic Discount Codes Terms and Conditions".
Other Provisions
Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies the customer's acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Complaints: All complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days after the promotion ends. Complaints can be submitted via:
- IKEA chat available on the Contact IKEA IKEA page.
- In person at the IKEA Customer Service Department in written form.
- By mail to the IKEA store (Customer Service Department Manager).
- By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
- Via the complaint form available on the Reklamacje w IKEA - IKEA website.
- Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
Complaint Resolution: Complaints will be processed within 14 days.
Complaint Content: A complaint should include the customer's contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint.
Availability of Terms: The promotion terms and conditions are available at IKEA stores in the Customer Service Department and on the IKEA.pl/Regulaminy website.
Changes to Terms: IKEA may introduce changes to these terms and conditions during the promotion period. Updated terms will be published on IKEA.pl/Inne Regulaminy and made available in IKEA stores. Changes take effect from the date of announcement. The date of change will be indicated in the terms. Changes do not apply to individuals who joined the promotion before the change date.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved by the competent common court.
Consumer Rights: For consumers or individuals whose contracts are directly related to their economic activity, but not of a professional nature, IKEA is liable for non-conformity of goods and services with the contract under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act. For other customers, IKEA is liable for product defects under the Civil Code.
Promotional Slogan: The slogan "Gain up to 3000 PLN on your next purchase" is an example representing the refund value in the form of discount codes for purchases of promotional products totaling 20,000 PLN.
Effective Date: These terms and conditions are effective from 01.07.2025.
