Bluetooth Pairing
Connecting to One Device
1. Turn on Bluetooth in your device settings. [Bluetooth symbol]
2. Select 'JLab JBuds Work' in your device's Bluetooth settings.

Connecting to Multiple Devices (Multipoint)
1. Once the first device is connected, turn off Bluetooth in your device's settings. The JBuds Work will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode.
2. Enter the Bluetooth settings of the second device and connect to 'JLab JBuds Work'.

Button Functions
Headphone Controls
- Volume Up / Next Track: Single press for volume up [plus symbol]. Long press (over 2 seconds) for next track.
- Volume Down / Previous Track: Single press for volume down [minus symbol]. Long press (over 2 seconds) for previous track.
- Power On/Off: Long press (over 3 seconds) to turn the device on/off [power symbol].
- Play/Pause/Answer Call/End Call: Single press to play/pause music or answer/end calls [play/pause/call symbol] (works when boom mic is in the down position).
- Reject Incoming Call: Long press (over 1 second) [reject call symbol].
- Activate Voice Assistant: Long press (over 1 second) for Siri (iOS) or Google Assistant (Android) [voice assistant symbol]. Double press for Google Assistant (Android).
- Microphone Monitoring: Triple press to turn microphone monitoring on/off (during calls) [mic monitoring symbol].
Microphone Functions
Boom Microphone: Flip down to answer calls [arrow down]. Flip up to end calls directly or reject incoming calls [arrow up].
Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the button on the boom mic to mute [mute symbol] or unmute.
EQ/Voice/Music Modes
Long press both buttons simultaneously [EQ symbol] to switch between EQ, Voice, and Music modes.
Stereo/Mono Mode
Visual Description: The headphones are shown in stereo mode, then reconfigured to mono mode.
AUX Connection
The JBuds Work can be used as wired headphones via an AUX cable. Note: The headphones will still use a limited amount of battery power to operate the microphones.
Charging
Connect the headphones to an external device like a computer or a 5V, 1A (or less) USB power source.

Note: The headphones can charge automatically while connected via Bluetooth. Turn on the headphones and connect to the device after charging is complete.
Important Tips
- Avoid moisture or liquids inside the headphones.
- Avoid extreme temperatures or humidity.
- Avoid dropping or crushing the headphones, or sharply straining or bending the cable at sharp angles.
- Earwax may accumulate on the headphones, leading to reduced sound quality. Carefully remove earwax using a cotton swab or other fine tools to improve sound quality.
- If you experience any pain, try reducing the volume or taking a short break from using the headphones.
- If pain persists with continued use of this product, discontinue use and consult a medical professional.
- We recommend treating your headphones like eyeglasses; keep them in a safe place when not in use.
