IKEA Katowice Promotion: 25 PLN Discount for Every 250 PLN Spent

1. General Provisions

The promotion is organized by IKEA Retail Sp. z o.o., located at Plac Szwedzki 3, 05090 Raszyn, Poland.

2. Promotion Conditions

This promotion is available at the IKEA Katowice store (al. Roździeńskiego 95, 40-203 Katowice) and the Planning and Order Studio in Gliwice.

Eligibility: Individuals with full legal capacity, legal entities, or organizational units without legal personality that have legal capacity.

The promotion targets retail customers for purchases of IKEA products in quantities typically bought by households or for business needs. It does not apply to the purchase of IKEA products for resale.

To participate, customers must be members of the IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network clubs. The IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network virtual card must be presented before payment.

Members can use the promotion multiple times during its duration. IKEA employees are also eligible.

The promotion does not apply to purchases made under remote service agreements, other discount code promotions, IKEA services, IKEA gift cards, or IKEA Food products.

3. Detailed Promotion Terms

The promotion grants customers an electronic discount code worth 25 PLN for every 250 PLN spent on IKEA products in a single transaction at an IKEA store during the promotion period.

The discount code can be redeemed on subsequent purchases at IKEA stores, online at www.IKEA.pl, via the IKEA app, by phone, or through IKEA chat.

Receiving the Discount Code:

• IKEA Family members will receive the code in their individual profile.
• IKEA Business Network members will receive the code in their profile, visible to the purchaser and account administrator. The code can be used once, regardless of how many users can access it.

Discount codes will appear in the member's profile within 48 hours of purchase or order pickup if delivery is involved.

For orders with delivery, pickup must occur no later than October 25, 2025, to receive the discount code. Late pickup forfeits the code.

The maximum value of discount codes per transaction is 3,000 PLN.

The value of the discount code is calculated based on the amount paid by the member after all other applicable discounts and promotions.

Code Allocation Examples:

• For discount values less than 500 PLN: 1 discount code issued.
• For discount values between 500 PLN and 999.99 PLN: 2 discount codes issued (one for 500 PLN, one for the remaining amount).
• For discount values of 1000 PLN: 1 discount code issued.
• For values over 1000 PLN: Multiple codes issued, prioritizing 1000 PLN and 500 PLN denominations, with a final code for the remaining amount.

When returning products purchased with a discount code, the refund will be reduced by the value of the discount applied to those items. The discount value itself is not refunded.

If a product purchased with a discount code is exchanged due to a complaint, the customer retains their rights related to the promotion.

IKEA reserves the right to deactivate discount codes or refuse discounts if a customer does not meet the promotion's conditions.

Only one electronic discount code can be used per transaction.

4. Discount Code Usage Rules

Discount codes are valid until October 31, 2025.

Redemption Locations:

• IKEA Family members: IKEA Katowice store, www.IKEA.pl, IKEA app, phone, or IKEA chat.
• IKEA Business Network members: IKEA store, www.IKEA.pl (via web browser), phone, or IKEA chat.

The electronic discount code is single-use and cannot be partially redeemed.

Members must pay at least 1 PLN from their own funds; the discount code cannot cover 100% of the purchase value.

The discount code cannot be used for IKEA services or IKEA gift cards.

To apply the discount:

• In-store (without delivery): Present IKEA Family card or IKEA Business Network virtual card and the discount code to the cashier or scan it at a self-service checkout before payment.
• In-store (with delivery): Provide your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network card number and the alphanumeric code to the staff before completing the order.
• Online/App: Log in to your IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network account, enter the alphanumeric code in the 'Do you have a discount code?' field during checkout before payment.
• By Phone: Provide your IKEA card number and the alphanumeric code to the staff before completing the order and receiving the payment link.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes in a single transaction.

When returning items purchased with a discount code, the refund amount will be the item price minus the discount applied to that item. The discount value is not refunded.

5. Other Provisions

Participation in the promotion signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Complaints regarding the promotion should be submitted within 14 days of the promotion's end via phone (22 275 00 00), in person at IKEA Katowice Customer Service, by mail, through the complaint form on the IKEA website, via IKEA chat, or through the official IKEA Facebook Messenger.

Complaints will be processed within 14 days.

Written complaints must include contact details (name, address, phone) and a description of the reason for the complaint.

These terms and conditions are available at the IKEA Katowice Customer Service department and on IKEA.pl/Regulaminy.

IKEA may amend these terms during the promotion. Changes will be posted on IKEA.pl/Inne Regulaminy and at IKEA stores. Amendments apply from the date of announcement and do not affect participants who joined before the change.

Disputes will be settled by the competent common court.

IKEA's liability for product non-conformity is governed by Polish consumer law for consumers and civil code for other customers.

These terms and conditions are effective from August 12, 2025.
