IKEA Promotion: Buy Selected Dishes at the Swedish Restaurant and Get 20 PLN Off Your Next IKEA Purchase!

General Provisions

1.1. Promotion Name: "Buy selected dishes at the Swedish Restaurant and get 20 PLN off your next IKEA purchase!"

1.2. Organizer: IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located in Janki, Plac Szwedzki 3, 05-090 Raszyn. The company has a share capital of 20,000,000.00 PLN, is registered in the National Court Register under KRS number 0000091681, REGON: 010577890, NIP: 527 010 33 85.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

2.1. Promotion Duration: 07.07.2025 - 31.08.2025.

2.2. Promotion Location: IKEA stationary stores within the Republic of Poland.

2.3. Eligibility: Individuals with full legal capacity.

2.4. Target Audience: Retail customers purchasing IKEA goods for average household consumption or business purposes. The promotion excludes purchases for resale. IKEA employees in Poland are eligible.

2.5. Club Membership: Participation requires membership in the IKEA Family Club. The IKEA Family card must be presented before payment.

2.6. Eligible Dishes: The promotion covers dishes available at the Swedish Restaurant, including: Meatballs (4 pcs - children's portion), Pork Cutlet Set, Plant-based meatballs with puree and peas (4 pcs - children's portion), Plant-based cutlet with rice and vegetables, or Plant-based nuggets (4 pcs with puree and corn - children's portion).

Detailed Promotion Conditions

3.1. How to Participate: Customers who, during the promotion period, purchase one of the eligible dishes at the Swedish Restaurant in a single transaction will receive a discount coupon worth 20 PLN. This coupon can be used for purchases of at least 50 PLN at an IKEA store.

The discount coupon is provided as a barcode printed on the receipt from the Swedish Restaurant and can be used for purchasing IKEA products, but not IKEA services.

3.2. Coupon Redemption: IKEA Family Club members can redeem the coupon by scanning it at a self-service checkout or presenting it to a cashier during purchases at an IKEA store.

3.3. Redemption Period: The discount coupon can be redeemed during a single purchase at an IKEA store on the same day it is received.

3.4. Minimum Purchase for Redemption: The coupon can be redeemed if the receipt value is at least 50 PLN. It cannot be used for orders that include delivery or assembly services.

3.5. Coupon Limit: Only one discount coupon can be used per receipt.

3.6. Product Returns: Returning products purchased with a discount coupon will result in forfeiture of the promotion benefits. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unit prices shown on the receipt or invoice.

3.7. Product Complaints/Warranty Claims:

• 3.7.1. Exchange for Identical Items: Exchanging a complained-about product for an identical one preserves the customer's rights obtained under this regulation.
• 3.7.2. Exchange for Different Items: If the customer agrees to exchange for a different item, the settlement will be made according to point 3.7 of this regulation.

3.8. Compliance: The promotion is intended for customers meeting the specified conditions. IKEA reserves the right to deactivate coupons issued to ineligible customers or to claim back benefits obtained contrary to the regulations.

Other Provisions

4.1. Acceptance: Participation in the promotion signifies the customer's confirmation of having read and accepted these regulations.

4.2. Complaints: Complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end. Complaints can be submitted:

• In person at the IKEA Customer Service Department.
• Via the complaint form available on the IKEA website (Reklamacje w IKEA).
• Via Facebook Messenger on the official IKEA profile.
• Via IKEA Chat available on the "Contact Us" page.
• By phone: 22 275 00 00 (charges apply according to the operator's tariff).
• By mail to the IKEA Store address (Head of Customer Service Department).

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

4.3. Complaint Content: A complaint should include the customer's contact details (name, surname, address, phone number) and a description of the complaint's reason.

4.4. Regulation Availability: The promotion regulations are available at the IKEA Customer Service Department and on the IKEA website at IKEA.pl/Regulaminy.

4.5. Amendments: IKEA may introduce changes to these regulations during the promotion period. Updated terms will be published on IKEA.pl/Inne Regulaminy and at IKEA stores. Changes take effect from the date of announcement. The date of amendment will be indicated within the regulations. Changes do not apply to participants who joined the promotion before the amendment date.

4.6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this promotion will be resolved by the competent common court.

4.7. Consumer Rights: For consumers and individuals whose contracts are directly related to their business activity but do not have a professional character, IKEA is responsible for the lack of conformity of goods and services with the contract as regulated by Article 43a et seq. of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014. For other customers, IKEA is responsible for product defects as regulated by Article 556 et seq. of the Civil Code.

4.8. Effective Date: These regulations are effective from 07.07.2025.
