IKEA Special Offer on PAX/KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes

Introductory Provisions

IKEA Furnishing Ltd. is a member of the Ingka Group and offers furniture, home accessories, and services. IKEA Furnishings Ltd. (registered office: 1148 Budapest, Örs vezér tere 22., Branch: 2040 Budaörs, Sport u. 2-4, Location: 1239 Budapest, XXIII. Vecsés út, land register reference no.: 195836/32.) tax number: HU 10731084, company registration number: 01-09-162734, registered by the Registry Court of the Budapest Regional Court) issues these General Terms and Conditions (GTCs).

This GTC for the "Special Offer on PAX/KOMPLEMENT Wardrobes" activity are valid from 11. 06. 2025 to 31. 08. 2025.

The Company reserves the right to amend these GTCs at its sole discretion. Amendments to these GTCs will not apply to orders placed prior to the date on which such amendment takes effect.

These GTCs are governed by Act 2013 V., the Civil Code. By paying the order of a service, the Customer confirms that he/she has been informed of the content thereof and accepts it unreservedly.

Activity Conditions

If the Customer is a member of IKEA Family or IKEA Business Network with an active account created in Hungary, and during the period of activity 11. 06. 2025 - 20. 07. 2025 purchases the products defined in these GTCs (the "wardrobe") for one receipt in the range of values according to the table, he/she is entitled to a discount voucher of the corresponding value as a one-time discount for the next purchase valid 11. 06. 2025 - 31. 08. 2025. It is recommended to download the coupon the day after purchase.

The condition for receiving the coupon is scanning the IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network card at the checkout when paying in IKEA stores in Hungary, in IKEA planning studios in Debrecen and Pécs, or when shopping online or remotely when communicating with IKEA employees.

IKEA Family/IKEA Business Network members who wish to pay by advance or post-payment cannot participate in the PAX activity.

During the duration of the activity, it is possible to obtain any number of discount coupons for all purchases that meet the conditions of the activity.

IKEA calculates the value of the coupon based on the final amount payable, after deducting all applied coupons or discounts (e.g. IKEA Family discount coupons), used during the purchase before proceeding to the final payment.

The amount for the purchased services is not included in the total price of the wardrobes.

Products Covered by the Activity

• PAX wardrobe frames, sliding and hinged doors for the PAX system.
• Interior equipment of the KOMPLEMENT series – shelves, drawers, baskets, hinges, clothes rails, hangers, dividers and drawer inserts.
• All handles belonging to the PAX system.
• Selected products from the series of interior lighting for the PAX system. These are mainly items from the product series: OVERSIDAN, SKYDRAG, KOLVATTEN, YTBERG, HOME SMART DIRIGERA, RODRET, STYBAR. The products will be marked with a label "PAX offer".
• Selected boxes for PAX wardrobes. These are mainly items from the product series: BAXNA, KOMPLEMENT, SKUBB, STUK, BLÄDDRARE, FULLSMOCKAD, GÖRSNYGG, HEMMAFIXARE, MURVEL, PÄRKLA, PURRPINGLA, RAGGISAR, RENSHACKA, SÄCKKÄRRA, SKOSTALL, SKUFFEN, SPANTAD, TOLKNING, BUMERANG, GÅRDSMÄSTARE, HÖSVANS, SITTPINNE, SPRUTTIG, STAJLIG, TRYSSE, OMTRENT, DIMPA. The products will be marked with a label "PAX offer".

If the customer buys the above-mentioned products in the "Second Life of Furniture" department for a discounted price, these are also included in the amount required to receive the discount coupon. However, this does not apply to products bought back in the "Second Life of Furniture" program, so those won't be included in the amount required to receive the discount coupon.

Period of Wardrobe Purchase

Wardrobes can be purchased in this period: 11/06/2025 - 20/07/2025. Wardrobes paid for after this date can no longer be included in the activity.

Receiving a Discount Coupon

The customer must always scan/enter their IKEA Family card number at the time of purchase. If the card number is not entered, it cannot be added later and the discount coupon cannot be obtained.

Generating a Discount Coupon

Between 11 June 2025 and 31 August 2025, the customer shall generate their discount coupon on the website https://ikeahu.givemyvoucher.com/, by entering the receipt number and the IKEA Family / IKEA Business Network card number (the same card used on the receipt). The earliest the coupon can be downloaded is the day after the purchase. The coupon can only be downloaded once. No replacement can be issued for a lost / misplaced coupon. We recommend that you download the coupon the day after the purchase.

IKEA Business Network members can find their receipt and its number in their account under "Purchases".

Redeeming of the Discount Coupon

The discount is applied after presenting the coupon (in paper or electronic form) in the store or online. The customer redeems the coupon for their next purchase in the period 11/06/2025 – 31/08/2025.

The coupon can only be redeemed at one time, for a purchase of at least 5 HUF more than the value of the coupon. The coupon cannot be used to purchase services.

After this date, the value of the coupon expires, and the customer is not entitled to another coupon.

The coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other cash equivalent, including IKEA cards.

Complaints about the inability to generate a coupon are handled by IKEA during the validity period of the coupon, but no later than 3 working days after the expiry of the voucher.

Reservation of Goods

The activity only applies to goods that are in stock at the time of purchase and are paid for within the period for the purchase of the wardrobe. Reservation of goods is not included in the total value of the purchase and the customer does not get a coupon for this reservation.

Returning Goods - Change of Mind

The customer acknowledges and agrees that if he uses a discount coupon to purchase goods and subsequently decides to return the goods to the store or calls the IKEA contact center, IKEA is entitled to refund only the payment made in cash. In this case, IKEA reserves the right not to issue the customer a new discount coupon. If the customer uses the option to return funds to an IKEA refund card, the amount including the value of the discount coupon will be transferred to the customer's refund card. In the case of an online refund, i.e. if the customer cancels the order himself on the website www.IKEA.hu, he will only receive back what he actually paid. It is technically not possible to issue a refund card if the order is canceled in this way.

Personal Data Protection

The Company will process the Customer's personal data provided in the Order for the purpose of verifying the entitlement to a discount coupon, for the period necessary to make the discount coupon available to the Customer, to settle any claims of the Customer from defective performance and further if the processing is necessary in accordance with legal regulations. The legal basis for the processing is the contract concluded between the Customer and the Company by placing the Order.

The Customer has the right of access to their personal data, the right to rectification and erasure, the right to restriction of processing, the right to data portability. The Customer may exercise these rights by using the contact details below. The Customer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority for the protection of personal data, which is the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, whose address and contact details can be found at https://naih.hu.

Satisfaction Survey and Offers of Products and Services

The Company will use the Customer's contact personal data to conduct customer satisfaction surveys and to offer its products and services based on its legitimate interest. The Customer has the right to refuse such communication either when concluding the contract or by using the contact details below. Personal data will be stored for 1 year for the purposes of customer satisfaction surveys.

Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Hungary law. In case of a consumer complaint, the Consumer may turn to the following bodies: Budapest Government Office of the Capital Consumer Protection Department, Pest County Consumer Protection Department.

Consumer disputes arising from orders between the Company and the Customer qualifying as a consumer may also be settled out of court. The Conciliation Bodies shall have jurisdiction for such out-of-court dispute settlement. The Conciliation Body responsible for the IKEA headquarters is the Budapest Conciliation Board.
