Setup and Operation

Factory Reset

To reset the device to factory defaults, long press any button for approximately 5 seconds until the Wi-Fi LED indicator flashes in a cycle of two short and one long flash. Release the button to confirm the reset. The device will enter quick pairing mode (Touch).

? Please reset the switch to factory defaults if you want to use other Wi-Fi networks, then reconnect the network.

RF Remote Controller Pairing

The switch supports pairing with a 433.92MHz RF remote controller for on/off functions. Each channel can be learned independently for local short-range wireless control (not Wi-Fi control).

Pairing Method

Long press the touch button you wish to pair until you hear a "beep" sound, then release. Press the corresponding button on the RF remote controller. You will hear another "beep" sound upon successful pairing. Other buttons can be paired similarly.

Clearing Method

Long press the touch button you wish to clear until you hear two "beep" sounds, then release. Press the corresponding button on the RF remote controller. You will hear a "beep" sound upon successful clearing. Other buttons can be cleared similarly.

Troubleshooting

Common Problems

Q: Why my device stays "Offline"?

A:

The newly added device needs 1-2 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and the network. If it remains offline for an extended period, check the status of the blue Wi-Fi indicator:

1. Blue Wi-Fi indicator flashes once per second:

This means the switch failed to connect to your Wi-Fi.

Possible incorrect Wi-Fi password.
Distance between the switch and router is too great, or environmental interference is present. Move closer to the router. If unsuccessful, re-add the device.
5G Wi-Fi network is not supported; only 2.4GHz wireless network is supported.
MAC address filtering might be enabled. Disable it.

2. Blue indicator flashes twice per second:

This means your device is connected to Wi-Fi but failed to connect to the server.

Ensure your network is stable. Frequent double flashes indicate an unstable network, not a product issue. If the network is normal, try pressing the "Reset Button" or power cycling the switch.
