Introduction
IKEA Česká republika, s. r. o., a member of the INGKA Group, offers furniture and a wide range of home accessories and services through its stores.
These General Terms and Conditions (GTCs) for the "Special Offer on PAX/KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes" activity are valid from 11.06.2025 to 31.08.2025.
The Company reserves the right to amend these GTCs at its sole discretion. Any amendments will not apply to orders placed prior to the effective date of such amendments. These GTCs are governed by Act No. 89/2012, the Civil Code. By paying for an order, the Customer confirms they have been informed of and accept these GTCs without reservation.
Activity Conditions & Eligibility
To be eligible for this offer, the Customer must:
- Be a member of IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network with an active account created in the Czech Republic.
- Purchase defined PAX/KOMPLEMENT wardrobes on a single receipt during the activity period: 11.06.2025 – 20.07.2025.
Upon meeting these conditions, customers are entitled to a discount voucher for their next purchase, valid from 11.06.2025 to 31.08.2025.
Key Requirements:
- Scan your IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network card at the checkout when paying (in IKEA stores, planning studios, or during online/remote purchases).
- The coupon value is calculated based on the final payable amount after deducting all applied coupons or discounts.
- Costs for services are not included in the total price of the wardrobes for coupon calculation.

Products Included in the Offer
- PAX wardrobe frames, sliding and hinged doors for the PAX system.
- Interior equipment of the KOMPLEMENT series: shelves, drawers, baskets, hinges, clothes rails, hangers, dividers, and drawer inserts.
- All handles belonging to the PAX system.
- Selected products from the series of interior lighting for the PAX system (e.g., OVERSIDAN, SKYDRAG, KOLVATTEN, YTBERG, HOME SMART, DIRIGERA, RODRET, STYBAR).
Products will be marked with a "PAX offer" label. Items purchased from the discounted goods department are included in the amount required to receive the discount coupon, but this does not apply to products from the "Second Life of Furniture" range.
Coupon Generation & Redemption
Generating Your Discount Coupon:
Between 11 June 2025 and 31 August 2025, customers shall generate their discount coupon on the website https://www.ikea.cz/kupon. This requires entering the receipt number and the IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card number (the same card used on the receipt).
The coupon can be downloaded the day after purchase and only once. No replacement can be issued for a lost or misplaced coupon. We recommend downloading the coupon the day after the purchase.
IKEA Business Network members can find their receipt and its number in their account under "Purchases".
Redeeming Your Discount Coupon:
The discount is applied after presenting the coupon (in paper or electronic form) in the store or online. The coupon must be redeemed for a purchase of at least 1 CZK more than the value of the coupon.
Redemption Period: 11.06.2025 – 31.08.2025.
The coupon cannot be used to purchase services. After this date, the value of the coupon expires, and the customer is not entitled to another coupon. The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other cash equivalent, including IKEA cards.
Important Terms & Conditions
Reservation of Goods: The activity only applies to goods that are in stock at the time of purchase and are paid for within the period for the purchase of the wardrobe. Reservation of goods is not included in the total value of the purchase and the customer does not get a coupon for this reservation. ?
Returning Goods - Change of Mind: If a customer uses a discount coupon to purchase goods and subsequently decides to return them, IKEA is entitled to refund only the payment made in cash. IKEA reserves the right not to issue a new discount coupon. If the customer uses an IKEA refund card, the amount including the coupon value will be transferred to the refund card. For online returns, only the amount actually paid is refunded.
Personal Data Protection: The Company will process your personal data provided in the order for the purpose of verifying entitlement to a discount coupon, for the period necessary to make the coupon available, to settle claims, and if processing is necessary according to legal regulations. You have the right of access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for personal data protection.
Satisfaction Survey and Offers of Products and Services: Your contact personal data may be used to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and to offer products and services based on IKEA's legitimate interest. You have the right to refuse such communication.
