Bluetooth Pairing
- Step 1: Enable Bluetooth in your device's settings.

- Step 2: Press and hold the button on the headphones for 8 seconds. Release the button. The indicator lights will flash blue/red.

- Step 3: Select "JLab GO Work" in your device's settings to connect.

Multipoint Connection (Connect 2 Devices Simultaneously)
- Step 1: Once the FIRST device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in its settings. The GO Work headphones will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

- Step 2: Go to the SECOND device's Bluetooth settings and connect to GO Work.

- Step 3: Go to the FIRST device's settings. Turn on Bluetooth and reconnect to GO Work.

Button Functions
Headphone Controls
- Volume Up: Press once
- Next Track: Press and hold for over 2 seconds
- Volume Down: Press once
- Previous Track: Press and hold for over 2 seconds
- Power On/Off: Press and hold for over 2 seconds
- Play/Pause/Answer/Hang Up Calls: Press once
- Reject Incoming Call: Press and hold for over 1 second
- Activate Siri (iOS) or "OK Google" (Android): Press twice
- Activate/Deactivate Auto-Listen: Press three times (during a call)
Microphone & EQ
- Change EQ (Voice/Music): Press and hold both buttons simultaneously.
- Boom Microphone: Can swivel left or right.
- Activate/Deactivate Microphone Mute: [Mute Button Description]

Charging the Device
Connect to a computer or a USB 5v 1A (or less) power source. (Diagram shows headphones being charged via a USB cable connected to a power source.)
Note: GO Work can charge while connected via Bluetooth. Power on and connect to your device once charging is complete.
Auxiliary Input
GO Work can be used as wired headphones using an auxiliary (AUX) cable. (Diagram shows headphones connected via an AUX cable to a device.)
Note: The headphones will still use a limited amount of battery power for the microphone to function.
Precautions
- Avoid moisture or liquids reaching the headphone cups.
- Avoid extreme heat, cold, and humidity.
- Avoid dropping or impacting the headphones, yanking the cable forcefully, or bending the cable sharply.
- Earwax may accumulate on the ear tips, reducing sound quality. Carefully remove earwax with a cotton swab or small object to improve sound quality.
- If you experience discomfort or pain, try lowering the volume or discontinue use for a period.
- If you experience regular discomfort while using this product, stop use and consult a doctor.
- We recommend treating your headphones like sunglasses, and storing them in a safe place when not in use.
